I am so ashamed of your office and Dr. Green. I was blown off last week. I stated Sophie was going downhill. I took her in 10/2 with the sample of bile she had thrown up 10 minutes earlier and, again, I was told short on doctor staff and no, can't fit you in. I am disgusted by your treatment of Sophie. I am not the first one to feel the lack of respect for a dying animal by your office (Byron, SK dog park). Your lack of empathy is astounding. Sophie is on IV and going downhill. By the by your office lost over $2,000 so perhaps they should take this out of Dr. Green's salary.

Great vet, been going there for years, but Janette is a very unpleasent person. I definitely didn't love catching an attitude the second I walked through the door. Why they have such an unpleasant person working the front desk is beyond me. If answering one question is beyond your capacity than maybe you should be working in the back.

This place is great i live 40 minutes away and i will not have my dogs seen by anyone except dr Tooben he's the best. Makes you feel like you and your pet is part of the family. Your pet is in very good hands. I have an American bully and got his ears cropped And he made it as comfortable for my dog boo crying whimpering no pain.you can't beat the price for the quality of care you recieve

Dr Green is amazing. The reception staff leaves a lot to be desired. Rarely friendly and when you call, their attitude makes you feel as if you’re an inconvenience. I sat on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. My calls were ignored until after they closed. When they returned my call, the attitude in the message was awful.

I had to take my baby mama there last night and Dr. Otis took care of her. He not only gave me assurance and closure of my baby he treated her and me with so much respect. I want to thank him so very much!! Dr. Otis will from now on be all my fur babies doctor thank you very much again from the bottom of my heart.. I cannot thank you enough. Washington County is the best. My rescue pitbull has been sick for over a month and after the first round of antibiotics didn't help, they got him in late night for x-rays at the last minute. Came to find out the next day that my two vets were texting each other back and forth about his results and discussing what steps to take next with him. They personally called me to make recommendations and get him his new prescriptions filled. They gave me a sense of ease when it felt like nothing was making my little man feel better. Thanks for going above and beyond, WCV!

The staff is helpful and very informative. Heather lopes is our vet and she's absolutely amazing. When we had to come to the decision of putting our pup down she was right there with us with support and a hug. I trust these guys with the lives of my furry family. Their interest is in the animals. Recently we have gotten a new dog and after me expressing how much she hates her flea meds applied the tech in front offered us nexguard a chewable flea and tick med. And we only had to buy one to see if she would eat it. Talk about an easier out come! Thanks WCV staff for all your hard and dedicated work.
