REVIEWS OF Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic at Murfreesboro IN Tennessee

Absolutely the best pet clinic. From the smiling faces and cleanliness, the girls and doctor went beyond obligation to explain and perform their duties. I would most definitely refer them for any pet need.

Worst vet I've ever been to. Like older post, if the choice was between making money and using a skill to save your animals life, it would be making sure the money is in the bank before these crooks help your animal survive. My puppy was dying down to just labor breathing when I arrived. I handed my dog to these people trusting them to do what I'd expect a doctor to do and go to work. Instead, the vet tech held my dying dog and gave me paper work to provide payment information. I filled it out and then they came back and asked me to fill out the puppies health information which included whether or not I wanted them to continue cpr if he began crashing (you'd think time would be of the essence). Being humane, I told them to do what was needed to save his life. Turned out he was infected with parvovirus. Within an hour, my dog passed away with having cpr performed to stabilize him 4 times. Let the record show, these people spent 25 minutes trying to get me to sign a piece of paper authorizing $2900 to save his life; including an transfusion of plasma if it was necessary. Let the record also show, I had not professional consultation from the vet who seemed to continue to send in a vet tech urging me to pay with little information besides that my dog was crashing. I walked out of the clinic with a paw print of my dog and $1000 less and filled with anger that a place like this existed. It's a disgrace that a place like this exists. Advise I can give is please don't trust these people. They're ungenuine. God help your animal and your dignity if it has no where else to turn.

Were responsive, kind, and professional. We had to put our dog down and this was the first time we have used them.

This place saved my cat's life! Dr. Stevens and Daniel are amazing! I'm pretty new to Murfreesboro and got in the hands of some bad vets in the process of my cat getting sick. She almost died from a bladder infection that lasted 5 months due to negligence on the part of the vet. Me and my very sick kitty wound up in the emergency and they saved her life! They are so kind and knowledgable and have such a great bedside manner! I wish I could have them as my regular vet!

At the most difficult time you need very compassionate & caring staff and that's exactly what they have here! Unfortunately my experience wasn't a happy ending but I know they did everything they could to help! !

If you love your pet, just dont, do your best to take them to a vet you trust, the only thing I know, is they were getting paid, money was first priority. My dog was put to sleep, because that's what I felt pressured to do, I'll never go there again.

We were in there late on 6/1 with an emergency with our Ig Renee. The staff was amazing and the vet was very knowledgeable and very caring. I look back at the 2.9 stars they received and feel it is unjust because most of the bad reviews are about price. First of all any emergency clinic after hours is going to be more than your normal vet's price. Its a business and it's an important business for us fur baby parents to have when our babies are in need. The reviews should be based on service not price. Thank you Dr Sellers and staff for a comforting and professional experience and being there.

They saw us right away and was very kind and knowledgeable. I felt safe and confident with the information they were able to give me.

Called to ask about the cost of an x-ray. Was told it would depend on the number of views. I advised them what the other emergency vet in Murfreesboro charges for x-rays. And was told it could be way more than that depending on the number of views. No thank you! I’ll go to the other guys. They’ve been around longer anyway!

Debbie Cucerzan

My cat had dental work done at her regular vet. Later that night around midnight she was is need of medical help right away. We did not know if she would pull through. The staff was wonderful , I was able to stay next to her while she was in an air chamber. After 2 days she was able to come home. I was treated with nothing but support and kindness by everyone there.Never was the staff concerned about payment or anything other than saving a life. Thank you all.

I don't really understand the inordinate amount of one-star reviews. I do understand people who lose a pet are hurting and want to assign blame. Doctors are not miracle workers. Unfortunately, emergency doctors - for the most part - are seeing animals at some of their lowest points. They don't have the benefit of seeing an animal over their lifetime and aren't familiar with or know an animal first-hand. For the reviews that have complained about the costs - there are costs involved with running a clinic just as any other business. Just because they are caring for animals in what is typically considered a compassionate profession shouldn't mean they have to offer their services at a discount. The immediate charge of $89.00 is an office visit charge and not out of line with the same charge you would expect to pay at your regular vet. Yes, it's somewhat higher than what a regular vet may charge but most regular vets aren't going to be able to accommodate you after normal hours either. I don't think anybody wants to have to take their pet to an emergency after-hours facility. However, things happen and sometimes it's the only option available. We are thankful for the couple of times we needed Nashville Emergency Clinic. The staff is efficient and caring. The staff spent time listening to us and our concerns and we felt our pets were given just as much attention and care as we would have gotten at our regular vet had our pets decided to have their problems during regular office hours versus emergency hours. I would not hesitate to use Nashville Emergency Clinic again should the need arise.

