We've got the feddbacks of people who consume the services and products of Nashville Cat Clinic (Veterinarian) in the state of Tennessee.
At the moment the firm has a rating of 4.8 over 5 and the rating has been based on 81 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is virtually the highest, and it's based on a very high number of opinions, so we can think that the valuation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to give their feddback when they've done well with the business, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to place reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Veterinarian is included in the category of Veterinarian.
There are vet clinics in my neighborhood but I drive across town to the Nashville Cat Clinic for my Oscar's care. They are tuned in to cats and their specific needs. The staff is always friendly, and Dr. Waldrop has quickly cured one nasty problem after another. I am totally pleased!
Dr. Waldrop clearly loves cats, and gives good care. He always seems up to date on the newest research regarding cat health and medicine. I've never had a cat problem he couldn't diagnose, and I've given up going to other vets who are geographically closer to me but who are not as equipped to deal with cats and have gotten the diagnosis wrong once too often. It is important to me that I can take my cats to a veterinarian who is not in a practice where my cats are going to be exposed to barking dogs and other frightening sounds ("other" meaning, besides Stefan!). I think I get better veterinary care with Dr. Waldrop than with any other veterinarian to whom I've ever taken a pet.
Do not take you cat anywhere else.
Awesome Vet! They have a home feeling about them & everyone is sweet & knowledgeable.
First time there this morning. Great staff! Very glad to find a place tailored to cats.
Love the atmosphere and services provided. However they are on the pricey side. Not good for low income families with pets!
After visiting another vet twice this month in attempts to get my little monster's shots with no luck because he got extremely aggressive, which I have never seen him do before, I decided it was time for a vet change. We switched to Nashville Cat Clinic and when I showed up I was desperate to just get his vaccines since it was our third attempt this month. Not only did they breeze through his exam and give him his vaccines with just a simple squeeze of easy cheese (which he was thrilled about), they listened to all my concerns and loved on and admired him. Easiest vet visit in the world. We will never go back to another vet, they are amazing here and genuinely cared. Honestly cannot recommend them enough. Worth every minute of the 30 minute drive there.
Happy cat! Happy mee
They are very kind and professional.
5/21: Very nice, intelligent staff. Thanks for your help with my sweet kitten!! Update: 5/25: This place is so awesome. They went above and beyond with their customer service. I appreciated them calling me today to check on my Kitten and see if his previous condition was getting better. Thanks guys!!
My two kitties & I have lived in 5 different states in the last 17 years. Nashville Cat Clinic is by far the best so far! Thank you so much for your care.
Wonderful place just for cats. Very friendly and caring staff. Loved my service and I now have a new place to take my cat.
I have been taking my cats to the Nashville Cat Clinic for many years. In my opinion Dr. Waldrop is a fabulous vet and I would not take my cats anywhere else,.
I have been consistently impressed by the level of care that the staff at the Cat Clinic provides. I've had a few cat emergencies, and they're always quick to fit me in as soon as they can. It's obvious that everyone working there cares so much for their patients, and they always provide clear explanations about your animal's state of health during visits. Whenver there's a serious issue, they call a day or two after your visit to check. Also, my cats are extremely pleased to be able to go to a vet where they won't have to interact with any dogs in the waiting room. I can't recommend this clinic enough!
Super nice staff and my cat is happy to go there
Dr. Waldrop is the best cat veterinarian I have ever met. Has saved a couple of my cats when other vets would have put them to sleep.
Years ago, the Nashville Cat Clinic was literally a lifesaver when other vets gave up up and told us to say goodbye to a feline family member. Dr Waldrop is the gentlest and most caring veterinarian we could ever hope for, as well as an excellent diagnostician and surgeon. Over the years, we have learned to trust that he will figure out what's wrong, come up with the best treatment plan and do everything humanly possible to help our cats. We also know that when the time really does come to say goodbye to a very ill/elderly kitty, he will assist us with that in a most compassionate and respectful manner. He's knowledgeable. He's thorough. He loves his patients. In short, Dr Waldrop is a healer in the truest sense of the word.
