Just had my dog neutered at Caudle. Dr. Pandya was very thorough and explained the procedure to not just myself, but to my daughter and nephew as well. He then went above and beyond when my dog ripped out his stitches after a couple days. This is a great veterinary practice and both doctors are wonderful.

Dr. Pandya has provided great care for my cats and dogs for years. Took 12 yo Leo in today because, after a few days where he appeared to be reaching the end of his life, he kept going. Dr. Pandya's son was wonderful and had the same goals for Leo's care as I do. To keep him comfortable. So glad I went.

Wonderful place. Father and son are both vets and take time to examine your pet and answer your questions. Free recheck. Walkins instead of appts which really helps if you have a sick pet.

Looking at the Xmas weekend Vet Bill for 3lb dog, From Caudle Vet on Gallatin Rd. Here in Nashville called to get a breakdown cause in a hurry yesterday morning wasn't feeling well. Eyes bulging..I paid. Called back to ask for a breakdown of bill. Female picks up phone, identified herself as the Office Mgr. Didn't give her name. I asked her abt bill as on recorded phone the amt given not the same as on the bill. She snapped, stated she did not care if phone call recorded, and they dont make the laws. At age 63 you know I recognize the sound of Priviledge..as she goes on to say, I have DEALT with you before. Facebook family..she must really believe all Black people are alike. If she had before she would not have spoken to me the way she had over the phone, major disrespect. I remained CALM cause I recognize SHE GOT SOME MAJOR PERSONAL PROBLEMS happening somewhere..with that much venom..She represents Caudle and don't care so..I am sharing this bill..I receive with pricing different from that discussed..The VETS DO A GOOD job here..you dont want this surprise. (I can afford to pay.) Just wanted clarity. I was charged for license tags that dog has already..an no I have not talked to her other than to schedule shots and board back in May, and there was no confrontation. I WILL NOT GO BACK..the only way I know to deal with businesses that can say they don't give a fly flip..I thought abt my lawsuit with Sears..and YOU KNOW how happy I was with the results.

With so many options for veterinarians in Nashville, I was overwhelmed with choosing one to take my pet too. I prayed about it then I contacted this office on Saturday to ask if they took walk ins because my dog randomly started vomiting and pooping blood. I spoke with the receptionist and she was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I ended up going here and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Caudle was very helpful, knowledgable, and compassionate towards my dog, Avin. He provided excellent care for both my dogs and even called to check up on Avin a few days later. I'm pretty sure we will be sticking with this place for as long as we have anaimls.

My mom and I have taken our pets here for years I no longer have pets because it was too hard when I had my baby but my mom she has lost both of her dogs and she doesn’t make a lot of money because she’s on disability now so they really worked with her as far as the billing and they’re very kind and gentle in the process when it comes to having to put your pet at rest they make it very comfortable for you and for the dog as well and their prices are I feel very good I have not been there though and probably about two years but when I was there it was always a great experience

My mom had my dog recently euthanized at this location. It sounded like from talking with the front desk lady that the recommendation for euthanasia wasn't really what was best for my dog. She stated she only had diarrhea. I think my mom was tired of taking care of her , and this vet provided her an easy out, which I think is highly unethical. While technically this is my moms decision and she's ultimately responsible, especially because she didn't talk to me before making this decision, I still think vets have a responsibility to make decisions that are best for the pet and owner. Also, while I appreciate that the vet held Teeny for me, after my mom decided to have her thrown away, presenting me to her dirty in a plastic trash bag is a horrific way to see a personal friend I've had for 17 years. Please never do this to anyone or their pets, again.

The review from Ms. Bobbie Swann that states that the staff is privileged and rude. All I read was "My brain is too tiny to understand my vet bill and I was mad they didn't have the time to pull out crayons and paper to explain it to me". What an idiot. I'm sure the staff at Caudle Vet will be tickled that she will never return to their establishment. I've been bringing my dog there his whole life and have never encountered any of the issues this woman claims she had. Great Vet's office, Doctors and staff!!!

First time going to this vet and my dog was sick, I just didn't know how sick. She needed her annual shots and a check up. It took less than 30 minutes for the vet to check her giver her the shots and the extra shot for the flea eggs, and we were on our way after making arrangements for boarding her because they also offer that service as well. We would much rather board Misty with her veterinary clinic than anyone else so we knew she would be in good hands. Dropping her off the next morning she was reluctant to go but I was confident they would give her the care she needed. We picked her up a week later and she was happy to going home no jitters no moping just a happy dog jumping and ready to go with her humans.

Please, do not trust this place with your pets. I wish that I had not trusted them. I took my cat in and asked them before I left if everything was ok, and they ab that he was fine. That's not the case, at all. I am absolutely heartbroken because I have to put him down because of their neglect.

We LOVE this place. Our previous vet would always push extra things on us and try to get us to spend money by way of guilt. Caudle Vet was recommended to us by our neighbors and we absolutely love it here. It’s a father-son team. We got to meet the father the first time we went. He was extremely intelligent and took time to explain and educate us about things. He never tried to over sell us on anything and offered lots of great advice in addition to the medical care we got and made recommendations for care that made sense for what we needed. Highly highly recommend this place.

Walk in on a Saturday after calling almost every veterinarian open at the time. The staff was so kind when I called and told me it was no problem that I hadn’t been there before and to bring him in before they close. I got there and was seen so fast! Dr. Pandya asked a lot of questions and seemed to really care about what was going on with my dog. Luckily it wasn’t as serious as I thought it was and I’m glad I went to Caudle. Wow it’s a very hard decision to “fix” your dogs. We wanted to continue to breed them but unfortunate circumstances led to this being the right thing to do. I am very pleased with the entire experience at Caudle. I think they were very thorough and did a great job with my dogs. One of my dogs if female and the other male. We chose to do both dogs at once to help with recovery. It was a great choice. It’s been 10 days and they have healed up perfectly. They are both feeling great also. We go in tomorrow for our follow up. I would highly recommend Caudle Veterinary Clinic!

I'm from out of town and always travel with my dogs. Every visit to Nashville there seems to be some service needed from a vet, whether it be ear infections or wounds or some other malady, I have consistently used Caudle. They have very flexible drop in hours which work well for me. I've never had any problems and they seem to be very accommodating. I will continue to use them.