So thankful for this place!! Our dog who has epilepsy was having a bad couple of days. I was surprised when I called and an actual person picked up the phone. I was expecting an automated message. They immediately put me through to the doctor who recommended we bring him right in. The doctor stays in house all night so you get immediate care. They were able to help our dog relax and recommended a plan of care. It was very reasonably priced. When all was said and done (exam, sedation meds, two doses of seizure medication to take home and two syringes of sedation meds in case we need it) our total was $210. I was prepared to be spending way more than that considering it was in the middle of the night. Also, if you have to take your pet back again that night for some reason, they do not charge you for the initial exam again which was $84. They are open nights, weekends, and holidays. I have such a piece of mind now knowing that this clinic is open in case we ever need them. They are an emergency clinic but told us we could call any time with questions or concerns. Thank you so much to the staff! We really appreciate it!!

We will not return to this facility. Their primary goal was to make a large profit on our pet's life threatening condition. High pressure tactic to apply for a credit card for the $3900 surgery. We offered them $2000 deposit and they refused... Pushed the credit card option. We were able to get in touch with our primary veterinarian at his home and seek his advice. He told us to meet him at his office and he would perform the surgery. The next day - he charged us $950. He got a staff together at 9:00 pm to save our dog's life and in the process saved us over $3000. You can't put a price on your pet's life and I feel that the Murfreesboro Emergency Pet Clinic preys on that. We are FOREVER grateful to Dr. Tate at Cannon County Animal Clinic.

When my dog and wife were attacked by a much larger dog, I opted to take my dog here because it was closest. I certainly should have done more research, however when there's a wife dealing with a dogbite as well as a pet gashed open, research isn't foremost on one's mind. Regretfully. Upon arrival there was immediately an $89 fee. Any treatment would be extra. After an initial assessment the estimate came. Nearly $700 to put in a few stiches, lab work, prep (shave affected area) sedation meds, antibiotics etc.... Whatever it took to raise the total. Most of which falls directly in line with the other reviews. All about the money. After questioning the charges the vet conceded the $200 lab work could possibly slide as well as the fees for the prep. Still almost $500 which we reluctantly agreed to since there was the matter of the wife with a dogbite to tend to. While still in the ER, these people had the audacity to call and tell me if I didn't come get my dog, additional fees would be accessed. This was maybe 3 and half hours later. Nevermind that we were still tending to a dogbite on a human and no one else was in the pet hospital. Again, all about the money. Never again will I be in the Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic. Most who become vetrinarians do so because they love animals, I wish it were the case here.

We went to the emergency clinic on river rock! The river rock office vet was so rude! We had a terrible emergency with our dog they were going to charge us $1200-2000$ minimum there were no other options other than putting her down. I tried to discuss it with them no cursing no yelling. They treated me as an outcast and asked me to leave. Went to broad street office found out the first clinic was wrong about a few things and they worked it out and we payed only about 500$ and our dog is now recovering well

Chris Buchanan

They are awesome! The Drs were extremely knowledgeable, provided a prognosis that was not pie in the sky, but a reality. The staff was kind and helpful, answering all my questions... They even took my info over the phone so Amos could go straight to the back. A true 5 star experience.

This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star! Several of the review said don't go here but we figured we'd chance it anyways. Mine and my wifes cat was injured today and so we took him here. They said that the fee covered the examination as well as the x-rays. After they examined him they told us we would have to pay for the x rays as well as a shot as well as medication. Like several of the review said. DON"T GO HERE! It will be a wast of your time and your money, all they care about is screwing you out of your money.. I could have said that my cat might have a fracture of bruised ligament without paying a fee. They probably only looked at him for 20 seconds, if that! Thanks for wasting my time, my wifes time, and my cats time. NEVER GOING BACK! And again, DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

LuAnn Tibbetts

I don't understand the negative comments I saw posted. I had to take my cat in on a weekend evening and they were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was kind, caring, concerned, informative and attentive. We were seen immediately and diagnosis / treatment began as quickly as possible. Yes, of course they expected payment, any vet will, whether emergency or regular vet. I can't thank Drs. Kitchens and Batey and their staff enough for all they did, my sweet kitty is on the mend!

