This place is terrible. The vet is rude and condescending the staff appears to be miserable. The place is dirty terrible service and the vet has no problem reprimanding her staff right in front people, it's embarrassing. Worse vet services, will not bring any of my pets there again!

I brought my new dog in for her 1st visit yesterday based on a price they gave me over the phone being the least expensive. They quoted me at $123 in the appointment before I agreed to any work so I said not bad so I'll do it. Once all work was done they came in with a bill for $217.75, which I got stuck paying. They are overpriced and they couldn't hold her on the table right to even cut her nails. I am very disappointed and I won't be bringing my baby back there.

Overall a decent place to bring your dog if you are near by, but the women who work at the front desk are the rudest, I called to ask a simple question about my dog and she hung up on me, when I called back someone else answered and tried to answer with a bit of an attitude and I had to explain to her exactly what I told the other lady and she was more understanding, because I made total sense. But customer service is everything and I did not appreciate being hung up on. None of my 3 dogs will ever come here, besides it's right outside of a "hood" anyway.

I needed to have my Black (Dog) put to sleep due to his illness. The staff were kind,Caring,Respectful. The Veterinarian was extremely kind and caring. She answered all my questions pertaining to what was to happen to my four legged beloved friend. She was so understanding. After my dog passed away she let me stay with him as long as I wanted. A TRUE HUMANITARIAN. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS. I AM FOREVER THANKFUL.

She tries to make you spend more money then you can afford and pushes medical treatment on your pet. I told her i only had enough money for neuturing my cat and she said sure do you psssshhh. Just because your cat had blood in it urine mine doesnt DONT PUSH TREATMENT ON MY ANIMAL!!!

I went to this hospital today because I was in dire need to check my dog who was sick I asked simple questions such as what are the preocedures for finding out what’s wrong with my dog but that veterinarian and her assistant were soo rude and disrespectful and condescending to us almost as if she was racist towards us and made us feel very uncomfortable to trust our pet with this clinic so I decided to read thereviews and all were all spot on in the way they treat people that we just decided to leave and go to bay state emergency and we are soo happy with the treatment we are getting both from the vets and care for our dog. Don’t waste your money or your pets life with these people save yourself the aggravation from these quacks don’t go there it’s a big waste of time.

I guess you can call it blackmail, I called the vet to pay and pick up my flea medicine for my cat and the vet said she will not give it to us until i delete and write a new review because she didn't like the review i gave her for my last visit. Why would i write a good review after you made me feel like a bad pet owner! You want a good review? The be professional and earn it.

My dad, brother, and husband have all brought our family dog to this lady. She is the absolute worst. She is so condescending and rude. She rolled her eyes and became annoyed with my husband when he asked her how to apply ear drops. We will no longer be bringing our dog here. Banfield in Attleboro gained another client.

This review is a long time coming since I have been going to PVS with all my pets for 13 years and I trust the staff implicitly. Whether it be yearly vaccines, injuries, illness or the unfortunate death of a pet, Dr. Langford and her staff always have what is best for my pet in mind when applying treatments or suggesting care. They have never turned away my most difficult/ down right mean cat and always partnered with me on continuing care with difficult illnesses. Dr Langford has an amazing way with animals but will mince no words if she feels I could do more or something differnt to improve my pets quality of life. The prices are very reasonable and they adhere to a less is more mentality. The reason I have posted this now is because an hour ago I witness a client berate and use a continuous stream of accusitory and sexist explitives directed at the Doctor and her assistant and finally directed at me when I attempted to understand the situation. All the while, Dr. Langford and her assistant kept their cool until the client and his very nervous dog left. The staff then proceeded with my appointment with the utmost professionalism and kindness towards my less than cooperative cat. Pawtucket veterinary services will provide the best standard care for any pet and will partner with you and surrounding vet hospitals for anything that they can’t provide. Their follow up is remarkable if you do have to go elsewhere for X-rays or other treatment. Dr. Langford has often called me with blood test results or other follow ups on her days off. They are beyond wonderful.

I love the vet, she is very knowledgable and straight shooter about my dogs health, she is not afraid to handle my dogs breed and she is always looking out for the health of my dog. I love her as my dog's vet, I have two dogs and they have always been well taken care by her.
