ARE YOU F*ING KIDDING ME?!?! BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Brentwood has the ventilator that can help save our 1-year-old English Bulldog Gus, but is refusing to let Gus use their Mechanical Ventilator (only ventilator in Nashville) even though they have NO ONE onsite that knows how to use it, thus we cannot move Gus there. And our Specialist, who knows how to use it, is not allowed on-site to use the ventilator for Gus. BluePearl, you should be ashamed of yourself and all you SAY you stand for. AS A VET WHO CLAIMS TO SAVE ANIMALS, YOU FAIL IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE.

One of the most horrid experiences of my life My dog clearly couldn’t breathe and was severely compromised by a large tumor in his chest He was brought in for emergency care and be placed on oxygen to help him breathe Not only did the doctor leave him off oxygen during the night , she made it a point for me not to see him because I asked to much, to check on him. She actually told me, that she made me wait because I wanted to see him before she was ready This was time I could have been spending with my dying friend She was a horrible cruel, veterinarian that should not practice medicine And when I told management what was going on they sided with the doctor ! They will never be forgiven and they will never be used by anyone I know! To leave my poor little boy with no oxygen choking for Aer four hours ! Never use this clinic!!!!

Dr. Brinks was very kind and caring when I had to bring my older kitty in overnight because he wouldn't stop puking. Genuine and gave him fluids and meds that made him better.

My hubby and I are new parents to a himalayan named Fireball. I took him to this pet emergency room because he was showing symptoms that i was not familiar with. I was scared when i firat arrived but within minutes i knew that my "baby" Fireball would be taken care of. That staff is not only professional but they are friendly and compassionate towards the animals as well. They did not hesitate to anwer my questions and even went out of the way to reassure me that Fireball would feel better with the teatment they gave him. They allowed Fireball to get to know them on his terms and were not rough or arrogant with him at all. They even made sure that i knew how and when to apply his medication before they let me leave. They made sure that i knew the cost of treatment up front. They didnt try and bully me into getting extra meds at all. Even when i declined to get the extra pain med that they had available, there was no arrogance or judgement. I was impressed with my experience as soon as i got inside the lobby. Dont get me wrong----there was one thing that made my experience a little disturbing. My GPS had me to go on Acklen then turn left on 12th Ave. South. Then i was suppose to turn into the clinic. The entrance is actually on Acklen. Totally not the staffs fault at all. Im sure they are so dedicated to their careers that by the time they read this, that problem will be solved also.

Dr. Brinker and Nicole were very helpful to explain things several times to me, they took care of my dog very well. Very professional and understanding as I was upset having to bring my dog in for an emergency. Thanks very much to all staff. Was not as expensive to bring my pup in after-hours as I thought it would have been.

They allow animals to suffer so they can keep them barely alive to charge $100 an hour to pad the bill. Furthermore, they charge you $100.00 for miscellaneous. What the heck ismmiscellaneous and how do you know miscellaneous is $100.00. A little 6 1/2 week old Yorkie puppy who we thought was on the road to wellness died in my arms and they wanted to keep him another 2 days and charge $2000.00 more above the 1347.00 I had paid for just 24 hours of pure torture to that puppy. The puppy was dying when I got there and the vet tech said he had been breathing like that off and on all day. Really???? They didn't even notice that he had lost all of his blood. His gums were solid white. I was paying for 24 hour care and you don't notice that. I guess not when all you had in your sights was money!

Terrible vet. All they care about if MONEY! I am reporting them to the state board. They take advantage of people who are heartbroken with a sick pet. I was charged $550 for nothing. Pochers who club baby seals have more care for animals. Never use this place.

I am very grateful that we were referred to this clinic for my dog. I had a scary emergency with her, and she has been a beloved family pet for 13 years. I was terrified, and they saw us immediately and the vet was so gracious and nice. The cost was very reasonable too, and the entire office staff were very nice. I am so glad to know this service is here, and glad to know I can use them again if I need to. I highly recommend them.

I have a boxer that contacted leptospirosis. My veterinarian at Southside animal hospital was letting me bring him home at night with an IV bag and antibiotics to try to keep him from slipping to the other side. I got my dog home the other night and the IV was clogged with a blood clot and he needed a new line. I called Blue Pearl and explained to them my situation and the urgency to keep a constant fluid flow in his body to help him stay alive., Not only did they agree to help me, the receptionist up front stayed on the phone with me, entered all of my information on the computer and checked me in while I was in route. We were in and out in around 30 minutes with a new line ready to go. I have had experiences that were bad with other emergency vets in this town, if you are reading this, I advise you to use these people above all others. I want these people to know that I am very thankful for them and extremely happy with their service.