I had to bring my Emmy Lou here last Friday after a missed diagnosis from a vet the day before and there refusal to see her that afternoon. The other vet said she had low calcium and come to find out she had Open Pyometra (bad infection in her uterus) and Eclampsia after she (a Chihuahua) had her first litter of 6 healthy pups. My belief is she would have died if not over night then the next day without treatment she was going down so fast. They did the surgery that was needed immediately. The care and concern they showed for my Emmy was above and beyond what was expected. Every staff member I talked to was considerate and compassionate to her and my needs. They would call with every update and spend time answering all my questions and making sure I was educated and comfortable with her care. They went above and beyond with her care. They even went as far as feeding her by hand to get her to eat every time they feed her because she's spoiled and had them wrapped around her little paw. My Emmy Lou is now home taking care of her 6 puppies and me again. Every day getting better and better. I truly believe that without them I would have lost her. Thank you so much too all the staff from Friday March 2 to Sunday March 4 that took care of my Emmy Lou. I have read in other posts people complaining about the price, yes it is expensive. It's an EMERGENCY VET. It's no different than going to your regular doctor or a human Emergency Room. There's a huge price difference there also.

Dr. Mike was amazing! We brought our dog in for emergency treatment after ingesting some Gorilla Glue which resulted in emergency surgery in the middle of the night. The staff and Dr. Mike were very attentive keeping us in the loop before, during and after surgery. Our pup is on the mend, thanks to their hard work and dedication. You never hope to have an emergency pet visit, but when you do, it's good to know that there are top notch vets and staff there to take care of your pet! I highly recommend their services!

Our sweet Anna was having seizures and we took her to Nashville Pet Emergency Clinic at Murfreesboro. The staff was knowledgeable, kind and gave us options. From the moment our Anna was placed in their arms, we knew she was in good hands. The doctors kept us up to date with her progress and when her health faltered even more, they helped us make a very hard decision. What meant the most is that Dr. Kitchins (SP) told us step by step what to expect when we had to put her down. I was allowed to hold my sweet girl and know what to expect which made it less fearful for me and my son. I will forever be greatful for the love and care this office gave our sweet girl in her final hours. Thank you.

Please take your pet to any other emergency vet. This place is hell for pets. Too upset to go into detail, but my vet was upset about his 1 day of care there on labor day. Sickening.

Do not take your pet to this clinic if you have any other options in an emergency. They do not care about your pets. They do however, care about your money and they will take full advantage of a terrible circumstance to get as much of it as they can. I am confident that these people have zero compassion for the animals they treat. I wish I had read the reviews earlier. (I also wish zero stars were an option.)

Cynthia McFadden

I needed to bring my pet in for emergency care and found the clinic to be very caring and competent. The fee was explained up front which I expected to be higher than a normal vet visit due to the "emergency" and this being an after hours visit. The staff was kind and gave me a thorough explanation of my dogs diagnosis and gave me options for her care. I would bring my pets here again should an emergency arrive. It is more expensive than a normal vet visit but it is "after- hours"

Toni Stark-Boisseau

I took my dog, who had gotten into a scuffle with a critter to the "emergency vet" and was told that they did not provide rabies shots and that just to clean up his face and look at him would start at $105. Like any dog owner willing to come out after midnight I started to take the clipboard when I hear the staff laughing about the fact that I brought him in. While I'm sure they've seen much worse, it was completely rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. Google was much cheaper and helpful.

Shelby Mead

They don't care about animals just the money. When we went to pick up our dog he started bleeding really bad and they told us they wouldn't do anything til we payed them. We ended up coming up with the money but it took sometime. They were just going to let him bleed out if we couldn't pay them.

