The facility is immaculate. The general services are ok. My rating is from an experience 4 years ago. I'm certain helping a human say goodbye to their baby is never an easy thing but it felt like they forgot about us that day. To be fair they were busy. However, we had a pre scheduled appointment & I had been speaking with them on & off all week. After too long of holding my girl after they administered the sedative, my husband had to leave our side to find someone to come in & finish. A staff member dedicated to us would have made all the difference. Also, payment in advance or billing for this service should be the norm. It is an incredibly traumatic event to have to say goodbye to a friend of 15 years. To have to stand in line to pay in the minutes that follow, makes it more painful.

My experience with my dog was great. Although I recommended them to my mom when she needed her dog fixed. Her dog went in fine and came out with parvo. Northside completely washed their hands with her and wouldn't treat her. Would not recommend them after this!
