Our experience at BLWA has been amazing. The staff is super friendly and always very helpful. Our dog has some on-going allergy issues that unfortunately have resulted in several trips to the doc this year. We have worked mostly with Dr. Matt Lane and he has been great. He always takes the time to answer any questions and educate on what's going on. If possible he provides multiple options on ways to treat an issue. He is down to earth and takes into consideration your views on how to treat a problem. I'm very appreciative of his efforts to help get our doodles allergy issues resolved and we're finally making some progress! I would highly recommend BLWA.

I have taken my Golden here, Simba, since he was a puppy. Everyone at this office is so friendly and welcoming when you come in or call over the phone. Dr. Weaver is our vet and is always honest and helpful, yet thorough in the care of my dog. I have also taken Simba here for baths and they do a wonderful job, plus he is always so happy when I pick him up. Although BLWA might seem on the expensive side to some, they come out about even with anywhere else I've checked into. Dr. Weaver always gives me advice to be cost efficient as well. To me you can't put a price on great care and love for your pet, which you definitely receive and more here!

They are always so kind in here. They didn't have any appointments and they let me drop her off early in the morning and they fit her in when they could so she could still be seen. They always make sure the answer all of my questions. I love this vet. Update 8.31.17: I just love this place, they never rush you out. Today I had lots of questions and they answered all and even gave my rambunctious little one this sweet bandana. Thanks team! Edit: 4.18.18 I just took my pups back for her checkup and a few shots. They gave her another sweet bandana which is just the best.

Consistently great! My neighbor recommended them when I moved to Mboro six years ago. (had been stuck with Banfield while in Hermitage). My various dogs have been seen by all the doctors at Brogli at one time or another, and each one is wonderful. I had two senior dogs who got loving care throughout, and now have two younger dogs who consistently get great care. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality care. Unlike the big chains, you don't have to buy "package deals", so can save money accordingly. This practice works closely with your pets' needs; no more no less. LOVE 'em!

Today was our first visit at BLWA. We had heard wonderful things and we weren’t disappointed. Absolutely phenomenal! I called first thing this morning and left a message which was returned within 15 minutes. For a well check appointment. Nothing urgent. They were able to get us in same day. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, stopping what they were doing to come around and love on my sweet puppy. Ocean was very knowledgeable, friendly and great with my pup. Dr Alexander took his time to walk me through any concerns and questions I had. He was very thorough and down to earth. Sometimes when choosing the best of the best the customer service/bedside manner can be lacking. Not at BLWA! We’re so excited to have found our vet home.

I've been here twice and they've wasted my money both times without even giving me anything to go off of. I brought my dog in telling them he had eaten something out of the trash and was now acting weird. They decided he need to be sedated and given x-rays? Even though they already know what's going on he ate something out of the trash. They then told me he'd need surgery since he hasn't pooped which would cost 1000-2000 dollars. I told them no I'll wait for it and then got charged $300 for all of that. I took him home and he immediately pooped. Every time I come here it just feels like a money grab. Will not be coming back after wasting $300...

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Alexander for seven years now. He is fantastic! He is friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. He is great with my dog and I feel he truly cares for her. My dog, who has passed away, was very ill with cancer and arthritis. He went above and beyond on several occasions to care for him. The staff at the office is also very friendly and willing to help. Dr. Alexander is simply awesome! Also, we have seen Dr. Lane and Dr. Weaver when Dr. Alexander wasn't available and we were very pleased with them as well. I lost my precious Lilly Sunday in a freak accident and called on Monday to bring her in for cremation. I was asked about whether I wanted a cremation of just her and keep her ashes and I said yes. I was not asked any other questions regarding their services for this. I did not even asked the price for cremation as that was not an issue. I had been told by a friend that it was nice that you get a paw print to keep with her ashes and I was comforted knowing this. But when I picked up her ashes there was no paw print. I am devastated. Upon calling they tell me that is something that you have to request but like I said I was not asked any other questions but told to come to the back door and they would come out to get her and told I did not need to come inside. She has been going to this vet for 13 years along with my other dog and am disappointed in the personal attention you receive while grieving your furry friend. Otherwise I have always loved the care my two babies were given at Brogli Lane Weaver & Alexander Animal Hospital and believe me we have been through lots of medical issues and accidents with both my babies. One heartbroken mama! PS Please be sure to ask for a paw print to be made and pay the extra money for it because they may not ask you if you want it. *****UPDATE***** Dr Alexander called me to apologize for me not getting a paw print and I do understand they are not perfect and mistakes happen but this one can not be corrected. They are still the best vet to care for your furry friends.

I brought my dog here who was double cryptorchid. They quoted the cost of the surgery between $500-$800. When we went to pick him up the surgery cost a little below $300. It’s nice to know that they are honest people and not just a company who wants money. Also, Dr. Alexander is by far the nicest vet I have seen. I would never take my pets anywhere else.

