I believed that they would help my dog... I was wrong! She needed surgery on her abscessed tooth.. There was no room in there schedule for another 3 weeks. I believed them. They stated for her to take her meds. She died 2 weeks later. My question is... Was she over medicated with antibiotics??? No heart felt here!! They knew her condition!

I WOULD GIVE A "0" RATING IF I COULD....RUN THE OTHER WAY..THEY KILLED MY BELOVED DOG..JEWELS !!! I BROUGHT HER IN TO BE EXAMINED, THEY SCHEDULED HER FOR SURGERY WITHIN A MONTH. KNOWING SHE WAS ON HER DEATHBED. NOT REVEALING THE TRUTH OR INFORMING THE FAMILY. SHE WILL BE MISSED !! THEY TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR...NOT THE TRUTH !

I bring my dogs to Anderson Animal Hospital and just knowing how helpful and friendly the staff are I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Thanks for always be great. Oh and in pricing Flea prevention they were even cheaper than the online stores. So no matter what Vet you use I would at least ask about pricing.

This Veterinary Hospital is the BEST in South Carolina, they are very caring to your pets health as well as extremely informative to there patients humans as to explain every detail to everything they do while your pet is in there care. even call us to check on our pets progress, the Veterinarians are all kind and have personally called us to follow up on our concerns. we are over the road truckers and our dog travels with us and they are aware of this and have even called us while we we're on the road to check on him and give us tips on caring for our dog Chico. I would give them 10 stars!!

Very disappointed with this animal hospital. We have been going there for 5 years but when our new puppy had parvo we went during emergency hours. We have been through parvo before with another dog and we got to take her home and give her fluids and meds that the vet office provided but this time we were told to keep him there over night but to be aware that they aren't a 24 hour facility and if we took him home it would be "unfair" to our pup. Our German shepherd was part of our family. I cried all night because I do not trust anyone's care with my animals other than me. I am not incompetent. I understood about vaccines. But this Vet doctor kept a horrible attitude about how it wasn't fair to the pup and we needed to keep him at the hospital overnight. Well, I did. And the next morning had a horrible phone call that my baby passed away overnight. I have had a few cases with parvo because it's in our yard and strays in our neighborhood and I took care of my animals and they all made it through . But the one time I put my trust in this doctor she let me down.

Great Doctors and Staff! They took great care of my golden for 12 1/2 years. She had seizures so she visited a lot more than normal. I lost her to Lymphoma in Feb 2019 and Anderson Doctors provided her with the best care and also supported me. I just rescue another golden and he is now under Anderson’s care. If you want your fur babies to receive excellent care, definitely send them to Anderson.

ALL of the veterinarians are knowledgeable , competent and caring. I have a special needs German Shepherd who is now thriving solely because of their expert care. Staff is courteous, helpful and very capable as well. I receive printed publications from them regularly that are full of great information and I get email notifications when the dogs are due for screenings and vaccinations. With 40 years experience owning domestic animals, horses, and exotics, I have never encountered the consistently high standard of care as provided by Anderson Animal Hospital

Emergency visit for our greyhound. She was bitten by another dog. They saw us right away, even though it was lunch time. Dr Anderson answered all our questions and assured us with meds everything would be fine. We have pet insurance so cost was not an issue. Thanks so much

We are from Eastern NC and were down near H Cooper Black Recreation Area this weekend riding our horses. Back at camp that evening one of our horses just wasn't himself. A neighbor of the campground owner gave us Anderson's number. I called the emergency line and Dr. Grady came out and tended to our horse. We are very grateful for that and she called the next morning to check on him. We talked to some other campers and they have been in similar situations and could not get a vet to come check their horses so they had to load them up and take them home. I am so glad we did not have to do this. We were 3 1/2 hrs away from home.

