Dr Crow is the new vet of our dog and four cats. We met her last December for the yearly exams of some of our pets and to check on the teeth of our dog. We like her and the way she is really making the pets comfortable. Her team is doing a great job and I really appreciate their kindness with the pets, the knowledge of Dr. Crow and how affordable they are. Our dog was checked by a vet at an animal hospital in Hixson last November who suggested to do a teeth cleaning for a regular $800 quote! (just cleaning her teeth + blood test before procedure), adding a $30 per tooth extracted! Dr Crow's quote for a cleaning teeth is only $185 and about $100 of lab tests before anesthesia being sure the pet is ok. Tooth extraction is also affordable at half price of our previous quote from Northgate animal Hospital. Huge difference and it makes the 35 miles driving acceptable, since our pets are being well taken care and staff is taking time to pet them. In January, one of our cats started being sick, we got an appointment immediately with Dr Crow who was busy but took care of Blue. Thank you for being flexible and doing the best you can for our pets.

Love how my furbaby is treated when he has to be seen here. They are patient with him and always give him plenty of kisses and treats. They take time to listen and explain things. I highly recommend this veterinarian. She doesn't rush through your visits and she truly does care for you and your pet. You're not just a number here!

We were on vacation and had to take our dog in due to an issue with a front paw/leg. The staff was very accommodating by giving us an appointment although it was a surgery day. The facility was easy to find and very clean. Dr. Crow gave our dog a thorough head -to-toe exam. She gave advise on interventions to make our pet's limitations less painful. The fee was very reasonable for the exam and medications. Treats were given for the injured dog as well as his brother who was along for "moral support". We would definitely return to this facility and would highly recommend the professional and caring services.