Mary Cates

Do not take your babies here. Worst place. All about the money and not about your animals well being. They left my girl laying in the floor without doing anything to her for 4 hours. Yes 4 hours my dog layed there in pain, while they made sure they got their money before helping my poor baby. Was there from 12:30 until 5 just for them to tell me I need to go to My regular vet. $208 for an xray and for my dog to lay in the floor. They done xrays, said that their machine was crappy and it wasn't a good xray, we needed to go to our regular vet. So of course we have to wait 2 more days so she could seen. Got her to our vet they started testing her right away to see what was Wrong. Money was no object just her well being. They did surgery.. she was already to weak and my baby is gone. All because these people do not care about our animals they just want out money. So please of you love your animals take them anywhere but here. Because they do not care about you or your babies.

Destrya

Staff is awkward and not very personable, they lack ability to comfort people in difficult situations. They probably want you to be as fearful as possible so that you spend as much as possible. I went here in a pinch, because it was close but I've done some research so I don't end up in the same situation, not being sure where to go in murfressboro. There are other pet emergency clinics in the area, I don't recommend this one. Also they seemingly hold you pet hostage until you pay, they try and get the money before the service is even done, like I said very awkward.

Cristy Baird

I brought my Dads dog in....The Vet was very thorough, gave us an accurate diagnosis. They were very compassionate. Cotton made it through and is as good as he can be at 13. They also were very helpful when my Dogs eye ruptured. He was 16 years old and they took every precaution to see him through the surgery. He made it and we are greatful. We lost him a few months later due to natural causes...he passed in his sleep....which was a blessing. Thankyou so much for being available.

Teresa Turnbo

Yes they tell you how much it will cost UP FRONT which is the same as ANY Emergency Vet Clinic. I realize that people can be very upset when their pet is sick or injured. If you want top notch Emergency Vet Care- go here. I have been to the other place in town and the wait was long and not any cheaper. X-rays are read by a radiologist in addition to the vet. You are free to say NO to anything they want to do which is why they tell you up front how much it will cost.

Way better than my other choice! Cat was having asthma attack & the other 24 hour vet told me they would have her meds when I called at 8a.m. & at 2.p.m. I was told her asthma meds would be ready today when I called at 2. Called back when I got off work at 7p.m. & was told because my cat hadn’t been seen in over a year I had to bring her in for a visit. They could have told me that earlier but waited till the price increased. This vet got me right in. Told me they could give her a antibiotic shot then or give me antibiotics to give to her when I got home. I got the shot cause it works faster. I went in, got what I needed, & was gone in under a hour. Cost less than $140. I was pleased. I should have had my cats meds on hand but I ran out & the other vet tried to hustle me. This vet understood that my cat just needed her antibiotics. They gave me what I ask for. No after hours vet is going to be cheap but I was suprised at how cheap I got out here. The staff was professional & curtious.

Anytime anyone has to use an after hours vet service, it's likely an emergency situation and sometimes a case of life or death and tensions can run high. I've read previous reviews where folks mentioned it is all about the money and that no one there cares about the pets. I also noticed that many of the most recent negative reviews specifically have situations where pets have passed away and I realize in those cases many folks want to assign blame whether the clinic is at fault or not because they are hurting from the loss. I can't speak to the other situations, only to the ones I have so here goes. I have been here 3 times with 3 different cats and seen 3 different doctors. 1 time was for a euthanasia of an older cat who took a sudden turn for the worse; the other 2 times were for cats who suddenly developed odd symptoms or behaviors. All of these occurred after hours leaving us with no choice to see our regular vet. I never regretted any of the visits and never felt that we were overcharged for services. As for the fees, they are a bit more than a regular vet visit but this is an after hours service and one should expect those services to be higher because of this. I never felt the fees were inflated. $89 for the standard visit is in line with the same services provided by other after hours care facilities. Any additional services were our decision and pricing was provided BEFORE any decisions were made...nothing was ever done without our consent and knowledge of what to expect. Were there some unnecessary services offered? Probably, but I've seen the same offered at our regular vet....you just opt for the ones that you feel your pet needs and disregard the others. No one is forcing anyone to take a package deal on the services recommended. I never felt that any of the doctors were just there to be there...they all truly seemed invested in the well being of our animals and spent a fair amount of time discussing symptoms, listening to our input, etc. before offering advice and recommendations. I've never been there when it has been busy and I've never been there when an emergency victim has been brought in, but I can see how those would have to take precedence and there could be some wait time depending on what each pet is suffering from. The bottom line here is this can be a thankless job - if a pet dies, the owner typically blames the doctor or clinic and that's not really fair. Not every pet can be saved and sometimes the hard decisions have to be made. That doesn't mean they didn't do their best. I would have no reservations about bringing any of our pets here again if needed...I just don't want to have to need the service but am thankful it is there if and when it is needed by us or anyone else.

