I have never been more disappointed and upset at a business as I am today. I highly recommend that no one give their business to Southside Vets in Shelbyville. After having to take Clover to the emergency room Monday night, after calling all day yesterday and promised to have someone return my call, after telling them my dog is dying, they still did not have the common courtesy to call me back. This is not the first bad experience I have had their but everyone deserves a second chance, never again!

I've been taking my dog to Dr. Wilhelm since I moved to Shelbyville 4 years ago. I have always appreciated her gentle touch and knowledgeable care with him. Her office staff are friendly and helpful, and they have quickly worked me in when we have had the occasional "Acute" visit. I would most certainly recommend her, as she was recommended to me.
