This Veterinarian is included in the category of Veterinarian.
They care about your pet, and take the time to talk with you.
I just started coming here for my new pup I just got and these people are really friendly, but not only that, they care a lot about your animals. I just got my pups vaccines, dewormed, and all that well a few hours later I called back concerned saying how he didn't look good. So I rushed up there and got there 5 minutes after closing, they still let me in and gave him some medicine for him not feeling good. Our doctor was Dr. Rush
The vets here are super friendly and very nice. Bonus they really know what they're talking about and honestly care about your pets!
Nice people. Great with animals
All the staff are awesome. The Vets work with you. They really care about our fur babies. We had emergencies and were taken right in. they call and check on the dogs if they've had any illness or injury. We also get our dogs groomed there and have always had excellent care. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate them.
Great services, extremely knowledge vets. Costs are comparable.
Great care for my furry kids! Spartacus loves all the attention he gets.
Marsha that works up front is incredibly rude. This clinic nickel and dimes you to death with hidden fees. The vets are nice, but they need to examine their billing practices, and the front staff (especially Marsha!).
I brought my 10 year old lab here because of lung related issues and due to a previous heart-worm diagnosis. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Sanders was very helpful. I expected to hear bad news due to my dog's age, however, Dr. Sanders provided several alternatives which are resulting in a better outcome (and aren't obliterating the budget). I'll definitely be taking my dog back when needed.
Super helpful finding the owner of a lost fur baby
Hands down the Best doctors to care for your beloved four legged family members.
Excellent groomer. Thank you very much!
For years my dog has suffered with allergies and my vet in Miami, FL could not or did not have a successful solution. Since moving to Memphis and finding the wonderful Doctors at Cordova Station everything has changed. They have solved his allergy issues, helped me deal with a thyroid problem holistically, by changing his diet and handled his after care following surgery for bloat. As my dog is a senior and a large breed it is a given that there will be more need for knowledgeable care and I feel confident that I will find it at Cordova Station. While it has been suggested to me that the prices are higher, I have not found them to be unreasonable and when I consider how many Years of repeated visits without success I paid for in Miami, I am saving money and my dog is healthy. I would recommend Cordova Station highly and would give them more stars if I could.
Of all the veterinary clinics I've been to in the past, this is the most family centered, friendly, and loving group, from the staff to the docs. They treat each animal with love, and are very knowledgeable and accessible. And for pets with multiple medical issues, they do their best to make everything as affordable as possible, while still providing the best medical care. If you live in the area, your fur babies need to go here! Highly recommended.
They are professional, caring, informative, and very courteous. I can recommend this animal hospital without hesitation.
So my husband has been taking our dog to this clinic for years and every time he used to come back home with a huge bill. Once I went there to pick up the medicines and saw the huge bill, I straightaway called Petmeds and ordered medicines from there. I got medicines from there for less than half the cost I was paying to the clinic. Then sometime later, we needed a refill. Our dog is really old and he has very weak bones. We have to give him pain meds to keep him comfortable. When I ordered again on Petmeds, I thought that as I have got the medicines approved once, I won't need to get it approved again. Big mistake. A week passed and didn't receive anything. So I called Petmeds and found out that the vet's office didn't approve it. I called them and they said they never received it. So I followed up because of which I had to call them several times. Petmeds was sweet to give me a priority delivery, even though the delay was not from their side. But I still had to get a few pills coz I had nothing left at home. When I went to the clinic to pick up my medicine, Dr. Sanders had the audacity to show the invoice to me and say - I just earned $10 from you. I have never heard anyone say this to a customer, that since I earned a meager $10 from you, I don't care for a customer like you. On top of that, he and his associate Chaz were extremely rude to me. They claimed that I was rude to them. Just because I called them several times so that they approve the medicine, they said I am rude. Chaz had the audacity to say to me that why didn't I check earlier since I ordered on a Sunday and now we are close to the weekend. Their office is absolutely unprofessional. Around 3 years back when my husband and I were dating, this same dog was really sick and we both went to pick him up from the vet's after the operation. The associate called my then boyfriend's ex-wife to tell about the dog. The ex-wife came at the vet's and created such a ruckus over there. If you would like to deal with drama, pay a lot of money and get horrible service, go to Cordova Animal station hospital.
Great staff and friendly service took great care of my dog
They've always taken very good care of our dogs.
