Dr. Knoble and his staff have enthusiastically taken care of our cats and dogs since moving to Dunlap in 2000....and when we needed to euthanize our two dogs before our move last September, he and his staff showed great compassion and empathy for me and my two dogs. Before I could settled in our new home, we received a condolences cards from their staff. Your fears will be over when you choose Valley Animal Clinic with your pets health.

They got me right in when my cat got hurt and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get him seen and cared for. They held the door for me to take him to my car and he even got a little goody bag of cat treats.

Took our barn cat to have stitches from a deep cut he had. The vet did not use staples so the stitches did not hold. We took the cat back and the vet charged us again to use staples for the mistake he made. We are new to the area (Chattanooga) and never have we had a vet “double bill” us for mistakes they have made. We won’t be back. Our neighbor told us they have had problems with the same vet and won’t be back.

Took our cat here for a follow up from another vet. The office was very clean and quiet. The staff was professional and very helpful. The doc was VERY GENTLE with our cat, who actually cuddled up to him (she's pretty shy) for comfort. I can't say enough about how great it is to have a great doctor for our little guys. Prices are extremely reasonable as well. This is a great vet, take your furry friend here (especially your cat).

I’ve brought my dog here for several years for routine things, it’s the vet nothing good/bad. This past week found out my dog had heart worm and was quoted a price of appr 3100.00 for 2.5 months of visits and hospital stays. I was tearful over his dx and tech was condescending, borderline rude. I felt like I was being admonished and she even described the worms as not being able to just go “poof”. I actually consented to to the treatment and took my dog home and cried all night. The next day I was recommended a vet by a family member and I called and took my dog up, they repeated his heart worm test and found that he also had ehrlichia. This should have shown up on the heart worm test and needed to be treated! I cancelled my appt with Animal Valley! Now for the amazing news I have a new quote for his heart worm treatment it’s 1,112.00 and the new Dr is amazing. Animal Valley is taking advantage of people’s love for their animal! There should be laws against this! I tried to get his chart faxed and after 3 calls and a snotty answer they sent copies of the last visit.

The entire staff was so nice and caring.....I had to have my dog put to sleep...they were very understanding, sympathetic, and so thoughtful.....they made a hard time in our lives easier...thank you!