I have had incredible service and hospitality at Anderson Animal Hospital for years. The staff always knew who I was, and my dog by name. They always treat you with kindness and generosity, they were always gentle when my sweet Charleston Rose was in pain. I recently had to make the difficult decision to put my Chihuahua down and even though the office was extremely busy, they made time for me. I chose years ago for Dr Laura Brady to be the only veterinarian for my babies because she always took the extra time to get to know each animal personally, and therefore could always tell and they weren't themselves. She always helped me consider my options, knowing that my finances were slim, and would find the best ideas. Dr Grady would always spend as much time as necessary explaining things to me and answering my hundreds of questions. It meant so much to me that she was there at the end, helping me realize it was okay to let go and that I was doing what was best for my dog. She gave me a hug and understood when I needed a little extra time with my baby. When I am ready and find a new baby, Dr Grady will be my first and only choice once more. I cannot say enough good things about Anderson Animal Hospital - if you are hunting for a great vet, there is none better that I could recommend.

I always take my boys there for all their needs the staff was very friendly and caring towards my dogs my little one was there for dental and bigger one for blood work and annual the doctors are always friendly and kind it was super busy that day and it was cool to see the front office staff keeping their cool and working as a team ! I love that they accept care credit which helped me with my bill since my bigger baby is having a few issues.

Well. I been using Anderson's but not any more. They did everything I ask to do including cutting her nails when we got home I noticed they wasn't cut. Ok.. everyone makes mistakes right. But later they call and ask me how was my dog CoCo hip? And I said there's nothing wrong with her hip . She doing good and never had any problems. So what you think? Another mistake. The people were good and helpful and the doctors were helpful and answer all my questions. But I was wondering what really happened while we were gone for 4 days ? So.. I'm trying somewhere else for a change! BECAUSE SHE NOT JUST A DOG! She's my baby!

I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire staff of the Anderson Animal Hospital. I was very ignorant in terms of how to keep my cat healthy. I did not know that you need to take your cat to the vet twice a year. I did not know that 1 out of 3 cats have kidney failure. Smokey, my male cat, kidneys failed and he had to be put to sleep on Friday, July 17, 2015. The staff was very sympathetic and helped me to accept the fact that Smokey was beyond help. Getting over the death of a pet is extremely hard.

This vet has the friendliest staff, including the doctors, of all the veterinary clinics in the Pee Dee area! They have been taking great care of our pets for over 13 years (and yes, we tried several others before finding them)! Even came back to the office for a few after hours calls for my poodle with seizures and pancreatitis. Always efficient, but not in such a hurry tui rush you out the door! Love these veterinarians ... love the staff!

They saved my dog and for that I'm greatful but because I was in a motorcycle accident the day I was.to pick my dog up all my money had burned up in the accident I substained a broken collar bone arm and had 2nd And 3rd degree burns and the vet refuse to work with us never told us they charged 18 dollars a day so now the bill is over 600 dollars and we will never see our baby again.....7 yrs we had her and now they can just keep her like that my wife is on the verge of a nervous breakdown I tried to go back to work 2 days after the accident and messed my shoulder up even worse were I need surgery and cant even get that done because we dont have 1500 dollars down payment...heartless cruel people and I pray they never be put in a situation like ours because we werent always broke like this and we.always tried to help others buy never again....we r gonna be just like hartsvilles cruel and uncaring heartless heartless people

Anderson animal hospital has always s taken great care of my dogs. They are extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate. They are also very busy. So make your appointment in advance. They do have walk in’s available, but it’s after appts. And emergencies. You will feel well taken care of and so will your pets.

My stepmother and I took Wildchild last Tuesday. She had so much wrong with her, came to the conclusion we didn't want her to be suffering from her ailments. She was peacefully put to sleep. Everyone was so kind. It is a animal hospital I would recommend to everyone.

Roommate boarded her dog over Christmas had a bath was impressed how good she smelled when we picked her up She boarded him over Memorial Day again She decided to just board and not have a bath When we got home we noticed he smelled very bad like pee We had a couple of questions both times picked up Over Christmas the doctor seemed rushed and didn’t have answers to the questions The tech was also very rude to us When we picked him up the last time he had a shot and the doctor I believe her name was dr grady was very helpful spent a lot of time answering our questions that we had If we return we will ask for that dr We won’t be boarding him here anymore but the doctor was great 2 stars only for the amazing dr 0 stars for him stinking like pee will be canceling reservations for July 4
