Having a rescue dog it's important to have a vet you can trust. I have to say that when ever we take our dog here he actually is willing to go in and see the vet. Which is huge. They also board animals and our dog always enjoys himself.

Took our Borgie in for a teeth cleaning. Did a great job on that. Didn't tell us that they cut his nails and clipped a few quicks. When we got him home he couldn't walk on his front right. After calling she said well we noticed some arthritis. Okay, why didn't you tell us that when we picked him up? Would of been nice to know all information when we picked up our dog.

Friendly staff. I have built a relationship with my vet Adolph and that is the main reason for the stars. I wish all the staff was more knowledgeable in both the large animal and small animals. But you can't expect everyone to learn so quickly.

veterinarians are supposed to be people we trust our animals to. i cannot believe you would put down a dog with no reason to believe it has rabies when your vet tech refuses to show a “bite” that ended up being a scratch. please do not take animals here, they don’t care about u or your pets.

Another State Of Mind

The dumbest thing a co can do in this 21st century is make someone unsatisfied and upset on social media. It is gossip x1000. Especially in a small town , this was not a good strategy.... I'm sure many positive reviews were paid for or incentivized. I have seen threads of dialogue where a proper and civil negotiation took place and the customer was irrational even after the co went to extreme methods to make it right..but there was none of that in this scenario...

This is how they treat customers! Apparently they are so perfect that they can not accept criticism on performance. Its very clear by this letter the level of professionalism this place is managed by... after reading other reviews it seems to me they may just have a problem with admitting faults and coming up with off the wall excuses. My 16 year old has better excuses! I wont even chance taking any of my animals here.

more than 2 occasions where you kill animals because of a scratch and you have employees that lie. I HOPE YOU GET SHUT DOWN. Recent reviews are most likely getting discounts, work for them, and/or are family members. I would never trust my family with your clinic

First wrongly diagnosed a puppy and it paid with its life.. then they tried to save face rather than simply apologize to the family of the innocent fur baby. Now they have created a do not serve list of people they won’t help with their animals because they were upset about the situation.. it’s time for this unethical vet service to be closed down. Why be a vet if you don’t truly want to help all pets regardless of their owners?

This was my first visit to this Veterinarian clinic. I worked with Dr. Rotenberger and had a great experience. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and did a great job of explaining everything! I was glad to hear she has experience with hunting dogs! Terrible place, extremely rude and petty to people. It's like they don't care about people or animals. Vet is psycho. Plus they have fake reviews, look at the recent reviews the vet is the only review the poster makes, for shame, faking reviews to try and cover up. But fake reviews are obvious...

By far the most unprofessional business I have ever worked with. When we took our dogs there a few years to get groomed, I picked my dogs up with cuts and dried blood on them looking like a HACK job. When I question it, I was told “well your grooming appt was yesterday, so we squeezed them in” instead of telling me when I dropped them off, I would have rescheduled. THEN we took our disabled dog in for a check up on his skin (he cannot walk) and when the Vet walked in he said “this dog has a lot of problems, where would you like me to start... you should probably consider putting him down” mind you... he’s still alive and very well. Fast forward a little further down in time, we boarded our dogs and were told how great they were and how well they behaved... only to go board them a few months later and was told our dogs were a liability and they refused our service. Finally, about 2 years later I shared my story and a post about other horrible services and was sent a letter that all my services are refused along with my dogs records. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
