These guys do an amazing Dr. Miller is very helpful and gives you full details of what you need to know with your pets health. The other staff that have helped are amazing as well and also very knowledgeable.

Worst place ever. I would rather wait til a good vet opens then go here for anything! My dogs showed me the signs by trying to escape.. they didn’t like the vets there at all.. never again would i take my dogs there. There are other towns and worth the risk. Make sure you have cash or a credit card because these heartless so called vets want money before anything! My friend took her dog there before asking me (only ER open) The new gal in there really is a cold hearted beech. Do not go here ever! I hope it shuts down! Sioux falls can get better veterinarians then this joke of a hospital ! Been wanting to post a review on here for long time..but my friends experience , i am doing it now. If you love your pet find a better vet!

I love the staff at Best Care Pet Hospital. I had taken my Peanut to another clinic and hadn't seen results. They took us in quickly, found us answers quickly, and took excellent care of my scared little girl. Within 12 hours we started to see results. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

These guys are the best. It's safe to say my dog hates seeing the doctor more than anyone else I know. He's very shy and anxious which causes him to bark non-stop. The friendly staff was so patient and made him feel so safe which help tremendously. My dog still hates going but it's much easier now knowing the staff here will make the experience better.

I went to multiple vets with allergy issues for my dog. Prescriptions were flying all over the place, and my pockets were getting thin. On my first visit to Best Care Pet Hospital, not only did i feel listened to about what was happening with Jax, but the staff there knew exactly what we needed to do to fix the allergy and skin problems we were having. This is the best vet experience i've ever had and each visit is worth every penny. Thank you for helping me!

Highly recommend to anyone needing great vet services. I had switched vets twice before finding Best Care because I expected much better service than I had been receiving. I was referred to Dr. Spoo by someone and I am so thankful as it is by far the best service I have received. His staff has also been top notch and Dr. Weidrich was awesome and a pleasure to work with when Dr. Spoo was not available. I have now referred so many others to Best Care and they are all as thankful and happy with their services as I am. Thanks to Dr. Spoo, Dr. Weidrich and all the staff for providing such a great service!

The docs and staff here seem pretty great However, it seems they want to tack on any and every test there is to jack up the bill, even if completely unnecessary and without permission or information on cost. I pay more for my pet than i do myself or kids. I was told, after the fact about concerns of this place, especially now that it has hospital in its name. .

Dr. Spoo, Dr. Heyden and Dr. Hardy have all worked with my dog, Koda. They have always been a wealth of information and clearly are veterinarians because they love animals and only want to see every pet as healthy as it could possibly be. As a new dog owner, they have been exceptionally helpful with any question I could have and are always willing to look at Koda if I think something is amiss. The folks at this Pet Hospital love animals. I would trust their advice with regard to Koda's health anytime. I highly recommend them!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are so knowledgeable, take time to explain everything, and respectfully address questions or concerns. Not only do they provide top notch care for pets, but they genuinely care for pet owners and involve them in their pet's care as well. Dr. Cozzolino was very empathetic while informing me today that my cat's kidney failure has progressed (he now needs SQ fluids x3 a week), and after noticing how overwhelmed and tearful I was, she gave me a moment and even left a box of tissues for me. She and Jenae then answered all of my questions and concerns and even took the time to walk me through the process of administering the fluids. They were so sweet to my cat the entire time as well and made him feel loved and comfortable during all of the injections and procedures. I am at a loss for words after this experience and am so grateful to Dr. Cozzolino and Jenae for their compassion. I highly recommend Best Care Pet Hospital, especially Dr. Cozzolino and Jenae.

I'm new with this clinic. I took my little dog to see Dr. Spoo and Dr. Lamp, and am more than impressed with their caring and professionalism. But I am disappointed with their euthanasia procedure. My former vet gave one injection and the pet was gone in less than 10 seconds. On this visit my dog was catheterized, his leg wrapped, the IV was flushed, and there were several more steps which caused more pain and discomfort for him. Plus they wanted to take him into a back room to set the IV, which I did not allow. Had I know this would happen, I would not have taken him to Best Care for his final moments.

Best Care is in my opinion the best for anyone with a "sport dog". I have taken my GSP in a couple times and the fact that Dr. Spoo puts forth a huge effort to make sure you have all the information you need for your pets health before you leave. They are great at answering questions and making sure you are informed. As a pet owner I would highly recommend this team for your pets health!

I've never been to a more expensive medical facility. Not even for myself. They asked if I wanted then to clip my cats nails, not thinking much, of it I concented. When I got the bill, the office visit was outrageous and they charged me almost $20 extra for clipping the damn nails. Another time my kitten had a respiratory infection and was sort of sniffling around for a long time. Dr. Hardy frowned and snapped "Well he should be better already!" Then said he needed fluids and that they were going to inject him with water under his skin? The nurse took him in the next room and I could hear my poor kitty screaming. They don't care about your pet, only the dollars. I'll never take my cats to this place again.

Dr. Lamp is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate. We couldn't have asked for a better vet. Brianna was his assistant and treated our baby with such care. I have a great amount of respect for these two individuals.

After taking my Small Munsterlander to over 4 different vets for different opinions these guys actually were able to help me out and figure out what was wrong. They are so friendly and always are more than happy to answer any questions no matter how many! I would never even consider taking my dog somewhere other than Best Care!
