Everything about Dells Vet Services is top-notch. I love the staff members. Everyone is very welcoming and caring. The doctors are knowlegable and kind and do a great job of explaining and examining options available for treatments. I have had pets who have been traumatized when going to the vet, but this never happens at Dells Vet. They always seem to feel comfortable.

I would give 10 stars if possible!!! Dr Dorn and the staff are all Amazing and treat every pet like family!! I have been taking my pets to them for as long as I can remember and have never had a negative experience. They are wonderful for boarding and in all stages of a pets life. Dr Dorn was so attentive and kind when one of my dogs got sick and passed away a few years ago. Even though it was a difficult time they made it easy to get through, I recommend the Dells Vet Clinic to any one with a pet.

We have been a part of the Dells Vet family for years. Every time we have check ups or visits we are greeted like family and our cats are doted on! My favorite story to tell is when our kitten got spayed, they sent us a photo of her waking up, laying under a blanket. It was so sweet to have them update us after all was done.

I left my dog there, as I have in the past w/another dog, I am so pleased that my dog got a walk 3 x's a day and was let outside to play. Also, I prefer the smaller boarding compared to the larger as my dog seems less traumatized w/separation anxiety and the lesser degree of noise. Thank you staff!

I have never had any issues when I have called or gone in. My dog loves them out there, they treat her so well. If there is something wrong and they aren't sure what it is, they will figure it out while I am there or call me back.

Having learned that out lab has Addison's Disease, we wanted the very best care for him. Dells Vet Clinic and Dr. Dorn have gone above and beyond to make sure that Tucker gets the correct amount of monthly medication to maintain a normal healthy life. We can't say enough about the quality of care at this clinic. It is amazing! Having our dog back to being his playful self and knowing Dells Vet Clinic staff is just a phone call away when we have questions has given us piece of mind! Worth more than a 5 star review to us!

Love Dells Veterinary Services! They saved the lives of my beloved fur babies and they continue to monitor their health. I am never rushed on the phone or when we visit them in person. The staff are all very caring and make sure that every thing is explained right down to the last detail. I so wish that I had found these caring people before my fur babies became so sick while under the care of another veterinary clinic for years. Thank you Dr. Dorn, Janna and all your staff. Extremely satisfying. The staff gave a tour of the facility including the boarding and treatment areas beyond the examination rooms. Everything was clean, and modern with a very professional staff behind it all. One pleasant surprise was a fresh clean mat placed on the examination table. Not the usual cold hard slick surface of a table.

How does one thank a wonderful group of people for taking such good care of Dakota Bob and Luci Girl? My husband and I have been clients of Dells Veterinary for many years. We COULD use veterinary services in Sioux Falls but CHOOSE to go back to Dr. Dorn and the Dells Vet Clinic because of their remarkable service. We use the boarding kennel when we travel and our English Springer is so excited to get there we can hardly keep her in the car. They taken care of keeping our cats healthy. And our horses have always received awesome care. The prices have always been more than reasonable. They often have been able to help me out over the phone with their knowledgeable, caring and helpful staff. We could not be more pleased and suggest that anyone in the area needing veterinary and boarding services check them out.

From the moment you walk in you feel welcome. The staff is fun and friendly and always willing to help. Emergencies happen and they are there to help if it is your pet and most apologetic if your appointment is the one that has to be rescheduled because of the emergency. They do their best to make my dog's visits as quick and painless as possible. I might enjoy Dell's vet but Pepper does not even if they do give good treats!
