Very informative, caring. Readily available if you have a question. You can call or email. You always get an answer promptly. Being a new pet mom I have lots of questions I called about chew toys for my teething puppy, I got answer instantly on phone but Kailin felt like she got off phone abruptly (which she didnt-IMO) to care for an another dogs need. So she called me after hours to explain dental care at full length and set aside a dental kit for my puppy. Very personable doctors. Highly recommended, prices are reasonable. My Wilson loves all the attention he gets at Wickford Vet Clinic

100% switching to this place. Called today and got a same day appointment... unlike my dogs regular vet who said my dog couldn't be seen until Monday... wasn't acting herself and limping. We were greeted with friendly faces and didn't have to wait long to be seen. The vet was very thorough with my dog & her history, really spent time explaining everything. Couldn't be happier!

Wickford Veterinary Clinic was very supportive during the time our dog had a leg injury. We were visiting family with our dog and didn't anticipate any veterinary needs. The clinic took us in immediately and the staff was helpful and professional. The injury ended up being much more serious, ultimately requiring amputation. Her diagnosis was unclear and despite not being our regular office they went above and beyond by offering additional expertise and a second opinion when we were facing the amputation. Their advice ended up being absolutely correct. It was the right call and we hope our dog will have another 10 years of happiness with the kids. Thank you Wickford!

Thank you for the quality service! The vet was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. I appreciated the kindness of the staff in general. I have been bringing my cockapoo Marley to Wickford Vet Clinic for a few years. Marley has chronic ear infection problems and they have always been compassionate and right on top of treatment for him. At one point they recommended surgery, which we did and the results have been phenomenal. He has not lost any hearing and is a very happy pup! All of the veterinarians have been amazing and one vet tech who has been especially helpful through all of Marley's issues is Tara Peckham. She always gets the dirty job of plucking Marley's ear hair and she does a fantastic job! I would highly recommend this clinic.

NO words can express our gratitude for the care, compassion and diagnostic skills of Dr. Christina Lorenson who came to the assistance of our beloved Memphis-[after she had spent a long day in surgery. She had never met him before]. Our boy had degenerative myelopathy-(DM) and was already in a wheelchair, but developed an acute pain syndrome/disc herniation in his neck-which Dr. Lorenson diagnosed-(the day after we had already taken him to his regular vet-who did not identify the problem). She was actively treating him and checking in on him and us until he developed complications and she immediately came to the rescue, (on her day off!). We devastatingly had to let him go on 3/5/2019. As an ER nurse-if she treated humans-I would be her 1st patient. Her love for animals and compassion for people is 2nd to NONE. ~~Lynda

these guys are great! very friendly and professional. I called in the morning and they got right back to me. I managed a slot throughout the day and what is usually a somewhat traumatic visit for both me and my cat seemed effortless. Dr Saslaw took the proper time to answer the questions without being rushed. Really great experience and I feel at ease knowing that I have a place to get proper care. ;)

I was beside myself with worry because my 12-year-old Rottie female suddenly lost the ability to stand up. Her rear legs splayed out and she stayed on the ground. I have a fractured spine, so lifting a 112-pound dog into my SUV caused a lot of pain. I was on the verge of tears when we arrived for her exam and nail trim. I thought all she had was Cushing’s Syndrome, but found out she has liver problems also. The staffer brought a non-skid rug into the exam room and topped it with a large blanket for my girl’s comfort. After the exam, they had me drive up to the front door and two of them loaded her into the SUV. It gets better — the vet e-mailed back and forth with me that evening to reassure me and verify I could give her the Gabapentin I had on the kitchen counter and was no longer using for my male Rottie. I was absolutely blown away by the level of caring at WVC. My two Rotties will not go anywhere else from now on. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I live in Providence and between my daughter and I, we have 11 pets. We would go to the ends of the earth to see Dr. Lorenson and Dr. Saslaw. We followed them because they are the BEST. They help our animals and us when our animals are ill. They care as much about the owner as they do the pets. We have had some pretty tough patches with our animals and are always extremely happy with the love, care, concern, treatment and hand holding they provide us. Words can't describe the Drs, and the staff. They are beyond the best.

this place is awesome I'v been going here from 2004 until now. i'v had 9 ferrets and everyone of them was taking good care of here. when they past away I got a card for everyone. I have one ferret left and I have a dog and they both go here I won't go no other place even if I lived hours away I would still come here.

Cool armosphere, big screen with the game (its a whole wall!) and lots of smaller screens too. Never had a bad meal, or a bad experience with this friendly, fast waitstaff.

The vets here are highly intelligent, and more importantly they love animals. Also, the new facility is beautiful. I would love to be able to mention a favorite vet to see here, but I can't choose because they all have unique qualities that make them special. Who ever you get an appointment with you won't be disappointed.
