Fantastic veterinary practice. Dr. Lindsay and Jonesy are the absolute sweetest and very knowledgable. They squeezed us in day of and spent over two hours caring for my dog and explaining the issue (torn ACL), treatment, and pricing and payment options with us. We didn't feel rushed at all. They gave us their full attention and genuinely cared about our dog, his injury, and next steps. We recently moved to Utah from the East Coast and hadn't set our dog up wth a vet yet. This is our new go-to - I feel so comfortable putting my dog in their care. They truly go above and beyond. Before even coming in for my dog's appointment, Jonesy spent time with me on the phone answering my initial questions. I am so thankful to have found a place I trust for my fur baby!

By far the very best Drs in the business. From the vets to the staff, everyone truly cares about your pet. I am so grateful I was led to the clinic. My little Winnie had a spinal cord injury that caused paralysis. After surgery from a specialist, Animal Care took Winnie under their wing. With lots of therapy, laser treatment, and acupuncture, he is walking again. I will forever be grateful what they did for us!

Dr. Kara Tassone. Amazing. Kind, compassionate, keeps up with research in her profession, down to earth, calm, and so easy to talk with, never impatient with questions, understands the love you have for your pet and treats you with compassion regarding the anxiety you may have if your pet needs help or is ill. She is also trained in pet hospice care, which was such a gift...it showed in her kindness to us and her care for our sweet cat when her life here on earth came to an end. It was a horrible day for us and we are so appreciative of her and the vet techs, Leah, Dani and Jonesy for their help, and compassionate care. This is a great office, personalized care, with friendly and helpful people at the front desk, too. Our dog loves to go there for grooming and visits. They're the best.

To begin with I loved this place. I wrote a 6 or 7 paragraph review stating how wonderful this place was. The Trias unit is good. And everyone seem like they cared unbelievably. That is until my dog was about to die. I found out it was all a show. A show for money. I brought my dog in and she was not breathing well. They literally took her out of my arms knowing that she could be dying. And she would die alone without me.They charged me $400 to put one prep needle in her and to give her oxygen. And then another 300 for the cremation. They kept her back there for a long time while I was waiting in the office. And she was in a cage all by yourself. They gave her some sort of prep medicine supposedly not the actual medicine to put her to sleep. And they finally brought her into me half dead. And she was not like that before. As she was in my arms, which they put on a good show, They bring your in a beautiful blanket and make it seem like I'm saying good bye. But I don't even know whether my dog was actually dying before they gave her that shot. As I'm holding her you could tell she's taking her last breath at any shivering, the doctor actually said let me take her back so I could give her her shot and put her to sleep. I said, What? she's about ready to die now. Iwant letting them take her away again. The doc said, Well it might take a while for her to die. She died that second. they wanted even more money. And they were going to do whatever it took including letting her die alone without the loved one near her. When I looked at the breakdown of the cost, they wrote a $121 for a shot. I said you didn't even give her the shot she died on her own. They said oh no we gave her a different shot earlier and it cost that much to put the shot in her. Then they charged me for the medicine in the shot separately. Other than the way they had my dog die by taking her away from me and so forth, they treated her very well before that, but expect a lot of money to come out of your pocket. Instead of a loving moment of my dog dying of heart problems I have only terrible memories of her being left alone in that cage for that long of a time being given that medicine without me there and coming to me half dead. I feel like I abandoned her. And I didn't insist that they not take her back without me going. I was too vulnerable to fight back.

They took there time with my skittish little dog I have never felt more comfortable..I look forward to talking all of my pets to this location for now on.

This place is fantastic. I take my mini aussie here and the staff treats him like a little prince. He loves coming in and all of the staff are so kind. You can tell everyone genuinely loves animals. We see Dr. Lindsay and couldn’t be more pleased. The first time I called to schedule a visit, I explained that we had an urgent situation pop up and asked if there was anyway we could be seen same day. She agreed to work us in that day which was a huge relief. You can tell she loves her job and our little guy runs right up to her when she comes in the exam room. She always takes time to answer my questions and checks in on all aspects of his developement, not just physical. Not only that, she always has helpful tips and tricks or suggestions to make puppy training a little easier. This clinic has very reasonably prices and I love that they offer “fear free” visits that help you accumulate credit toward your visits, plus help your pet feel more at home at the clinic. Such an awesome place. Thanks Dr. Lindsay and all the staff. :)

Animal Care Center has always taken amazing care of my two dogs Cooper and Kai. My boys are ROWDY so we've been here a few times due to accidents over the years. They've always been so kind and patient with them. Recently, Cooper had a freak accident at their boarding facility, Utah Dog Park. Nothing could have prevented it except potentially some better training with Cooper on our end. They reached out immediately to let me know what happened and a vet tech went down on her personal time to bandage him up until we could make it home from our vacation. Dr. Pam reached out to me personally and apologized for the incident (totally wasn't her fault, but still) and took the best care in making my baby feel comfortable. She made me feel understood and like she cared for my pup almost as much as I did. We love Animal Care Center for all that they do to take excellent care of our babies.