Total nightmare. If your pet is in life threatening, critical condition do NOT go to this place. I could echo many of the other negative posts on here but instead I will first share my 9 year old's perception after leaving this place before I had said one word about how I was feeling..."They seem to care more about money than taking care of her." That says it all. Worst part was I asked the Vet for updates throughout the night so I could make the decision when/if to let our baby go without more and unnecessary suffering yet the ONLY call I got from her was at 2am. I didn't get another call until 8am when the NEXT Vet came on shift, only to hear our girl was in even worse condition!!! Her Vet left her shift without ever calling me back with another update nor a final update before leaving! We rushed over and from her appearance she had been suffering horribly for hours!!! I made it VERY clear to all the staff before leaving earlier that I did NOT want her suffering and would opt to euthanize her if it was obviously needed but NO ONE called me to update me for 6 hours. I see their responses to other complaints professing utmost care and compassion. Lies. Not from our experience and clearly not MANY others before us. Heartache and $1300 later for pushy tactics, BS and neglect. Like I said, a 9 year old's perception says it all.

BEWARE - DO NOT GO - I took my 11 1/2 yr old dog early Saturday morning, March 19th.The vet on duty was the most insensitive and inhumane person I have ever encountered. I was there to save my dog's life and was dealing with a very dramatic situation when I was faced with a business that was only concerned by money. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION!!

Rachel Collins

This place is horrible. All they care about is money. As soon as I brought my dog in I informed them that my other dog and neighbor dog where in a fight and she might of got involved. Instead of looking for anything that could be trauma they instantly started judging because she is a lean dog ( she eats the right amount of food as well as getting fed extra from my toddler. Just one of those dogs that could eat and eat and never gain a lot of weight) so they tell me she is just sick and her glucose is low(which came back fine). Then they came back bc her temp was very low and low blood pressure and all but accusing me of her being outside to long ( she was outside for maybe 10-20 min if that to go potty) so they charged me for that treatment. Before I left they decided after I just paid that there was more money I needed to pay for more things. Then I left and they called right before 7 to tell me she is doing worse and she is pooping out pieces of her intestine but they want to do another 900$ worth of things but she is probably brain dead and won’t be the same dog though but they suggest doing it. So we opted to have her put down and us have her privately cremated. The lady informed me since we would be doing that we could be refunded money bc I paid for her to stay 24 hours level 3 icu and she wasn’t there 8 hours. Then I was told that we would not be refunded anything bc they did more then we paid for. So I paid these people to not listen to me and possibly save her life by looking for internal damage or possibly shock if she had gotten hurt from the other dogs fighting and she had to suffer to never have a chance. I work in the pet industry and will decently be spreading the word about the poor care and money hungry place this is.

Our dog was hit by an SUV a few weeks ago, and we had to rush her to Nashville Pet Emergency. I called ahead of time so that they knew we were coming, and when we pulled up one of the girls working there was immediately outside helping us with our dog. They got her into an exam room within minutes and helped keep her calm, comfortable, and tested her vitals and all while someone else put together a "potential cost" list. Everything was as empathetic, efficient, and went as smoothly as possible. We immediately agreed to pay the bill, and they got to work on helping our girl. Not even three weeks later, and her wounds are healed, her bruises have faded, and her stitches are out. Our pupper feels like herself again-- and it's completely because the vet and techs at NPEC took such *amazing* care of her. The sutures were so clean that she won't even have scars! A lot of the reviews here complain about the cost, but honestly, that's just ridiculous to me. It's an emergency clinic-- everything costs *them* more, so it, in turn, costs us more. Running a clinic with unconventional hours means their staff has to be paid more than a staff at a 9-5 place. The antibiotics and pain medicine they use had the *exact* same cost breakdown as my regular vet's. The fee for keeping her overnight was completely reasonable. So yes, it was expensive to save my dog-- almost $2k is a lot of money. But good Lord people, what do you expect when you're in an emergency situation? Pharmaceuticals are expensive. Surgery is expensive. Anesthesia is expensive. Paying competent people who are, essentially, ER docs for animals is expensive. The breakdown of the cost was completely reasonable given the amount of work, medicine, and time it took to save our girl. Having a pet is a choice and, more importantly, a responsibility. If you can't afford potential big bills, then don't have pets. Complaining about the expense of medical care is just ridiculous. It is *your* responsibility to balance your budget and make sure that you have an emergency fund for when tragedy strikes-- they can't just not charge for the thousands of dollars worth of time and resources they put into saving an animal. Thank you so much NPEC! We are so lucky to have you.

