I accidentally run over a poor beetle and it cut it pretty bad I tried to nurse it the best I could but it just wouldn't heal. So I took him to the vet in Dixon Centreville and just told him to it's not my dog. I wish they would just fix his eye and send me the bill but they wouldn't do that they wanted cash then these are the only people that would take this pretty dog and I thank you. I sometimes wonder how the dog is. I'll be good

I have know Dr. Brannan and Angie for a long time. They are wonderful, ethical people who tell you the truth about your pet's condition and any options that are available to you. They are completely understanding if you can not afford to do the most expensive thing. He takes the time to explain everything so you can make the best decision possible for your pet, your financial situation, and your family. Their hospital has grown to be quite large over several years, they now have more veterinarians. Whether or not I see Dr. Brannan, each employee has been trained the right way, and I trust his judgement. The other vet(I've forgotten her name, I'm sorry), is great, too. I've worked for several veterinary clinics in Dickson, but he is definitely my favorite!

We adopted our precious Holly Anne from Proverbs 12:10 animal rescue. Cornerstone always helps with most animals they bring in. Our girl had heartworm and they treated her almost 8 years ago. They were compassionate, friendly and explained everything. Since we lived about 30 minutes away, our precious baby used a different vet after that. Unfortunately, she became ill this past week and my OWN VET was out of town after seeing them 3 days before (he never told us that) and could not see her so we called Cornerstone who welcomed us in immediately. We met with Dr. K who gave us the news that we thought however during this devastating, heart wrenching process she was so kind, considerate and explained everything we needed to know. While our hearts our broken, we KNOW she is with us. WHEN we adopt another furbaby from Proverbs, I will NEVER take them any place else no matter how far it is. They are by far one of the best veterinarian office in Middle Tennessee. Thank you Cornerstone for everything including making our girl at peace during her final moments...Thank you Dr. K.

Great service at an affordable price. Cornerstone really puts the animals first and will make themselves available all hours to help worrisome owners. Usually always busy so make your appointment a few days out if possible. They also sell all your pets needs as far as flea and tick treatments, wormer, etc.

The staff is very friendly and compassionate. They were able to work my sick dog, Smokey, into their very busy Saturday morning schedule at the last minute. We saw Dr. Pearman who was wonderful with both Smokey and me and my son. We were given some bad news but Dr. Pearman was so compassionate and kind. She took very good care of him. She took her time with us explaining everything. Unfortunately, our sweet Smokey passed away recently. We intend to adopt another rescue soon and will use Cornerstone for our veterinary needs.

They are so caring. I came home from work sunday morning and my babygirl was in trouble. an absessed anal gland. My kids called and they meet us there in less then 15 min. They gave her such loving care and where so gentle with her, and it didnt cost me my life savings. (on limited income) That was 1 1/2 years ago and she still goes there. We brought in our kitten who had twisted hind legs and tremors. They gave a comprehensive plan on how to take care of her legs even though tremors would probably still be a problem later in life. We told them we weren't sure we could take care of it because of our 2 year-old and they offered to take it in. Now she'll find a home that loves her as much as we do and can take care of her

The vets are smart and nice. Dr. Woodard has given great care to my dog. She is very sweet. Dr. Brannan once did a surgery on my cat, while the surgery was very risky and he did not make it, he let us visit our cat and talked to us each time about his condition. I am giving a 4 star because the receptionist (glasses), is rude almost every time we arrive. This has happened on more than one occasion. She is even rude on the phone. I also have long wait times while out in the lobby for check out. (Meaning, I am done with my vet visit, I am waiting to pay my bill!) The receptionists should work on their people skills more

Dr.Mark did a great job with our cat far as spaying an declawing. Only thing that was upsetting I went to get our cat out of her crate the poor cat was laying on the towel we provided an it was saturated with pee an our cat was laying on it probably lord knows how long. My wife also added that she had taken one of child hood pets an the cat was clean an her crate an towels was too not sure how it happened but definitely shouldn't have no animal she have to lay in their own urine over night....