Thanks to Animal Care Center, my senior Pomeranian mix is back to acting like a puppy! During the past few months, I noticed that he was starting to slow down and show his age. Last week, he was in a lot of pain and was not eating. I took him to Animal Care Center and found out that he had a pinched nerve in his back and spondylosis. Dr. Kara and the rest of the staff were so sweet with him! I took him back to Animal Care Center a few days later to get a chiropractic adjustment from Dr. Ali to see if that would help him some more. Wow! What a difference that made! The next day he was back to his normal, happy self! I absolutely love Animal Care Center! I am so grateful for the love and care they have given my dog over the last couple of years. The whole staff is so caring and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!

I can't remember the vet's name but we had a dog with parvo and she was so sympathetic and empathetic when we had to make a decision to put our dog down. The staff was amazing and about a few weeks after that we received a card that someone made a donation in on puppy's name. They have earned our business and are excited that we have a new puppy to take there.

Animal Care Clinic is the best! I scheduled an appointment for my dog. When I arrived, there was no wait time at all and was put in an exam room right away. The doctor came in within 3-5 minutes to discuss the issue. After a few minutes, my dog had an ultra sound and exam completed. After a few minutes of discussion, we were on our way home. Test results came in the time frame of 3-4 days as advised. A minor infection that was totally treatable. A huge piece of relief on my part. The staff is always happy and courteous. The clinic is always clean. I highly recommend to anyone who needs furry family healthcare!

It was not an easy decision putting our cat down this morning. Throughout the process of fighting our cat's ailment for the past number of years, Animal Care Center has been the most helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable veterinary clinic we've worked with. We arrived first thing, shortly after they opened, and the staff at Animal Care Center welcomed us with compassion and comfort. It was incredibly helpful being in the presence of people who were respectful of the difficult decision and process of letting an animal go. It felt like they knew and loved our sweet boy just as much as we did. My wife and I are very grateful for the support we received there. Thank you, Dr. Kara and staff for caring for Sasha and us.

My family has been going to ACC since Dr. Pam opened. They are great drs and techs. My Charlie got hurt on a Sunday night (not super serious, I was able to call his dr and she told me what to do to keep him comfortable until Monday morning.) I got him in in the morning and he got home all fixed up. Him and our other dog got into the pain meds and ate them all. I called the dr and she called the dr working and explained what happened. I live in layton and it was a little after 5. They stayed and waited for us to get there so they could get the meds out of their systems. It was quite late when we got home because they wanted to watch them for a bit just to be safe. I loved that they were willing to stay a few hours extra and were all so kind even though they'd been working all day and were ready to go home. They put our boys first.They are an amazing staff and I really do feel like family. Thank you all for what you do.

Dogs have been a big part of my life since I was a young child. To me my dogs are my furry children, so the care that they receive from a Veterinarian is very important to me. I was referred to the Animal Care Center by a friend and have been so happy with the service that we have received. The entire staff at Animal Care Center are all so wonderful and helpful. In September my black lab Great Dane mix blew out her knee and required surgery and rehab, this was a stressful situation for me but the Animal Care Center was there for me through the entire process. When I would drop off my furry child for her rehab they were so good to her and gave her loves and a warm blanket so that she was comforted. Recently my 10 year old furry child was diagnosed with Lymphoma, the care and compassion that we have received during this tough time has been amazing. I am so grateful for the support and love that we have received. I would recommend Animal Care Center to anyone that has animals and wants the best for there furry kids.

I absolutely love this vet clinic. The whole staff have been amazing and kind. They are the only vet clinic who will suggest I bring in my sick dogs even if they do not have an appointment. I still use them even though they are now 20 minutes away. They are expensive but pet insurance makes it affordable, plus I have yet to find the same level of care and quality in any other vet.

