We only went to have an animal we found scanned for a microchip, but they were so very nice and helpful. Very clean facility, staff very professional. I'd definitely take my animals here if they needed emergency care.

Wonderful staff! Very caring and thorough. Explained in detail exactly what to expect and how to proceed after surgery. They took all the time we needed to answer our questions and concerns. All 3 surgeries (2 dogs) had excellent outcomes.

Wonderful office and staff!! I had to bring my new cat in this past Saturday evening for a hurt leg. The vet tech and vet that examined my cat were beyond caring and attentive! They helped calm any worries that I had as well as made sure my cat was in no discomfort. They also helped me making a payment arrangement so i didn’t have to pay the whole bill that day, which was beyond appreciated. If you are having a pet emergency these are the people to see!

UT is the only vet in the area that will even look at animals that aren't dogs or cats. That being said, they also have a monopoly going and they kinda know that. Some testing and other treatments they do are very expensive (beyond normal means) and some are just plain unnecessary. I appreciate the individual work of the vets that helped me, but UT as a whole needs to realize their consumer base and realize not everyone can afford a $500 visit to the vet for what is really a minor issue. As a vet, not only are you there to help the animal, but the human as well.

The most competent, compassionate care I could have asked for. My kitty spent 3 nights there in the ICU and they were great with him. I want to thank everyone involved with his care from the very bottom of my heart! Keep up the excellent work!

We would like to thank Dr. Chandler , Dr. Ryan , Laura Johnston and all the techs who cared for our JASPER. We are happy to say that he has bounced back beautifully and has that trot in his step again. Wouldnt even give them one star.... A friends little dog was attacked by a pitbull ... Really sad they Turned her away because she needed to make payment arrangements due to living on social security. After reading all the reviews and seeing where another customer posted how they helped her make payment arrangements a month ago..... ?!?!?!?

Very pleased with the compassion and care they gave to our 10 year old Boxer. Even though we did not get the best of news they took the time to answer every question no matter how big or small it was. Very knowledgeable. They did whatever possible to make my boxer feel comfortable while going through all his tests and exams. I highly recommend!

My cat broke her spine and leg, and this is the reason we went there. It seems that they are the only one who can perform a spinal surgery. Staffs are friendly and responsible. When my cat was hospitalized, they called my frequently regarding her condition. Spent $8,700 there. Anesthesia was around $1000 per surgery and $100 for staying in their ICU per day

Though we went at night when they were busy and understaffed, they were quite courteous and respectful. Keep in mind it is a teaching hospital, so bear with the folks there. They will still get you great, professional care for your loved one!

Incredibly courteous, very professional staff. I had to have my dog put down there and I was expecting judgement because she was in bad shape. They where understanding of my situation and where very kind throughout the experience. It was a really rough time for me but they did everything in their power to help me through it and end my dogs pain. I cant thank them enough for that.

My cat Friendly had a difficult pregnancy and needed emergency surgery. The staff kept me up to date on Friendly's surgery and found volunteers to feed her kittens while she was recovering. The staff is incredibly warm and knows how much our animal companions mean to us.
