We recently moved back to Nashville and sought out Animal Care Center and Dr. O’Neill. Our cat loves the team and we couldn’t be happier with the care. Two months into treatment and our cat is healing better then she had in a year with our previous vet. I couldn’t recommend Animal Care Center more.

This vet was the worst experience I had in my entire life. I just moved to the area and needed to find a good vet for my 3 yorkies and my mother's yorkie. My mother had visited this place prior, so I wanted to give them a try. I boarded all 4 of my yorkies here on a weekend. I asked them to cut the nails of my 2 yorkies during the boarding bc I am scared to cut their nails and make them bleed, so I wanted to leave it to the professionals. I picked up all 4 dogs after my weekend getaway and loaded them into the car after paying for the boarding and nail trimmings (trimmings; which they charge for).. upon loading them into the car, all of sudden I see blood smeared everywhere on my seat and the shift gear, not just a "drop" but blood smeared all over the place.. I examined all 4 dogs and it turns out one of my dogs was bleeding from his foot. I called the vet from the parking lot, as I couldn't run inside bc I had 4 dogs in the car.. the vet tech put me on hold for 5 min and finally when she got on, I told her and asked if she could send out a tech with some wetnaps to wipe down my seats and/or to help me bring the dogs back in. But she told me to just bring in the one dog, leave the other dogs in the car and declined my request for help.. it was more than 90 degrees outside and I was uncomfortable to leave my car engine running with the keys or to leave the dogs in the car in the heat without AC but I had no choice I guess. So I had to leave my keys in the car and take the "one dog" in (even though they had enough staffing to send somebody out to help me). Once inside a man helped "clot" the bleeding. As I was walking out, no one even attempted to apologize for the inconvenience.. NOTHING. I had to ask again for some wetnaps and the guy followed me to the car.. I wiped down my seat and by this time I was already a little frustrated w/ the customer service.. so I made a comment to the guy saying "somebody should've "thought" to apologize or offer a refund for the trimming.. if I wanted my dog to bleed I would've cut their nails myself". Here's the thing.. it's not about "$10".. it was about customer service and morals and the fact that they did nothing to make it right was what made me mad. The mad instead of admitting to their mistakes.. instead argues that they can't help it if the dog bleeds from the trimming.. this made me even more mad. I told him forget about it and I was in my car about to leave, texting my husband what happended, and the mad comes back out with a $20 bill. I roll down my window and he tells me "here's your refund"... I said "no thank you".. I didn't want the money, I just planned on never bringing them back.. HE THEN TOSSES THE MONEY INTO THE CAR THROUGH MY WINDOW OPENING AND IT LANDS ON MY LAP!!!!!! I TOTALLY FLIPPED. How dare he toss money like that at a customer like I'm a begger or some kind of dog... NO ONE WITH ANY KIND OF MORALS, EDUCATION, RESPECT WOULD DO SUCH A THING!!! I was SPEECHLESS, I asked for his name and was planning to report him. I am going to report this place to the Better Business Bureau. What's more baffling is that this GUY ENDED UP BEING THE DOCTOR!!! OMG. I will report a complaint for public records with his licensing # as well. I'm an RN and have experience in the medical field.. I'm not an idiot.. and I know how to go about ways to report people. They had enough staff to help me but they did not, they did not TRIAGE properly... If I say a dog is bleeding all over my seat they should've immediately send someone out to help me... WHAT KIND OF VET, DOCTOR, STAFFING IS THIS PLACE??????

ACC has taken excellent care of my dog Amber over the past 15 years! When I first got her as a puppy, she was very sick, and required a lot of medical attention. I soon learned the staff at ACC were more than qualified to address these medical issues, all the while being reassuring and caring toward Amber AND toward me, the very nervous first-time dog owner! Thanks to ACC, Amber recovered and is now enjoying her "golden" years, still in ACC's care. I consider the staff extended family because they have been an essential part of Amber's lifelong care and have treated her like she was the most important creature on earth! I've noticed over the years that others that use ACC that I've spoken to feel the same way.

Dr's Wayne Sullivan & Lisa O'Neil are consciencious & compassionate vets. I have worked with them in the past & trust their skills immensely. Wayne is a fine surgeon, & Lisa is one of the best cat vets around. Both are very good diagnosticians. They are personable & maintain a good positive atmosphere at their clinic. Staff is courteous, kind & helpful.

I think the vets are professional and skills to review the dogs and advise what needs to happen. My three dogs, Taz, Lady Di, and Chanel always get anxious to see a doctor but do seem to like the Veternarians.

When I got my puppy, I made sure I did my research for multiple veteranarian offices in my area. I was looking for reasonable prices as well as great quality of care. Animal Care Center of Brentwood has been great all around! Their prices are reasonable and they are very responsive and kind! They always show excitement when they see my puppy coming in with me, which tells me that they care about what they do! They also seem happy to answer the many questions that I have as I want to make sure I am taking good care of my pup!

This is the absolute best vet experience my dog and I have ever had. I have a 14 year old Italian Grey Hound, who hates the Vet. She actually got excited when she realized we were going back. They were so good to her and I would recommend them to anyone needing a good place for their animals.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wayne Sullivan. His calm, gentle demeanor with my pups and myself, is both soothing and reassuring. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. He doesn't try to "sell" or scare you into doing unnecessary expensive procedures like so many vets these days. If he recommends something, it's because he feels that is what is best for your critter period. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Terrible Vet. Took our Cat in to have her teeth cleaned and they did not monitor her vitals during the procedure and put her into renal failure. We discussed this situation with 2 other Vets and that is exactly what both indicated is the likely cause of her illness. We have been giving her medication for the past few years to keep her from complete kidney failure and now our sweet kitty that we just love so much is almost in complete kidney shut down and we are so heart broken. This Vet doesn't care about the fact that they have done this to our baby and have never admitted to doing anything wrong as they believe they haven't. Which is complete BS. I am writing this to warn others that this Vet is not as good as you may be led to believe.

I happened to come across the Veterinarian Clinic new to the area. I am so happy to have found them! I have both my cat and dog under their care. There are not high pressure tactics like I have felt in other clinics just good old common sense advise and treatment. I would recommend this clinic to any and all that might be looking for a new Vet or seeking to change! Great staff too! The almost brain dead cat is a great greeter too!

I have always had great experiences with Doc. He did a great job on my Vinny's knee surgery years ago. He saved him from having to have a very expensive surgery that I could not have afforded. He's very skilled and I recommend him!

I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I've been going to Animal Care Center of Brentwood for four years...they are the warmest team of veterinary professionals I've ever met. Both Drs O'Neil and Sullivan are extremely knowledgeable, kind and gentle with my pets. My three cats and two dogs have had excellent care. I'm down to two dogs and one cat, and the ACCB folks have been with me every step of the way.