Really nice people who caters to all cat needs and they even call to check up on you after recent appointments.
They treat your cats, like their own, they are really kind and welcoming, and they are great staff that always is helpful and willing to help. They treat my cats the best way. It is a good veterinary with expertise in cats, love it. because there are no dogs that stress your cats.
Everyone I met here are super people. They took exceptional care of my cat . Bring your fur baby to the Nashville Cat Clinic. They're actually way above 5 stars but that is all that there was for the rating
brought my cat Jake here for a checkup and to get his shots updated. normally i take him to a regular vet but was fed up with the Dr.’s always making me feel like a bad cat mom and insisting i buy something for an anknown reason. Jake’s visit here was a little pricey, but i didn’t mind paying more for a better service and not once did they tell me i needed to spend more money on something he didn’t actually need. everyone was super friendly and understanding, and i loved how there are cats inside and outside the facility! i have recommended this place to some of my friends with cats as well.
Dr. Waldrop is beyond amazing! If I could leave 10 stars I would. His clinic is the very best I have ever been to and every one of my cats (both mine and my fosters) have received nothing but the best, most accurate care available. His staff reflects that same excellence as well.
We were traveling from Gulf Shores, AL back home to Louisville, KY when we stopped overnight in Nashville on Friday, August 8th. Saturday morning, I noticed that my 3-month-old special needs kitten Forrest wasn't able to urinate and I wasn't able to express his bladder. I feared he was blocked with stones, so we called the clinic and they scheduled us an appointment within an hour and we headed to the clinic. We were greeted by a very nice receptionist and we filled out new client paperwork. Then, Stephan, the absolute best vet tech I have ever seen (I'm a pre-vet student who has shadowed at eight different clinics) took us into an exam room and began to look over Forrest. He was so intelligent and caring that my parents thought he was the vet! Dr. Waldrop came in next and tried to catheterize Forrest several times in the room before deciding to anesthetize him and catheterize him in the back. He allowed me to observe the entire procedure, which I really appreciated. Dr. Waldrop got Forrest unblocked and gave us a different antibiotic, as well as a sample of Royal Canin SO food to help dissolve the remaining stones. Stephan also sent Forrest home with a handmade toy, which was a really sweet gesture. If we had waited any longer to get Forrest treated, he easily could have died of kidney failure, as urethral blockages in male cats can be deadly. I cannot say enough nice things about Nashville Cat Clinic! They go out of their way to make your cat comfortable, including taking the temperature in the ear (instead of in the rectum) and performing all procedures in the room if possible. Everything they do is aimed at making your cat as relaxed as possible, since cats tend to be notoriously anxious at vets' offices. I would give them way more than 5 stars if I could! I tell everyone about this practice, and we will definitely consider bringing our other cats back since Nashville is less than three hours from Louisville! An excellent, excellent practice with one of the best sets of staff I have ever met.
Fast and accurate.
Cat specialist
Staff is very friendly and nice....the vet Dr is so very kind and patient. He took the time to educate me and show me how to give my kitten her medicine without the struggle.
The Nashville cat clinic provides exemplary care for felines!
Getting an appointment with them is awful, they either need more staff or an appointment setter. They act like they're so busy. I just read a bad review of them injuring someone cat so the owner had to put the cat down. I'm taking my baby somewhere else.
I've been bringing my cats here for years! They've always been so nice and friendly, and genuinely seem to love our pets. I've had to put my cat to sleep, as she was ill...and they were very compassionate and empathetic for my loss.
I love Dr. Waldrop. He takes great care of my cats. And the staff is super friendly.
They are always friendly and very dedicated to completely helping you cat get better. We've been coming here for over a decade and trust them fully.
Wonderful service and great place to bring your cats!