The one time I saw the Dr, it was a great experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time. Although I'm aware there are cheaper places in town, I was okay with it because I really liked the Dr. Now.. all of the other times I have visited the office just for vaccinations, have been terrible. One time I was offered "convenient drop off service" so I could drop my dog off and then pick him up later while he got his shots. I went to drop him off before work, was put in a waiting room for 25 minutes with my dog. I thought I was just dropping him off? All the while 3 girls laughed and chatted at the front desk. I came out twice and asked someone to come take my dog so I could get to work. They let me know that none of them were "qualified" to take my dog to the holding area and that someone qualified would be with me asap. It took me longer to just drop my dog off than it should have been to actually go and get his shots. It was ridiculous. In addition, the other 2-3 times he has gone in and had shots, I have waited in a room for much longer than I am used to, or expect to.

Dr. Alexander is by far the best vetinarian I have ever had. The staff and reception are always kind and friendly and the reception staff are always sweet and kind. I found this vet from a Google search and read the reviews. I can tell you from first hand experience they are the best in town. I have 4 female dogs but 2 are always getting sick or other things going on with them. I brought those 2 one of the first visits to see Dr. Alexander. Both whom I previously spent a ton of money on trying to diagnose their problems from other vets in town with no results. Literally no results. Nothing ever got better just worse. It got to the point where my wife and I thought we were going to lose one of our dogs (Cleo) due to her losing so much weight. Dr. Alexander took one visit (let me put emphasis here on ONE VISIT when I took them to other vets literally dozens of times) to look at both of them, he had a hunch, and nailed the diagnosis for both without testing (though testing was done to confirm it) and immediately started them on medications. Keep in mind one diagnosis was protein losing enteropathy....yet he had a hunch that was it from the get go and he was right. That's impressive to say the least. I'm happy to say both are fully recovered and my Cleo has gained weight for the first time in almost 2 years and all other 3 dogs are in great shape because of him with my other dog (Oreo) being practically cured from her severe allergies that were causing skin and hair loss. If your looking for a vetinarian, you can't go wrong with this place nor would I take my girls anywhere else.

I just started going here recently and haven't had any problems, and my grandmother use to use them all the time and she only had great things to say about them. The prices are great and they make sure you know what's going on with your baby. I've had problems with several other vet offices in the past, from only caring about money, to rude staff, poor communication, ect., but I haven't had any of those problems here and I don't think that I will.

BEST VETS IN TOWN! Dr. Lane is wonderful, very knowledgeable and you can tell he loves animals. My dog, who has diabetes, is very comfortable around him. We take our 3 dogs and cat to them for vaccines and care. Dr. Brogli treated another dog of ours in an emergency. He was just as great. We appreciate them and their dedication in providing compassionate care and always looking out for the animals' health and wellbeing. They are celebrating 50 years of veterinarian care so that should tell you something. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I took both of my dogs to this get for over 5 years. Dr. Lane's son comes in as a vet, does surgery on my dog, stitches fell out within one day despite me not leaving my dog at all & her not having to do anything but walk...And they still fell out. Dr.lane took zero responsibility for the &100 spent at the ER.vet and refused to discuss it with me. He made me come to the office just to talk and when I got there he was rude, very rude. After patronizing their business for over 5 years, Dr.Lane decided he did not value my business was anymore and refused to have my dogs seen BH y dr.weaver as they bad been before. I had to find a new vet. It was a nightmare and complete pettiness...They would rather dismiss their clients to another vet than deal with anything difficult. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I wish I could give more stars! Everyone at Brogli Lane Weaver & Alexander are fantastic! I'm the crazy customer of theirs that is always trying to save the world one animal at a time. Whether its a kitten, dog, dog pregnant with puppies, or a baby bird. Doesn't matter! They still are incredibly friendly and patient. I have a bengal cat and a pomsky dog. And they are in love with everyone there. Neither one has ever had any anxiety. They are so excited to be there every time. Couple of names to point out (although I'm sure everyone else is just as fantastic, these are the two that I have dealt with the most) : Brittany is one of the girls that answer the phone. She is so incredibly passionate about what she does and is so patient with me! And Brian Alexander is my vet. I'm telling you, you will not find a more compassionate vet. He is incredible with both of my animals. Every decision he makes is what is best for my pets. He is not out there to make money. He wants to make sure that my pets are comfortable and happy. I have dealt with a lot of vets and Brian blows anyone away. I'm afraid to leave such a rave review because it may get harder to make an appointment with him because I let the secret out! Its so refreshing to go to a place where everyone is so incredibly passionate about their jobs! Keep it up guys and girls! Don't ever change! :) Pepper and Riley say hi and that they miss you :)!

