Front desk staff is rude and un-attentive . The only thing they are good at is taking your payment . Both of my dogs have had horrible experiences here in the last 6 months . A simple neuter turned in to a horrible infection which led to a complete removal of his anatomy due to poor post surgical care and follow ups by the doctors . My other dog went in for a teeth cleaning and they called me after the fact to tell me they extracted 5 teeth ! I was not notified until after the extractions were done ! These people are unapologetic butchers and I will never come back ! My mistake was giving them a second chance !

Showed up at their office when they opened one Saturday morning, had never been there before... They took my info and had Pumkin in the back within 20 minutes! Very gentle and thorough with her. Answered every question we had, didn't rush at all, and made sure we had everything we needed to take care of her! Added bonus, didn't have to empty our bank account to get quality care for our baby

Just left this vet's office which we have used for 4 of our dogs. Took my chihuahua Tika today for a broken due claw. Was told by the lady I assume was the nurse that the doctor wanted to just take a quick look at her before he goes into his next appt. And they took her out of the room. Next thing I know I'm standing in a room listening to my dog screaming/crying out in pain for about 6-7 minutes straight. When they brought her back in the room half of her due claw was removed and bleeding. No medicine was given for pain NEVER WAS I INFORMED THAT IS WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO.. I would have NEVER agreed to that.. I was VERY upset. When I told them they did not have any right to lie and say he just wanted to look at her and then do that to her.. "He" the doctor said he doesn't have to listen to this and walked out of the room which I was not pleased with either and said what did you want me to do???? Well how bout this. I would have loved for you to talk to me... "The owner" and explain the process and then let me explain to you that I could have done the EXACT thing you did at home. but I did NOT because I wanted her to have something for pain before hand.. how bout I am the owner and they at NO POINT ASKED MY PERMISSION NOR DID THEY EXPLAIN WHAT THEY WERE PLANNING ON DOING. I NEVER EVEN SEEN THE DOCTOR UNTIL AFTER HE REMOVED HALF OF HER CLAW WHILE I STOOD IN THE ROOM AND WAS FORCED TO LISTEN TO HER SCREAMING/ CRYING FOR AROUND 6-7 MINUTES STRAIGHT... I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET TO ANYONE AFTER TODAY. I CANT EVEN BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENED RIGHT NOW MYSELF.. also when I mentioned to this doctor that he didn't even have my permission to touch her. He said I didn't do anything to her..... So I said how then is half of her due claw removed.. beware people I am now on the way to take her to another vet to have them look at what they did to her. And contacting the BBB and anyone else to get the word out about my experience today my poor baby is bleeding now.

I have taken my dogs do this Veterinary Clinic for 8 years and they have always been very courteous thoughtful and thorough. I took my two dogs to get their annual shots and check up and discovered that my miniature Dotson is having an infection that is causing her to cough sneeze and wheeze a lot. So the doctor prescribed some antibiotics to get her well.

I've been taking my animal since he was 9 weeks old he is 7 years old now they're always great with him and are always good with answering questions with an appointment or by phone never feel rushed. Better than that he likes to go there he doesn't get upset for being there and they're really good at putting him at he's so that he's not afraid.

And today November 8 I get bring my little guy home. Brought a kitten I had raised from newborn stage because her head was tilted and she could not see, eat, drink... All she could do was writhe and cry. They could not find a cure for my angel and charged us $500! I wish I had taken her into another vet for a 2nd opinion... She might still be with me today.

I took my sick dog to the vet, they suggested I leave her overnight to be hooked up to a IV. This was on a Saturday never heard from them all day after I left her Saturday morning, they called me Sunday morning to tell me they came in to find her dead. They close at 1 on Saturday, I think they left her all night and never checked on her at all. Would definitely not recommend this place!

I wish zero stars was an option. This is the worse veterinary clinic i have even been to ever! We had our dog there 3 times. She was in very bad shape. Ran tests and and They diagnosed my 10 year old Jack Russel with cancer. Also wanted to do a biopsy for an astronomical price. We opted to just medicate her keep her comfortable until we would ultimately have her put to sleep. After 2 weeks of vet bills and medications costing us over $500 my wife found worms in her feces. We then dewormed her. Weened her off all the steroids and Tramadol etc within a couple days she was doing better after 2 weeks back to normal other than losing all the weight! Now 3 months later she is 100%!! This establishment costed us a lot of money and almost our pets life! I would not recommend this business!!!