They take such great care of our Yorkie! The clinic is clean, well maintained, and the employees are all very kind and helpful. I love that I can schedule appointments online, that they keep electronic records of everything, and that they send an email when it's time for Daisy's check ups and shots. All of this comes with a price though--be prepared to pay more than most vet clinics.

Absolutely love the Animal Care Center! I am super picky about my vets, to the point where some people say I am a bit crazy haha. I moved last year after having the same vet for 7 years. I was certain i would be unable to find a vet that I could like and trust as much. I went to three other vets around here and I just didn't feel a connection with them. The moment I walked into Animal Care Center they got me right back into a room. Dr. Kara was our vet that day. She could tell my dog was nervous so she sat on the floor with her and waited, she even took her for a short walk to try and calm her down and get to know her before she even started the exam! Once my dog was more relaxed she started the exam and was very informative and helpful. Every time I have gone back I have been super pleased with my visit. I have two dogs now and each vet that I have seen has been AMAZING. 100/10 would highly recommend!

I had a very good experience with Animal Care Center with a little surgery for my elderly dog. They were informative and also loving to my dog. They allowed me to "hang out" with my dog during post op recovery. Their prices were good when I did some comparisons. They even painted the dogs toe nails with a little Christmas flare (with permission) while she was out of it. My dogs surgery went very well and she had a quick and smooth recovery. The staff very friendly. I can recommend!

We have been bringing our cats here for years. The vets and staff seem to really care about our fur babies. Dr. Ally is great if you are looking for chiropractic or alternative medicine services. Dr. Kara is an intrical part of our lives. She is fantastic with our fur kids, as well as explaining things to us and answering our questions. I would not trust another vet with our precious little ones.

I can't put into words how amazing these people are. We unfortunately had to put our beloved cat of 18 years down on Friday night and these people were so supportive and sweet the entire time. I called early Friday and they were completely booked for the day. But I told them what was going on and they said that they would work her in between some appointments. We got there just after 4 and were seen pretty quickly. Dr. Kara was such a wonderful lady. She was upfront and told us exactly what she thought and recommended. Which we really appreciated because it's such a hard decision to make. They gave us ample time to make a decision and spend the last moments with our sweet girl. I decided to seek care here after a few "less than great" experiences with other area Vets. I scheduled a routine check-up appointment and hoped to address my dog's weight issue. His weight has been a touchy subject for me. My dog put on extra pounds last year after being in a cast for a few months. Since the cast came off we hike and walk and ski together regularly....but he remained plump pup (which strangers at the dog park loved to point out.) I met with Dr. Lindsay Wright and she could not have been more considerate and kind, when addressing my dog's weight. She provided tons of ideas for how to decrease calories while being able to maintain a bigger "amount" of food. She thoughtfully set realistic and achievable goals for me and my pup and today he is on his way to a much healthier life. I can't say thank you enough to Dr. Wright and the great staff at the Animal Care Center.

We were so pleased with the doctor and her caring staff, we took our dog in yesterday because she was not doing well and we knew something was seriously wrong, we have never been there before and had just called in the morning to see if they would see us since we couldn't get in to our regular vet for a week and they were very accommodating. We had to put our dog to sleep and I was so impressed with the young staff that were so caring and patient as we sat in a private room for two hours to say our goodbyes. I was a very hard decision and they were so thoughtful regarding our feelings. Would recommend them to anyone for their animal's care. It is not a great day when you not only have to say your goodbyes to you family pet but then you have to pay the bill and they were good to make sure we were aware of the cost as we made decisions. Three cheers for caring people!

Animal Care Center lives up to their motto that they "love our pets almost as much as we do". They are the best, from their doctors to their groomers, and the front desk. They do their best to make your visit personable and professional. My dog always has her tail down and sits behind my legs when going to any vet office. Yet this is the only place where my dog walks out from under my chair, reluctantly with her tail hanging down yet lightly and tentatively wagging, as she walks on her own accord into their arms. Best place ever.