This vet is awesome just watch out for charges that are inflated. It costs almost as much as a standard pedicure for myself for what they charge for a 30 second nail trim. Wow!! Will still use this place for sure but all the other nail trimmings must have been included in other services or else I just have never noticed that I was paying for it. Note to self: Invest in some nice nail trimmers and do that at home.

The vet himself took the time to sit down with us and explain several different options. I found an abandoned kitten covered in fleas with a burnt tail in a truck engine. I was able to bring him in to be seen the same day and the doctors and staff took such good care of him! He was a feral kitten but I saw him transition from hissing and darting away from people to purring and intentionally going up to the staff. My kitten has seen all of the doctors there, and I am pretty sure each staff member has also been able to show him love, care, and personalized attention. He looks forward to going to the vet now. They treated him for his fleas, got him on a vaccination regiment, neutered him, cut his nails, and went over a diet plan with me. I could not be happier with the customer service I experienced and the professional care he received. The prices are reasonable and affordable for the value of service that was received. I cannot thank the doctors, technicians, receptionists, and kennel assistants enough for taking care of my fur baby!

We have been going here for over a decade now. They have taken care of both of our previous cats and our other dog. They passed over the years. They were always in their care and helped us with them through the toughest times. They have a fantastic and caring staff. We are referred to by name. With two new dogs and a cat they have been in their care now as well. They are linked in with an emergency service group for 24 hour needs. They have other vet specialists as well when things need more in depth care that is specific to the pets needs. Example our cat had cancer and we were referred to a very good specialist as well. I cant say enough good things about this entire family of awesome people.

In my opinion, this is the best veterinarian clinic in town. The staff is not only professional and well trained, they are kind and considerate. My 6 month old puppy Bella, had surgery today.. A special thank you to a great Veterinarian Dr. Alexander. He was totally awesome and you can tell he really cares about your pet and their wellbeing. Also, Samantha Moore for keeping me informed the whole day on Bella's progress, which greatly relieved all my worries. She kept a special eye on her for me. I would also like to mention Kendra, for the great care she gave Bella. I would recommend this office to anyone and would not go anywhere else!

I brought my dog here for a dental operation. I was really impressed! They were very upfront about the price range (something many vets will shy away from telling you) and anything you need to know about the potential complications and recovery for your pet. Everyone was very friendly and did very well with my dog who has a history of fear biting. On actual operation day, they kept me very up to date on his situation and made drop off and pick up very simple. There was a "mixup", but it was nothing detrimental to my dog, the doctor was very apologetic, and I am happy with the way he offered to rectify the situation. This is a great establishment! So many places could learn from the level of customer service they provide.

I love this place so much and I am so happy to have Dr. Alexander taking care of our fur babies. I would trust any member of the staff here with our fur babies which is a big deal and says a lot about the character of the staff here. All are incredibly kind and anytime I need anything they are quick to find me an appointment that day. I have never seen a place that genuinely cares as much as they do; and with how many pets Dr. Alexander must see every day he still manages to remember details about our pets and their personalities and loves them as much as we do. The phone call in the following days asking how our pets are doing after their appointment is really just icing on the cake. These folks really care.

My family has 3 dogs. 2 of which are large dogs. In the past our big dogs have been looked over as if they were a little less important. But here all of our dogs are treated like royalty! I never leave dissatisfied. If you honestly want the best for your dog take them nowhere else but Brogli Lane Weaver and Alexander.

I absolutely love it here. They make you feel like your pup is part of the family. You get follow up calls to verify that your pet is doing well after appointments. We have never had a problem getting appointments quickly when needed. All the discs are amazing, the whole staff is great!

Our family absolutely loves Brogli Lane Weaver & Alexander Animal Hospital! They always take such good care of our two fur babies, Traveler and Pickles. I think we have had just about all of the vets at one time or another. The techs are always super patient and kind, and the vets always take the time to answer all of our questions. We also LOVE the bandanas the dogs get--they are so adorable. Would highly recommend to anyone to take their animals here!

We have taken our girls here for a few years now. My husband and I have 4 dogs and 2 of them are problem “children”. Dr. Alexander always takes care of them with love and compassion. Also he takes the time to talk to me and my husband whenever we bring them in. Even taking an hour of his time just to listen. My husband, who can be quite stubborn, listens to every word Dr. Alexander says and trusts his judgement more than his own when it comes to the dogs care. If you knew my husband this speaks volumes. Dr. Alexander has saved our dogs lives, cared for them, and one day, even when he was off work, he came in on his day off to care for our puppy Oreo. Everyone was shocked to see him and he called us back to the room , just because he was worried about her. That speaks volumes to his integrity. The office environment is clean and great and everyone is always nice. We will always take our girls to Brogli, Lane, Weaver, and Alexander. They are the best in town. THANK YOU DR. ALEXANDER FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO! WE APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DO!