Not a happy camper at all!!! Its like this im going to spill the beans about this clinic, i recently took my dog there they checked him out and said he's fine the next day he dies, but whats sad is the lack of care for an animal that was lacking they got 101.65 cents and i was showed the door in 15 mins time, it aint about the money its about love and respect for the animal and the owner, if you dont care enough for the animals get out of the business get out of the fake smiles the fake laughter, its one thing to lie rob the owner just dont keep robbing animals of there lives

I had a great experience at this clinic. I brought in a lost kitty to get her checked out. Everything I was told over the phone from cost to treatment was consistent. Dr. Pack explained everything, answered all my questions and was not pushy. I got the kitten vaccinated and treated for worms, ticks and fleas. Now she needs a good home. Thankfully she seems to be in a good bill no of health. Thanks to everyone at Kinslow

We love this place. All the doctors are caring and the prices are good compared to other Vets in the area. The office staff get to know the regular customers and our pets. They take care of everything from farm animals to house pets. There are no appointments, its first come first served, so Saturdays are usually a zoo. The facility could use some upgrades so that's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.

For the average pet owner this vet probably is ok...if you can get past the rude employees and no one listening about what you have to say when you provide them info. The vets themselves are decent but don't expect anything beyond mediocre. I own a lot of animals, have the means to vet them all and provide a lot of income to whichever vet I choose to use. I'm so heartbroken at the loss of the best vet I have ever met (dr wheeler) and I'm still on the search for a vet like him. I prefer a vet office that will take my phone calls when I have a question and that will treat me like a valued customer/friend. If you want personal and caring then this vet is not for you.

This clinic took our kitten in when nobody else would we called the pet hospital and was turned away because they was booked our little one had and eye out of it's socket and it was an emergency kinslow acted fast and took her in and gave a fair price. If you have a pet trust whoever you want we have family members and we will be returning to kinslow where they will be treated like family.

You cannot find a vet more compassionate than Dr. Haley. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, kind, and informative. He truly goes above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough for all he has done for my lizard. I went to this clinic because he was highly recommended to me, and I will continue to drive the 45 minutes it takes for me to get there in order to have my other pets see him as well. My dog had to stay there 10 days because he bit someone in HIS house. Anyway they treated him great, not like he was in jail but like he was their guest. One of the hardest things I've ever done is to turn my dog over to them for 10 days. They made that part easier for me. Also we went for visits at least once sometimes twice a day and the ladies were happy to help every single time

Just have to say that our dog loves it there! They provide all your Veterinary needs as well as boarding (as we get closer to the building he gets so excited). Friendly and polite staff answer all the questions I've ever had. We just had a fleshy growth of some kind removed from his leg, of course he has to wear a cone for a while. But I'm confident that they have treated him better then anywhere else we could of taken him.

It comes as a shock that I am having to write this review, as this clinic comes recommended by countless people. Unfortunately, I think those people are remembering a time long past. I found the front desk staff to be rude, inattentive, and incompetent. The veterinarian also seemed focused on things other than my pet and was more interested in the money he was getting than in expressing any kind of compassion or offering sensible medical consultation.

This clinic comes highly recommend by several people in the Lebanon and Nashville area. I live in Nashville and make the 35 mile drive just for my dog to have the absolute best care. Unfortunately I have tried to make my dog an appointment 3 times over the last month. Tammy, the front desk lady has made this experience miserable, including hanging up on me, being rude, impatient and very unhelpful. Animals are like our children and they are also very expensive. All needed was an estimate on what I would be paying as I know it would be on the upside of $600-$900. I asked that if she did not know, could she have someone call me back that could be more helpful at which point she hung up on me. Today I called for the 3rd time and explained that it was an emergency as my dog has a tooth abscess that has broken through the skin and they said there was no availability until April. Seeing as I have been trying to make this appointment for over a month, the lady said it wasn't there fault they are too booked to fit her in. The only reason I have given one star is because I could not post this review without selecting one. It is sad because I more than trust my dog with the doctors. The last time we were in, Dr. Haley was walking around with her after her surgery because, "She was sweet and did NOT like the kennel." I was so impressed that they took such good care of her. Front desk staff here are horrible!