Ever walk in to a vet clinic and cringe at the stench? Yeah, not here. This place is clean, friendly, nice smelling, and has anyone mentioned the cat-only room? You know, so your cats can chill on the cat trees and not be stressed during their exams. But a great environment does not a great vet clinic make. Dr Pam and her crew are amazing! Not only do they actually care about getting you animals the right treatment (story below), they actually care about the critters. I also love that they have a drop-off service for the exams, if you want them seen sooner. Story time about the awesomeness of the Drs at ACC: I did make the mistake once changing vets when I moved out of Davis county. My elderly cat started having trouble with her ear and the new vet shrugged and declared it to be mites (in 1 ear of 1 cat ... right). We treated it, it didnt go away. Next vet I explained the situation to, she cleaned out the cat's ears and ... actually ishered in 2 months of misery, pain, and massive ear infections. So I went back to ACC. Dr Wright actually took samples, found the exact issue (both cats had the ear treatment and were severely damaged, but had different infections), pulled out the foreign object that caused the original problem that the previous vets insisted was mites, ran full bloodwork, and customized treatment for each cat. Within a day my cats started to turn around. So, its a bit of a drive for me, but honestly the vets at ACC and the care they give are absolutely worth it.

The staff is great, all give them credit. But what an expensive place, i feel like they definitely take advantage. $899.00 to have my puppy spayed, when other reputable clinics charge 140.00. the humane society only charges 90$. Its a little bit further of a drive, but i taking my pets to my old vet from now on. Trust me, just get a few quotes before. Im glad i did.

First time patient and absolutely LOVE this clinic. First clinic I've experienced with everything under one roof... regular clinic and surgery PLUS full physical therapy and rehab. LOVED the facility tour and meeting all of the Drs and staff... very open, honest, and transparent. Very much appreciated the prevention and wellness approach by the Dr... didn't jump right to surgery as the best option. Will be changing to them as my regular vet even tho it means a little drive from Murray. BRAVO!!!

This vet is strange. I was new in town and decided to take my cats here to get vaccinations. They insisted on having me drop them off for a more "stress free" experience so my kitties could acclimate before getting worked on. Seemed a little much for just vaccinations but I gave it a shot. I dropped them off and told the vet I could pick them up anytime. Hours and hours passed but cats weren't done. They finally called me up later saying my cats were way too freaked out to work on, and they couldn't proceed. I really didn't want to have sent my cats to the vet for nothing, and I let them know that. They decided to give them sedatives just for a regular check up and shots. This is after ~6 hours of my cats being there. I think the people there had good intentions, which is why I'll still give 3 stars, but I have to wonder how many cats they work with if a simple appointment like that is unmanageable. My cats have done fine at the vet before... I've since moved on to a different vet and had a better experience.

I never expected to see anyplace run as well as the Animal Care Center. Everything about it has been stellar. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the staff, you get a comfortable feeling that this vet takes the care of your pet seriously. The lobby is roomy with seating and things to look at. That might seem silly, but when you have multiple dogs in a cramped space, it gets uncomfortable, but not here. Plenty of space for everyone. You make an apt and are in a room within a few minutes of arrival. Jeez, I want this place to be my doctor. First time I've seen anyplace actually stick to an appointment consistently. The doctors and assistants are all super friendly and helpful. Now then...hold on, you have to read this part....I went back to pick up my dog after a dental procedure and I get a little folder, that has all the information in it about the tests, the procedure, photos, etc. But wait!!! There's more! The following day...a Sunday no less. The doctor calls to check up on how my dog was doing. Seriously. I've never seen this level of commitment from anyone...ever...except maybe my mom.

Let me start out with the fact that I am the most paranoid first-time dog mom around, and the staff at Animal Care Center is the ONLY place I trust my dog with. He has had recurring pain that has been un-diagnosed by several other vets here in Utah. When it first happened, I took him to an emergency vet, ran every test they could imagine, spent well over $1000, and left with no answers and a traumatized puppy after they took him "in back" and muzzled him while performing tests. At Animal Care Center, they had me come in while they tried to diagnose so he was much more comfortable and not getting stressed out, spent the time with him to gain his trust, and truly put HIS needs, mentally and physically, as their top priority. I can't say how much I love the staff here, and appreciate their patience, love, and respect for my Dog.

My dogs and I LOVE the Animal Care Center in Bountiful, UT. The whole staff is always so kind, gentle, and friendly with our 2 dogs. We have a very shy rescued adult dog and the veterinarians and staff are always patient with him! Our other dog was rescued with back and hip issues in which getting chiropractic adjustments here has helped him out tremendously! Their pricing is fair and honest. I would highly recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone with a timid or chronically painful animal!

