Couldn't ask for a better veterinarian clinic. Saved 2 of our dogs(we love as our family) snake bite and poison. Very professional, kind, thorough and calls with updates. Highly recommend to everyone

I had to take my kittens in the get their first and second shots. The staff was unbelievably friendly and so helpful. One kitten ended up having ear mites and the vet treated her so perfectly. He was patient and gentle and also answered all of my questions that I had. They all treated my littles as if they were their own and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly, highly recommend.

We brought our puppy in for a broken leg. The ladies were very rude. Asked why our dog was riding in the back of our truck! We had called in advanced and the lady said we were lying and she never got a call. Paid almost 300 dollars for them to tell us to go some where else they couldn't fix it. Very unsatisfied and almost walked out of there in tears. Will never use these guys ever again. Never felt so belittled in my life.

I have used Belle Fourche Vet Clinic for over two decades. In the past I could get work done on horses, dogs, and barn cats with no issues. Recently however I cannot get them to bill me business to business any longer. Today my dog picked up something very painful in his paw that he would not let me get to and when BFVC was called their response was, "We can't see him until NEXT week. Try another vet." They no longer seem to be willing to work emergency type work, or want to come out to the place, even if the large animals needing attention are not able to be loaded in a trailer. This ongoing growing lack of customer service dictates searching for a vet that actually puts the customer and animal first, not themselves and their bank account. I hope that in the meantime they at least try to improve their customer service and convince me to change my mind.

At 1:30 in the morning I had a down cow having trouble calving. The ONLY vet clinic I could get ahold of. Doc came out and worked through the night and saved the cow. A true country vet. He is my vet from now on.

Thought we had a cat EMERGENCY only to find out she had a non-life-threatening parasite. These guys saw us on a Saturday, we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen as a walk in. They took good care of our cat, gave her a shot of antibiotic and cleaned a wound all for around $50. We thought we would be spending hundreds. Very friendly, very professional, we found our full time vet for our cat friend!

Our dog has severe allergies. I am so thankful for Dr. Marlatt and his advice and help to keep Jake as allergy free as possible. I took Jake in today for his rabies vaccine and Dr. Marlatt spent almost a 1/2 hour with us giving me advice on the upcoming allergy season. Thank you for your concern and help.
