Brentwood Vet has been my vet for years - they are absolutely awesome! They always do whatever it takes to make sure you & your fur-baby are taken care of. No idea if you could save a dollar going somewhere else but I know that won't be me - as long as they have the same loving & compassionate folks working there, they are the vet for us! I adore the staff at Brentwood Veteinary Clinic. I discovered Dr Holiday through his reputation for dental cleaning and was so pleased with his knowledge and wit. I also see Dr Wall and appreciate his willingness to help even if my dog bites him. The facility is always clean and they get test results back ASAP but more importantly they love your dog. They’ve grieved with me when my pet passed and shared my excitement when we welcomed a new puppy and I couldn’t ask for a better vet!

You all are a train wreck. Our dog was brought in when he wouldn’t eat and was diagnosed with an infection requiring a tooth extraction. He was sent home with antibiotic and was told he couldn’t have the tooth pulled until his protein levels came up. He still wouldn’t eat and we were told - again - until his protein levels came up the tooth couldn’t come out. How can his protein levels come up IF HE CANT EAT? After two weeks of taking your ridiculous instruction we took him to Blue Pearl today where we were told he has a severe intestinal infection and he may die. If he dies - it is your fault. I will blame you and if I can find cause I will sue you. We trusted our rescue dog to your care and your negligence and incompetence may have killed him. I wouldn’t bring another pet to you for any reason. I will also speak with the rescues we work with so they know what happened.

First of all, let me just say how I’m amazed that such a great experience could come from the beginning of such a terrible day! For YEARS I’ve been looking for a wonderful place to take the little girl that brings such great joy to my life. To know that there is a facility so close to me that gives me such peace of mind is such a blessing! From making the appointment, to getting my baby seen and having everything taken care of, it was honestly such a breeze! Dr Brooke Frautschy took this panic stricken puppy daddy and not only calmed my nerves, but took such great care of my girl! She was also very informative, which I appreciated so much. She’s as close as I’m going to be able to get to talking directly to Ava! I’d also like to thank Amanda for being so courteous and warm in our introduction and getting us in for our appointment(even thought it was kind of last minute). Patience and customer service like that is one of a kind! I would recommend this clinic to ANY of my friends who have a pet that is ill or even just needs a regular checkup. A few months ago my dog was a patient at Banfield on their Puppy plan. They told me he needed a baby tooth extracted so I walked into this vet to ask for a second opinion. Everyone was so nice and considerate and after telling the vet how old my dog was she said give it time. Due to the customer service, I told them I'd be back when my Banfield plan expired. Since, the tooth has naturally fallen out and yesterday was my first visit to this vet. Again, customer service exceeded expectations from the desk staff to Dr. Wall. Dr. Wall explained in detail what my dog needed and took care of everything so that hopefully we won't have to go back for another year. Fantastic experience!

Dr. Wall and the entire staff are wonderful! They provide impeccable care for The Ronald McDonald House, therapy dog, Sadie! Making an appointment is very easy and can be done online. They always send appointment reminders for her yearly check up, which I love. We are always greeted by friendly staff and if we have ever had to wait, it's less than 5 minutes. Dr. Wall is very gentle and thorough and makes sure to answer all of my questions. If you want amazing care for your fur babies, I would highly recommend!

I took my 9 week old runt Maltipoo puppy, Pearl, in for an exam, because her appetite was scarce, and vaccinations. She got her shots and was dewormed, they cleaned her ears and filed her nails, weighed her, took my payment and sent me on my merry way. One week later: my dog still has no appetite and is vomiting and crying and bloated like she'd swallowed an orange whole so I take her to the nearest vet (Bellevue Animal Hospital). At this office I find out she's got Coccidia and Giardia OUT OF CONTROL, 2 ear infections, she's underweight, and the food I'd been giving her (Brentwood vet said it was great

This was my first time coming to this pet clinic. I came from banfield pet hospital. Had my dog checked out the for about 3 years. There so called insurance for pet smart was too much for my college life budget and and taking 33$ monthly. Their service was bad. Dr.G (forgot how to spell it) was very sweet and patient with canelo! She was very helpful. The service was very fast and right to the point! I loved it! The staff was awesome and very generous to give me a bag since I had medication and papers on my hand, while I had the leash and they gave me a cute plastic bag. Also the pricing was very understandable and pretty cheap compared to other vets I have gone such as; value pet in Nolensville pike and banfield pet hospital in Thompson lane. Thank you guys for your great service!

BVC is a great Veterinary clinic with caring doctors and staff. We go there for both routine visits for our dog Riley who does therapy work (and Dr. Wall is very understanding of all the extra paperwork we have to do), and even the occasional and unfortunate incidents/sickness. Their combined professionalism and personal attention with genuine concern for both your animal and you is difficult to match. Could not recommend a better clinic and staff for your furry friend.

Brentwood Veterinary Clinic (BVC) has provide care and boarding for my dogs for over ten years. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. Each and every one of the doctors provide the best care; my pets have seen most, of not all, of the BVC vets over the years. Owners/Pet parents are treated with respect, informed about them health of the pet, and given alternatives where appropriate. At the heart of it all is the welfare of your pets. They are always welcomed by friendly staff and made feel at home, as much as they can at the vet’s office. I’d recommend BVC to anyone looking for a partner in the care of their pets.
