I’m new to the area, and I’ve finally decided it’s important to leave reviews especially for places like this. I just called trying to get some information on bringing my pup in. The young lady was so unhelpful and made me feel like I was completely wasting her time. When I told her what medication I’m use to, she says, “we don’t carry it...” and offers no alternative. The rest of the convo was like pulling teeth. Long story short, I just have bad experiences with places like this and I think I’m the 2nd review EVER..anyways idk.
