By far the worst veterinarian clinic I have tried to contact. Tried to schedule an appointment for my dog. Left numerous messages, called frequently during business hours, even tried scheduling an appointment online, still haven't gotten a call back. The first message I left was over two weeks ago. Left my contact information, so there was absolutely no reason why they shouldn't have called me back. If you are interested in wasting your time, this is the vet to go to.

Called every vet in tow to have my lab nuetered and cat spade and declawed and all the shot for both.... Long story short cook was the only vet i disnt have to mortgage the house to pay the bill! Building may not be as fancy as the the hwy 44 places but much better customer service and care. And the best part i didnt have some "vet tech" jamming their over priced food down my throat. Highly recommend they guys!

Dr. Cook and her staff are wonderful! We completely trust them with the care of our animals. They have taken care of our senior cat with diabetes until we had to put him down, and they were the utmost respectful during our time of loss. They have also taken care of our 4 yr old dog, keeping her up to date on all her shots and even 1 emergency visit after she got hit by a truck. She is doing great now. They also helped us with our new kitty from the Black Hills Humane Society, getting him fixed and all of his shots. The cost for services provided are very reasonable. We wouldn't take our pets anywhere else!
