I have taken both of my cats there from there very first shots. One is now diabetic. His vet is Dr. Lang and she is wonderful. I wouldn't go anywhere she is. Very compassionate. She even called me at home to check on my cat to make sure he was still doing ok.

Dr Long was wonderful with me and my ferret. She was very attentive, caring and answered any and all questions. She went above the call of duty and got the other doctors input on his treatment , sent us home with his medicine and didn't charge me for the follow up visit. My mother-in-law had to put down one of her cats. This cat was highly attached to my husband and the clinic let my husband and I come and be present. The vet was extremely kind. He talked us through the whole process. He had seen the cat 6 months ago when she started to get sick and so was aware of the whole history. He was gentle with her and us and when it was done told my mother-in-law not to worry about any payment that day. He gave us time to grieve before dealing with the monetary aspect and it was so appreciated. I hope you go here in better circumstances, and I highly recommend them.

Since the lost of our precious Bandit last year after 17 yrs, our hearts have been heavy. Tommi Girl our beautiful girl with no ears is 15yrs, has been doing very well with her illness. After our Bandit past we told our selfs no more, even though we still had Tommi Girl, we just wanted to love her and leave it at that. But about two months later I was on the Chattanooga Humaine Society site and this little tiny grey kitten just grabbed my heart! He was six weeks old and had been brought there at four weeks old. He was very tiny for his age, we called about him, went and adopted him with in days. We brought him home at six weeks old only weighing 1.6 oz!! We named him BiBi. He came in from the start as if he always belonged here, he took up with Tommi Girl right away, all though at first she wanted nothing to do with him but BiBi would not give up and now they are pals. BiBi could never take the place of our Bandit but he was meant to be here and has gave of so much love as we have him! I want to thank the staff at Middle Valley Vet for taking such great care of him as they have all our pets over the yrs. DR. Ade calls BiBi a handsome man!! Now BiBi is nine months old and weighs in at 7 pounds and doing great. He is still tiny for his age but he thinks he is 10 feet tall!! Thank you all at our vet and I Thank Our Lord for his love

This clinic requires everything be bought from them even if they do not carry the heartworm medication you have been using for years. They do not let you know this until well after you have spent your hundreds of dollars. I have been using an online pharmacy for years and this clinic trashed them. I find the online pharmacy much more reliable and professional than this greedy clinic. Do your pets and yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I really like Dr. Camp, but the vet tech was rather rude and tried to push the most expensive “buy it from us with a prescription” food as the first option to help my cat’s “poop issue.” And the office staff doesn’t return phone calls. When the office closed early for inclement weather, they never called to cancel my appointment. I called to verify my appointment time and got the recording. I left a message asking them to call me to reschedule the appointment. They never called back. I called a week plus later and asked if the vet could just prescribe some medication without me having to bring my cat back in. The woman who answered the phone looked at the cat’s file and said she didn’t see anything about medication for that problem in the file, but would leave the file for the doctor on her desk and transferred me to the doctor’s voicemail. So I left a detailed message including my phone number. Weeks later still no call back! Switching vets!

I got hung up on by someone calling me back after I left a voice mail. Middle of the conversation the woman hung up on me after I was asking about payment plans. Nice to know that because I can't shell out 500$ right away it makes me undesirable as a client. Rude as hell. Never even going to try this place again. Customer service is everything and I got hung up on instead of answered.

This place is EXCELLENT!! My dog (Diesel) got hit by a car about 2 weeks ago and i brought him here. They said their was a 50/50 chance of him surviving. I left him over the weekend and picked him up on Monday. He was like a brand new dog! He finished his pain meds and now he's back to normal! Dr. Long and her team is awesome! Also their very affordable!

Our elderly pup took a turn for the worse a few months back and at closing time they waited until all the kids arrived to say good bye and helped her peacefully cross the rainbow bridge. They cried along with us and in the coming weeks sent us cards of sympathy. We have used them on and off for a number of years but after that night we will not go anywhere else.