The staff took great care of our little 3 month old puppy when she hurt her ankle after we only had her for less than a week. They took x-rays, gave her anti-inflammatory, pain medicine, examined her well-being from top to bottom and provided a written record of what they found. The doctor called me and told me what was going on, though it did take at least 3 hours (I imagine she wasn't considered an emergency). It did cost about $350 for what they did, mind she did not end up breaking her ankle, just spraining or hurting her tendons or ligaments. I am definitely going to get pet insurance to cover future illnesses or accidents. The front office was very helpful with all my questions about pet insurance and about what to do for my dog when we took her home. They even gave us back our canned food with a cool top to keep it covered.

I own two Golden Doodles, we tried a few pets and they were fine but not great. Then we found Animal Care Center, they were a little more expensive than the other vets that we seen but the level of professionalism and care for the pets is awesome. We used them for grooming, but thought they were to expensive. After a horrible experience with another groomer, we decided that the extra cost was well worth it. When I leave my dogs somewhere, I want to know that they are taken care of well and that when I return I like to see happy wagging tails. I get this every time with Animal Care Center.

This is the best vet I have ever had the pleasure of bringing a pet to. My dachshund was 2 days away from being put down due to a slipped disk. According to a number of different vets the ONLY option was an expensive, risky surgery that could end in paralysis. My dog had not walked in almost a month and was in so much pain she was unable to void. We were heart broken and desperate. I stumbled across Animal Care Center and learned they offered laser and acupuncture therapy. We started immediately. Within 2 days our dog was able to stand again and within 2 weeks she was walking. We continued this treatment plan for a month also adding water therapy. She eventually made a complete recovery. We were absolutely amazed! The staff at Animal Care Center saved her life. Words cannot express our gratitude.

From the first time I walked into the Animal Care Center, I could tell the employees truly care about animals. I take 2 dogs there and I know they are well taken care of. My oldest had an unknown accident yesterday and several employees stayed late to continue caring for him. It meant a lot to me that each and every one of them had a smile, empathy and showed true concern for my dog. Dr. Lindsay is great; she talks thru options, doesn't push for the aggressive (typically more expensive) path and listens to what you, the customer, wants. This place is terrible. In the two years we've used them, we've been completely unimpressed and yesterday was the last straw. My dog managed to slice his leg open while playing in our backyard. He needed immediate attention. I checked online to make sure they were open, they were until 5pm. I called to double-check. Phone went straight to voicemail but the message said they "now have extended hours on Saturdays" so we jumped in the car and went straight there. Upon arrival, it was clear they were having some sort of event out front for kids. I took my dog in and they refused to treat or even see my dog because they were having an open house and directed us to AVC on 3300 S. The very least they could have done was change their voicemail that day so I would not have wasted my time. It's clear that this farce of a clinic cares more about marketing than actually caring for their patients. That incident aside, this place does not know how to treat cats. As any cat owner knows, cats do not like vets, let alone leaving their home. It's best to get them in and get them out. They are going be stressed even in a special cat room with a special spray. This clinic made me come in twice when the vet couldn't coax my cat out from underneath the bench in the exam room. And they were happy to charge a second exam fee. I guess with a newborn strapped to my chest and two cats in tow, that I looked like I wanted to have my time and money wasted. If you want your time and money wasted, love receiving ridiculous emails about acupuncture treatment for your pets, or desire a vet that refuses to care for your pets when it really counts, this place is for you. We will not be going back to this clinic.

I had recently moved into the area and was looking for a new vet. I cannot fathom how this place has such a high rating. I brought in a new kitten and was essentially bullied into expensive blood tests for her- I was told I wasn’t being a good owner to my older cat if I didn’t do them. I was also put in like a little family consult room that was very dirty and not kitten safe. About a month later I brought in a new dog I had gotten from a rescue to check up on a leg injury. I was again told I needed several very expensive tests or I would be risking my other pets health- despite that this dog had recently had these tests done by the rescue! The last straw was when a fecal exam that was required by doggie daycare care back positive, despite no symptoms in the dog. I found myself wondering if they had lied to get me to spend more money. I took my dog elsewhere and had a repeat test done. The repeat test was positive as well, but the overall cost of test and medicine was much cheaper elsewhere. Plus I didn’t have to question if I was being lied to- I won’t go here again because I will always wonder if they are being truthful. The only good thing about my experience was that they always had appointments open right away.