Karen Pfluge

Just top notch in treatment and communication! While we were out of town our poor dog sitter had to bring the eldest to the emergency room. They were wonderful at communicating every step, the diagnosis, treatment, and cost. On-time updates and very compassionate. Thank you for walking us through a scary situation and taking excellent care of our baby!!

Katlynn Jones

They didn't even tell us that they couldn't take the card until after we decided to leave. They did not help with someone but I will never go back

William Hughes

Do not take your animals here!!!! My dog was dying and all they cared about was getting my money. They are the worst vet clinic I have ever been too!!! Do not go here. They do not care about you or your animals. They were the most insensitive human beings I have ever had to deal with. Go to the animal hospital in memorial! They are honest people and actually help animals unlike this place. The people who work here need to find a new profession that doesn't involve dealing with animals or people..... thanks for literally doing nothing but take my money

Renee Richards

I brought my dog in last night and waited and waited forever only for my dog to die in my arms in your waiting room. Thank you.

I unfortunately did not make it in time to even use their services but the staff came out immediately to check my pup's heart and see if she was alive. They shook their head "no" and as I started bawling Blakely hugged me and was just so sweet. They caringly loaded her onto a gurney and put me in a room to say goodbye to my girl. They even kept my baby entertained so my husband could come in with me and say his goodbye too. I know it must be hard working there and seeing this sadness all the time. I'll never forget their kind words and compassion. They even sent me a sympathy card.

Robert Benitez

The worst place to take your animals. They don't care about your pets. Your better off waiting til a regular vet opens up before taking your loved ones here. Was gona have to pay 400 dollars even before knowing what was wrong with my dog. Took my dog to a regular clinic paid 380 for everything that they didn't do for my dog. 400 bucks for the visit and 2 xrays at this pos place..my dog died cuz of this place and I just hope you all make the right decision of not taking your pets here. If I had the choice of no stars thats what this would have gotten and I'm sure they will have a lying response to this

Taecia Jones

HORRIBLE. My husband and I took our tabby there last night. The woman at the front desk told us it would be 85 for exam, xrays and a few other things. The ONLY reason I was okay to pay 85 was because she said xrays were included. Otherwise I would have taken him to another clinic where an exam was only 35-50. We get in the back and the vet looks at him and tells us what we already know. That his side and leg were swollen. Could be fractured, could just be swollen. We paid 85 for her to tell us what we already knew. The vet said the front desk lady would be in with a payment plan for xrays and pain meds. The lady came back in and said xrays were 200 when before we even checked in she had said they were included in the up front 85 fee. She also told me they didn't do payment plans even though the vet mentioned payment plans and they had pamphlets up front talking about payment plan options. We told them we'd do xrays somewhere else. We let them give our cat a shot for pain just because I hated to see him hurt, but we turned down their over priced pills that we can get for about 7-10 dollars at the store. Also, when they took our cat back to give him the shot, we heard a lot of upset meowing, more like crying, as soon as they took him back. And it stopped as soon as they brought him up. The woman from the front told us that it was a different cat that was crying back there. But we were the only ones there. It's possible someone dropped their cat off and left, and there really was another cat back there. But this woman had already lied to us twice. So considering the meowing started when our cat went back and stopped when he came back up, she very well could have been telling a third lie. Do not go here. They are liars and you can go places a lot cheaper than here. Other 24 hour pet clinics will not charge as much as this awful place. Not happy that we are trying to save money for a baby while taking care of our pets and they had to lie to us just to steal our money.

brenda shoemake

My daughter and I took a very small kitten in this morning. The kitten died as soon as we got there. There was nothing they could do. The doctors and techs were very kind to us especially my granddaughter. They called back later in the day to check on my granddaughter. Truly grateful for their kindness.