Great doctor and technicians, they are very knowledgeable and have patience to explain things to you. They do not discriminate against Bully breeds and understand the behavior of both of my dogs and work with it well. Thank you. Call for an appointment and walk-ins are welcomed too. Never waited more than 10 minutes! However they are very expensive. I attached before and after pic of his treatment (brindle dog)
The doctors and staff at Cordova Station Animal Hospital are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they are always willing to explain what is being done to our pet, in addition to the billing details. Fortunately, we haven’t had a lot of medical emergencies, but in the few instances that we have, we were able to quickly make appointments and receive treatment.
I can’t say enough good things!! We transferred from an East Memphis Vet several years ago and never looked back!! The vets and staff are so friendly, so thorough, so caring! We moved to Collierville over a year ago, and while there are closer options, we wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur babies
I have been taking my pets to Cordova Station for about 10 years and in my book they are absolutely the BEST! I don't know what we would do without Dr. Sanders and Dr. Warner!
My dog had mucous/bloody diarrhea, doctor tells me for them to figure it out it would be $12-$1500 to find out What's wrong. Then to scare me, I guess because I'm a single female, the doctor decides to throw out she probably has lymphoma. Went to a specialist today, basically EVERY SINGLE THING THE ORIGINAL DOCTOR SAID WAS INCORRECT. The doctor also so there are absolutely no signs of lymphoma or anything else more serious, and that this vet A. Took me for my money, B. Just intentionally tried to scare me so I would pay the $12-$1500 for tests that may OR may NOT figure something out. Absolutely never ever going to them again. Also I tried to get on a payment plan because it was an urgent situation, they not only never called to verify they could run my card, but ran it 3 times and made my bank account go into the negative. I warn anyone who goes there. Honestly. They just try to scare you on purpose to make more money.
Horrible Customer Service
I've never been here for veterinary care so I can't attest to that but I boarded animals here when I was out of town and they are lovely. they are accommodating of more than just dogs and cats - they can also handle birds, at least for boarding. they followed the particular care instructions they were given and were very kind to my critters while they were there. I'd recommend them for boarding, and if that ethic extends to their medical care I can only assume they are great vets as well.
Love the Doc here
Everyone here is so caring and kind! My family has been bringing our pets here for years and they will not only spend time listening to your problems but will stay with you and give you very detailed information. Their passion is amazing
Dr Sanders and Dr Warner are excellent vets. When I moved to Memphis several years ago I was worried trying to find a new vet. They were my second try. Love them and the rest of the staff. Marcia is the best staff member they have. Will continue to carry my animals/kids there unless I move!!
This was our first time boarding our pet during our vacation....I researched & researched. I picked Cordova Station because it was close to our home & they would board him, update our dog on his shots&give him a bath..all while we where gone for 5 days. PERFECT RIGHT!? NOT!...they did not give him a bath because he wouldn't sit still.... (but how did u give him shots if he wouldn't sit still)...they charged us for an exam by the doctor..but the doctor couldn't give him the exam??? (Why were we charged for it then??)..They told us that they tried to call us to inform us & they even tried to leave a message...which was an untruth! I left 4 numbers in case they needed us....they say they called 1 but didnt get an anwser???Really??? They are full of it!!! I calmly asked to speak with the doctor at the suggestion of the front desk clerk....she put us in a room to wait. 7mins later..another young lady comes in to tell us that the doctor wouldn't be able to see us for another 45mins or so.. (Great doctor patient relationship right) He didnt even try say hello ..walked right passed us.....So would I recommend Cordova Station. .No! The front desk lady was cool!...it wasn't her fault. They are liars point blank period.!! They didn't even try to fix the situation...but they got my 332.00 though. A.Caster!
Staff are friendly and answer your questions patiently.
Very kind and courteous staff. Willing to help and informative.
Absolutely the best. They love our furbabies and understand how much they mean to us. The first and Only Vet that cared more my sweet little Chihuahua than he cared about Money
Great place for all animal needs-- treatment, vaccinations, grooming, and boarding! <3
We take our 3 dogs and 1 cat to Cordova Station. My fur babies are never nervous. They receive excellent care and there are various pricing options to choose from, depending if you need to see the doctor or not. Every employee truly loves your pet as much as you do.
I went here and was charged exuberant prices for minimium servives and given prices for a simple test to check for FIV when other places would do the same test and services for a fration of the price, and didnt even bother to clean or bandage my cat's wounded foot from a torn claw when all sites say a vet should bandage it, even a simple neutering can be done else where for half the cost
The professional staff are always courteous and knowledgeable.
They were very thorough with my sick dog.
Nice animal clinic with friendly staff. I board my dog often at this clinic and everyone is very kind and loving to him.