I took my cat there for her rabies shot, & they have like a whole different check-in counter & a special “cat room” that’s more friendly for cats. The vets and staff are amazing here!! Dr Kara is absolutely the best! I don't trust my dog with anyone else. They are very knowledgable, kind, professional, and skilled. My dog just had surgery to remove some lumps and to get her teeth cleaned and I had full confidence in them. They are state of the art, sent home a portfolio of her chart notes, X-rays, pictures of before and after. I work in the medical field and I appreciate that so much. Can't say enough good things about them! :) They treat your dog like their own. They also have always worked with my schedule. Recently adopted a pitbull from the shelter who has severe skin issues (Pyoderma) and took our new family member in to be seen. Staff was nice and Dr. Lindsey Wright was great with our pup. Went back for follow-up and again Lindsey was great with us, but the front desk staff had an attitude with me, simply because they have to clear the lobby because my pitbull is dog aggressive (until we can get him into training). Last night our dog was having seizures, so we called for an appointment. We told Katie, at front desk, that we had a video of the seizure occurring, and would like to email it before we came in. Katie told us we needed to drop off the dog to get him seen. I reminded her, he is super emotional and struggling right now, and that dropping him off is not an option. After some more attitude, she gave me a 3:30 appointment with another vet, which is fine. After I hung up the phone, it really bothered me that I had been treated with such attitude several times and decided that I did not need to accept this treatment and I have chosen to find another Vet that has a welcoming polite staff. They have lost my business!

This was our first visit to the Animal Care Center and I promise, it will not be our last. We came with our Boston Terrier to have an appointment with Dr. Ali, the chiropractor. Every minute of our visit was positive and encouraging. Dr. Pam assessed our pups situation extremely thoroughly and found an issue that a vet we visited last week completely missed. The staff all bring their own dogs to work, which makes for an even more festive atmosphere. Every staff person we encountered was professional yet very personable. We were thrilled with Dr. Ali's adjustments on our dog and we actually can't wait to go back! We live 25 minutes away, but it was worth every mile of driving. And to put the icing on the cake, we didn't feel taken advantage of when we settled up our bill, in fact we were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable charges. Great place with competent and caring people!

I will always recommend ACC. I've been around the SL valley going to different vets to find one that actually took time to know my dog and him comfortable. My dog has one of the worst allergy cases that vets have seen and he needs extra attention. ACC has gone above and beyond any expectation I've had in a vet. They are all loving animal people, it's not just a job for them. They treat each dog like their own and my dog is always comfortable with the staff. They always sit on the floor with him and give him pets while they talk so that he is calm for his visit. I highly recommend Dr Kara, Dr Lindsey and Dr Ally. You cannot go wrong taking your baby here.

We boarded our pup here for 4 days, when I went and picked him up on a Sunday at 4pm the kennel tech told me that he had not been outside or fed yet that day! His nose was also cracked and bleeding as well. That raised a lot of red flags to me. We won't be returning which is disappointing as we used to take an old pup here to the vet.

Animal Care is the most friendly and professional clinic that I have every been to. I have been taking my cats there for at least 15 years. Dr Pam and her staff are always most accommodating and truly care about my cats as well as myself. Dr Verona is only one of two licensed vets that can perform acupuncture and she happens to work miracles on my cats. I highly recommend this clinic as well as The Dog Park that is under the Animal Care name. Cats can go to The Dog Park too!

We usually take our dog to a vet all the way in Holladay, but we got a new puppy and needed a vet closer to home. He has a respiratory infection but wasn't improving so I wanted a second opinion from the first vet we saw early in the week. From the first minute they answered the phone I was impressed ("how can I make your day better today?"--- you already did just by answering the phone that way!) They offered to see him right away even though they didn't have appointments left, and they told me to keep him in the car so he wouldn't spread it to other dogs. The techs came out to my car and examined him in the back seat. Because of his symptoms they wanted to take him in to check his nasal passages in case he had something stuck up there. So unfortunately I had to end up spending a lot more than I hoped but I was grateful they wanted to take every precaution with him being so young. I loved that they called him my kiddo, because he is! The lobby only has two seats so it's not meant for sitting around and waiting but I loved how open and bright and clean it was. Every staff member was super friendly and caring and they took great care of him. The conference room they sit you in to talk about the procedure and results had a nice comfy couch and it made me feel more comfortable and not as worried. I am so happy I decided to try this place and look forward to making this our permanent vet.

Dr Kara is excellent. She worked some kind of sorcery with my very nervous cat and put him more at ease than I've ever seen him with strangers. I took my cat to a different vet in the past who failed to recognize the problem I was concerned about. When I noticed it getting worse, I came here for a second opinion. This office examined him more thoroughly than the first and gave me an honest evaluation of options to make my elderly cat's remaining time most comfortable for him.
