Dr Markham takes great care of my fur babies.

My wife and I called Pet Calls Mobile Vet Clinic about our dog Copper whom we rescued. Copper, right after we rescued him, would frequently run away and we would have to chase him and retrieve him. Fearing that Copper would possibly impregnate a female dog, we requested and asked about the cost of a neutering procedure. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost. The staff were very courteous and very caring toward us and Copper. They were also very thorough explaining the procedure to us. Following the surgery, Dr. Markham personally called to check on Copper and assured us that he would assist us with any possible concerns we might have with Copper and did assist us every step of the way. I have never had a better experience with a veterinarian. I highly recommend Pet Calls Mobile Vet Clinic. I have referred several people whom have pets to them.

We needed a vet to come to our home to help our beautiful dog cross the rainbow bridge. This was emotionally hard as we didn’t want it done in a office. They showed up as scheduled, and gave us our time with him. After he passed we weren’t rushed to say goodbye. They took him with them and had him cremated and we were able to pick him up a couple weeks after. The dr was understanding and never made us feel rushed or that our grief was unwarranted. The price was 100% worth having put soul pup with us at home when he passed, and we know he didn’t go scared or unloved. The tech that was with the dr didn’t know I saw. But as we were walking away from the companies rv where we had to leave our Gunner, I saw her pet his face even though he was gone. I’ll never forget her giving him one last pet, not even knowing him she saw how loved he was. Thank you for that.

About 7 years ago, I had to have my Mastiff put down, and well we were not patients of Dr Markham at that time, and so it was a little traumatic. Then 6 years ago, I got my Corgi, and she has seen Dr Markham for everything! Dr Markham and Sharry are completely fantastic!! They take their time with each of my dogs and understand that I am a very obsessed Dog Mom. I cannot thank him enough for the peace of mind he gives when it concerns my dogs. I can and often do, recommend them to everyone!

4 weeks ago we made one of the toughest decisions we ever had to, and decided it was time for our 16 year old dachshund to be at peace. It wasn't an easy decision at all, but Dr Markham and his assistant made it as comfortable and stress free as it could have been for our pup, and that really helped us emotionally, and spiritually. With all due respect and reverence they helped us take him across the rainbow bridge, and were nothing but professional and considerate. He spent his last moments in our yard, by his favorite tree, with his favorite people; there's nothing more I could've asked for him. We will always miss our boy, and will never forget him; I'll also never forget the care he was given in his last moments with us, and for that I thank pet calls and Dr Markham. I can only imagine how hard it is for them to do what they sometimes are called upon to do, but I would've had it no other way, knowing he was comfortable and happy has helped us every day since. Thanks again, from the bottom of my heart.

Pet Calls came to our home in May. We did have a slight delay in scheduling...this was due to our email going into the “junk mailbox”. They were quick to handle the issue. The vet and his assistant were very thorough and provided top-notch care to our cats and dogs. They also were willing to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Dr Markums sincere kindness created a beautiful foundation for healing when we lost Alvin! I remember everything about the morning Alvin died, it was an emergency and he needed to be put to sleep. It was 5am when I called and he came straight away. My husband was deployed and I was home alone with two little girls who had known Alvin their whole lives. He spoke gently to them, he made Alvin comfortable and shielded my daughters while I fell apart. Alvin was almost 15 and he was family. I knew he was in good hands but when he brought me Alvin’s remains, he went above and beyond. He stood on my porch, soaked head to toe, lightening all around us, holding the box inside his coat, and apologizing for my loss. I am so amazed at his sincere kindness and grateful to him for understanding the depth of my sorrow. He was an amazing dog and we miss him. He also called and checked on our other dog because he knew he would be sad and possibly not eating. So thank you so much, I’ll never forget your kindness!

I would highly recommend Pet Calls Mobile Veterinary Clinic. The service they provide is great, as my parents had a senior dog that had extreme anxiety when having to go into veterinary offices. Sherry was very understanding and professional with providing information over the phone and scheduling an appointment for a house call. Likewise, Dr. Markham was professional and very sensitive to the situation and the needs of my parents, during their painful decision surrounding their senior dog. He gently explained the options and process, and then literally sat down on the floor with their dog. Their service allowed a painful process to take place in the comfort of their own home and with minimal anxiety to my parents' beloved pet. This obviously meant the world to my parents, which in turn meant the world to me. Thank you Pet Calls Mobile Veterinary Clinic. You are appreciated.

Today pet calls came to euthanize my 8 year old pup due to a large tumor in his chest. I want to say that his service was far and beyond what I would of hoped. He was cordial and very empathetic to the situation. He was professional in every way and ensured Loki(my dog) was comfortable and did not suffer through the procedure. This was extremely hard for me to do and he took the time to ensure I said my goodbyes and didn’t rush anything. I highly recommend him and his staff to look after your pets for any service you need. We need more vets that are willing to come to patients homes. Thank you so much for today and bringing Loki the peace he needed

Absolutely amazing service from Dr. Markham and Sherry. Our canine fur-baby gets very excited when going into a brick and mortar clinic, having the choice to use the mobile clinic was sublime. Our feline fur-baby was also seen on the same day. My husband and I were quite pleased with the attention, professionalism and care given to Brutus and Zoe, before, during and after their appointments. Dr. Markham will not try to persuade a customer to buy something additional or more expensive, or push for services not needed at the time of appointment. Highly recommend!

The staff is outstanding, the doctor actually cares about his patients. My 9 year old pup had a tooth pulled and a teeth cleaning yesterday. Not only was is affordable but they did a excellent job, but they have called twice just to check in and answer questions about aftercare. I feel respected and listened to. The Mobile Pet Unit was fantastic for my family. I have 2 dogs and a Cat and taking them to a vets office for shots takes way too much time and energy. Both my dogs were abused before I adopted them and Dr. Marcum was fantastic and patient with them. Winston who is aggressive with strangers didn't even growl. He even helped me with getting the animals too and from the house to the mobile unit. All my animals did great and I will definitely be using them for all my pets needs in the future. The price was very reasonable as well.

Dr. Markham and his assistant are AMAZING!!!!!! They are so sweet to my fur babies. I had a 14 year old GSD who I had had since she was 2. One night she had a seizure and by the next morning she was not any better. I called Dr. Markham and even though it was his day off he came out to check on her. At that point we decided it was time to let her go with some dignity which was done at home where she was comfortable. It was hard for me to make that decision but Dr. Markham made it tolerable. I wanted to have her cremated and he not only took her to where that was done but 3 weeks later once she was cremated he brought her home to me. As long as Dr. Markham stays in business he will always be the one to take care of my babies. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Markham.
