I would reccomend to any responsible pet owner in the area... well, not TOO many, then it probably wouldn't be nearly as personable, fast, OR fairly priced...

We just got a new German Shepherd so we decided to take her to see Dr. O'Conner. We were very impressed by not only the GREAT VETERINARIAN but also her Vet. Tech's and receptionist. Everyone was very kind to us and Dr. O'Conner was very patient with our puppy Ricca, but she kind and loving. You can tell she really enjoys her job and she isn't the type that will suggest expensive tests that are unnecessary or to go ahead and do tests without asking and be left with a huge bill. I've had that done in the past but she is NOT like that. I feel very secure taking Ricca to her and look forward to taking our other dog as well.

Our first visit with our new puppy went very well; the entire staff was warm and welcoming. We appreciated all the time with the Vet Assistant and with Sandra, who were both very sweet and answered every question we had. They showed genuine interest and concern in ensuring our puppy was healthy and on target for the future.

Moved here in 2016 and after reading reviews on the local vets and some poor remarks about another local vet, I chose this place. What a great choice! Everyone on staff is extremely caring and compassionate about the pets they see. They make every effort to make your pet fell comfortable, showing love to my dogs on every visit. The doctor is very knowledgeable and has years of experience and she is willing to suggest different treatment methods ,not just the expensive option. From what I have seen on social media and local papers,she is very involved in the local animal shelter community too, along with helping the community especially after the fires last year. This place loves animals,and it shows when your in for a check-up or a more serious matter. I highly suggest of your looking for care for your pet,to give them a try.

I went there today with my little puppy who obviously had injured himself some how and after a w hour wait the doctor still had never checked out my poor.little puppy. I know I did not have an appointment but accidents happen. I feel some whom had bought there PET in for scheduled shots could have easily waited 10 min so the doctor could look at my puppy. Sometimes spur of the moment problems need to come before scheduled non critical procedures. I will not go hefe again !!

I absolutely recommend Cedarwood Veterinary Hospital for wonderful care of your animals. The staff is so friendly and so good to their patients, I won't take my animals anywhere else. It's almost a 45 minute drive from my house but it's well worth the extra drive time to ensure the best quality of care for my fur baby. Not to mention the cost is better than other vets I checked out. And the staff is so sweet and amazing, I couldn't be happier with the care my Teg receives from them.

I live at Kodak, TN. I need a good veterenarian at Sevier County, TH. I've tried everyone in Sevierville, TN, my dog need a help and all of them, either were rude, not helpful, were charging a lot of money. At Boyds Creek Veterinary Clinic, they told me "if you don't like our prices go to somewhere else." What kind of answer is that when my dog is sick and needs help!. With Cedarwood Veterinary Hospital, I met the most caring, professional staff, that they treat your pet as their own. It's so much love and care over there, that your pets were feeling relaxed, comfortable and come. Yes, it is the distance for us to travel, but it worth it!. I have 7 dogs and believe me, none of the Veterinary Clinics at Sevierville is good. I'm highly suggesting Cedarwood Veterinary Hospital. Please, try once and you will never want to go anywhere else! Very friendly staff. Dr O'Connor is one of the very few vets in East Tennessee who will see wild animals. I am a wildlife rehabber and she's helped my baby squirrels, opossums, bunnies, when no one else would. If I could give them a higher score, I definitely would!

I was up from Florida during Hurricane Irma when my cat got an upper respiratory infection. I was able to get an appointment for the same day I called at Cedarwood Animal hospital. I was happy because I was leaving that night back to Florida and wanted to make sure my cat was treated before we left. The staff and Dr. were so lovely. They took so much time with my cat Hannah as if she were a regular patient. They even have a cat room specifically for examining cats! The staff also recommended a pheromone spray for our car, so our cats would be calmer on the drive home. And it worked! If I lived in the area, this would be my vet permanently.

I love Cedarwood Veterinary Hospital. They are compassionate and caring. I will go to Cedarwood as long as I have animals.They have sat and cried with me when my fur babies had to cross the rainbow bridge. They are also very helpful with several rescue organizations. They help the wildlife and go out to some of the petting farms to care for those animals.They do so much good that I cannot last it all. They also board animals. There is really no need to go anywhere else.
