Will NEVER take my dog here again. She was put on an extremely high dosage of thyroid med and she was going into thyrotoxicosis. After speaking with the on staff vet for the drug manufacturer, she told me to immediately lower the dosage. My dog was put on TWICE the recommended dosage by Town & Country. When I called their office to let them know what was happening, he actually argued with me and said he was going by the book. Had I not called the drug manufacturer, I believe our dog would've died. She's now on a dosage that is way less and has great thyroid levels. Just because you've been practicing for 20+ years doesn't mean that you can ignore a drug manufacturer's recommended dosage.

I've been going to Town & Country veterinarian for the past 10 years they've been very very good with my animals I'm sorry my fur babies as they treat them as if they are my babies they treat me with the utmost respect they're very clean inside the place does not smell at all like you've had animals there they're there in an emergency day or night they are there and that's important to know when you have your babies and you'd love them and treat them as family

Just moved to town. Looking for a vet. This was my first choice until they said they will not let the pet owner go back with the pet ever. Something very discomforting about that being a policy. It is neither better for the parent or the pet. I have only known of 3 places with this sort of policy in my 50 years of per ownership and none of them were above board trustworthy establishments. Perhaps this one is but not going anywhere I cannot stay with my pet during a minor checkup or annual immunizations.

This is not our normal vet since moving to Tennessee 11 months ago. But it is Now!! I had major surgery 4 days ago. I Boarded my dogs at another place. My Little dog started coughing @12:00pm.today. I had to go to my 1st physical therapy. Then Came home @4:00. Called my vet (pup was in respiratory distress) tech Blew me off. It’s 9:00pm & my dog’s worse. We’ve figured out what we think he has. Called our vet again and again she blew me off. The Town n Country vet a “Dr. Price “ called us back. Sent us to buy something at store and will come meet us if meds’ dont help. He was wonderful and what we expect out a vet when our animals are in respiratory distress. We just spent over $350. boarding and getting vaccines at this other vet. Turns out our poor dog caught something at it. Won’t ever go back there. Town n Country is now Our Vet.
