This clinic is by far the best in West Tennessee! Dr Emily is knowledgeable, shows sincere concern, and explains procedures extremely well. Their prices for service are the most reasonable anywhere. They always follow up after procedures with a kind phone call to make sure my dog(s) is/are doing ok.

This place is hard to beat any way you cut it. They were waiting on us when we pulled up and had my big girl headed into surgery in less than a half hour. We'd never been there before, and only managed to call ahead about ten minutes before arriving. And after doing exploratory discovered that the condition we all thought might be the case wasn't it after all. So they didnt charge for the surgery. Im still dumbfounded. Highly recommended, cant even come up with a distant second. It doesnt get any better than that folks...

Took my dog in for a C section. she had 10 pups , they kept saying 5 were dead and I kept telling them they were still breathing. I kept rubbing them and trying to leep them warm. Once I was leaving with 5 pups and supposedly 5 were dead they brought me one more before I was out the door. I got home put them all under a heat lamp and got a call from the vet that they had one more that may make it. Put both of the "dead" puppies under a heat lamp and withing 20 minutes they were nursing. All still alive 2 weeks later I believe if they wouldn't have let the puppies get so cold they would have all survived. The room was cold , they had them laying on cold wet towels and all they would do was rub them when even a non vet knows heat is the most important factor in keeping pups alive. Then one of the ladies was mad because I rushed into the back where the puppies were sitting in a pile of "dead" puppies and kept picking them up trying to keep them warm. Worst experience at a vet ever. I would'nt recommend to anybody that spends $5,000 on breedings.

The people were nice, facilities well maintained. I was annoyed the vet insisted my dog has fleas, my dog has itchy skin but no fleas. If I find a flea I will retract this statement and apologise. She made up her mind what was wrong before examining the dog or listening to me. Then defended her position no matter what I said. Update: my dog is feeling better, her skin looks better too. Still haven't seen any fleas. She needed the antibiotic, wish I had not had to argue for it. Update: I did some research. Some dogs get yeast out of control which causes a bad smell and itchy skin. My dog has both conditions. I have ordered tea tree oil, which is supposed to be helpful for this. I will update the results I get from the tea tree oil.

This is fabulous clinic. Everyone is so nice, and they fall in love with all their clients' pets. I usually see Dr. Bailey. She has helped me with my foster kittens who have been really ill, but she loves the challenge of healing them. When they get better Dr Bailey gets sick excited as if they were her own. I drive in from Brownsville to see this clinic.

It was a wonderful experience for me as well as my dog. And we had never been before and didn't have an appointment. I found my dog injured and called them. They said to bring him right in!