This is not my usual vet. We came in with our min pin on Mar 11 after our dog was viciously attacked by a pitbull at the Pilot Truck Stop. They were very accommodating by allowing us to bring our bobtail there and getting our dog in as quickly as possible to treat his wounds and get him into surgery. I will never have the words to thank yall. Yall could have kicked us to the curb and had us find a hospital, but you didnt. You even gave me time to say bye to my dog before he had to go into surgery and stay the night. Thank you all for your kindness and the care you gave my baby. He is doing better thanks to yall!!

I went with an exotic pet to see "doctor" Haley. I really wish that I had gone elsewhere. He was very rough with my poor little pet and by the time I left the poor little thing was barely even moving, and was clearly in worse condition than when I walked in. Additionally he told me that there was really nothing he could do and that if I wanted a chance at getting some answers then it would cost me at least 200-500 dollars and that did not mean it would help my pet at all, only maybe tell me why he quit eating. Then he gave me contradictory instructions and shoved me out the door. The staff was very rude and my poor pet passed away that night. Worst vet experience of my life.

Kinslow veterinary clinic is not a private practice at any one time you're liable to find anywhere from 3 to 5 veterinarians on staff. They have a couple of mobile emergency trucks which are mainly used for large animal or agricultural. They also have small animal services for dogs and cats and other pets. If you ever get to meet Doctor Kinslow, he is kind of a grouch but an okay guy and he knows his stuff, the kind of reminds me of my dad LOL. I guess I'm the only one here writing a review that has used this veterinary hospital over 30 years. However as a truck driver I have had the opportunity to visit many other animal hospitals and let me tell you if I ever give one five stars they will have a MRI machine in the back room,coffee pot in the waiting area.and the building that looks like it is out of a sci-fi movie.

Dr. Haley is such a compassionate vet. My dog injured his leg on a Saturday night and Dr Haley was able to meet us at the vet for an emergency call within 20 minutes. The entire staff is friendly and the girls up front know me and my dogs when we walk in.

We called on a Friday to see if we could get our two male cats fixed on Monday and they did quickly. They scheduled them right away. I also asked if they boys could stay a few days after surgery. They agreed. They stayed til friday morning. They took care of them and when we picked them up they seemed happy. When we called to check on the boys they transfered me right to the doctor that had them fixed. She was really nice. And explained everything she had done. And how they were at that point. They missed us just like we missed them. They did not seem to be in pain when we picked them up. If the boys happen to get sick (we hope that never happens) we will be back. Reading other reviews: We can see how you all thought they was rude. That is the type of persons they are. They was nice and easy going. Took care of us immediately. If you can get passed the type of people they are (not bad) this vet is an easy way. No not real loving towards any animal. But they don't abuse them either. My cats came back to me better than ever. Minus the smell the vet has. Its horrible. But why wouldn't it be with all the animals. Be sure to bathe them after the visit. The smell sticks to their fur. I've gotta wait a couple more days because of sutures on the cats. To the vet: Thank you for being so good to our cats. We really appreciate it. :-) :-) :-)

I take my pets here because as far as I know it's cheaper than some other places in town. I have had a few bad experiences here. The staff isn't the best up front as others have mentioned and a couple not too friendly in the back. I like Dr. Shirley but sometimes question if certain services are necessary or to jack up the bill?

Took my lifeless cat in the vets (Kinslow)office I told them her condition I had to Sit and Wait til everybody else that was there before me to go in. Waited about 45mins by the time they saw my cat she got worse they kept her overnight but had to put her due to kidneys failing! Won't go back!!

Called Dr.Pack for a emergency,had a horse injured very bad , call every vet we could find in my area ( Winchester,Fayetteville,Manchester tn.) not one called back!!!! Yes I left them messages.. Dr. Pack drove 2 hours one way to take care of horse,at 7:30 pm didn’t leave my house until almost 11 :00pm, thanks again for the help,,,, don’t waste your time with these vets in my area!!!!!!!