Always the top of the line care with our babies! They explain everything thoroughly without making you feel like an idiot.
They take such good care of my little Fiona! They treat her like the princess she sees herself as and I could not be happier
Very good service. Kind, gentle staff.
Last year, I started using Nashville Cat Clinic as the primary vet for my Maine coon mix. Previously living in a small town, I've never had the best experiences with vets, but NCC blew me away. My experience from start to finish was great, and I honestly don’t have a single complaint. The entire staff are fantastic! They showed me and my cat true kindness and compassion. Dr. Waldrop was amazing, very thorough and attentive and answered all of my questions with patience. I was also impressed by the technology this practice utilizes. The location of the office may not be the most convenient for some Nashville residents, but it is definitely worth the drive. The whole office is beautiful, I would highly recommend the Nashville Cat Clinic to any cat owners in middle TN!
Moved to Nashville recently and took our three cats here for the first time. The entire staff was wonderful! Very friendly to talk with and very loving treatment of our cats. The vet took time to thoroughly answer any questions and the entire appointment felt relaxed and not rushed. They also have a variety of online resources and provide a lot of personalized follow-ups. Our cats even received e-cards for their birthdays! It's the little extra touches that really made the experience stand out for me.
Very friendly people and felt happy with the doctor. The online scheduling system is very convenient.
Yesterday was our first visit for my rescue kitten at Dr Waldrop office. The staff was wonderful. He was highly recommended. I will recommend him to anyone. This Baby Kane which is now Kane Jackson was sick and needed vetting fast. My appointment was the very next day. He examined him thoroughly. Took fluid from his abdomen and analysis it. We all know that sometimes the out come on this disease is not always good . I prayed to God the night before to just give me a glimmer of hope which Dr Waltrop did. Prayers answered. I will continue with treatment from Dr Waltrop and prayers. I want my little buddy to be with me a long time. Last night he was better and even growled at Another cat. He has played like a kitten should. Through Dr Walthrop and staff you have given me hope. For that I will be forever be grateful. I drove an 1 1/2 hours to get to the Nashville Cat Clinic for Kane's appointment. Well worth the drive. I can't thank you enough. We will see you next Tuesday. Merry Christmas
I've been bringing my cats (babies) to Nashville Cat Clinic for years. The staff and Dr. Waldrop are the best! They clearly love what they do and it shows! I would recommend anyone who has fur babies to take them to Nashville Cat Clinic. They're the best!
Real cat lovers they are the best
I am so impressed by Dr. Waldrop and staff. Dr. Waldrop took his time with the exam and patiently answered all of my questions. He personally called with the results of my cat's blood work and again talked through any questions I had. I am so happy I found this place and highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet!
Friendly staff
Very Nice people that are great for your cat!
I've been taking my now 20 year old cat here since we've moved here. Dr. Waldrop and his staff are very kind toward me and my cat. Very professional.
I just moved from out of town and have been anxious about finding a new local vet to trust. After much research I decided to try here and took my fur baby to visit Dr Mark Waldrop this week. I was first impressed with the ease of making an appointment online and how you can immediately see what the availability is. The lobby area was clean, comfortably styled, and didn't have that "scary vet smell." The staff at the desk was kind and enjoyable to talk and joke with. The office cats Tristin and Waffles were so handsome and obviously loved. I was more then pleased with the gentleness and genuine care the Dr and staff showed for a very unamused kitty getting her shots for the year. Dr Waldrop was even able to put her at a little at ease in the midst of the examination when she was most stressed like some bird-chirping-cat-whispering mystic! Cavu and I will be back. Thank for the great visit and service.
Everyone were very nice and explained everything really well about what we needed to do for his cat
they were very considerate of our worries that our baby was sick and very scared. They are also very prompt and thorough with their work, explanations, and overall care for both cat and parents.
Love Dr. Waldrop and his staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Very courteous and helpful as well as thorough. Glad to have found them when we moved to the area last year.
