You get what you pay for. It's so much cheaper than other vets but it's almost always at least a 30 minute wait with an appointment. Then it'll take upwards of 10 minutes or more to check out no matter what you're there for (even if you're just going in to buy something off the shelf). The staff can be friendly but when they see my pets that have gone there for years, the way they talk (vets and techs) always sounds like they're seeing them for the first time. I tend to go here for routine things (when I have the time) then head to another place for emergencies and other important things.

A good vet office when it comes to pricing. If you are on a budget when it comes to your fur-baby, this a good place to go. We've only been here twice, and the first time was for the pup's first wellness visit and shots. The visit was complimentary, but it was $15 for the rabies vaccine, which was not a bad price at all. I also recently had him neutered here, and the entire experience was also pleasant. Be full warned, they are very busy and if you are going in for a visit with the vet, it will probably be an all day endeavor with a very long wait period, hence the lack of extra stars. Also, the reception staff is not very friendly with humans, but I have found that to be the case at most vet offices, so we won't hold it against them.

Had 2 appts one 10:45 the other 11:15 They didn’t take me in for my first appt until11:20 I had 2 dogs in the room with the vet for 10 minutes got charged for 2 appt Not to mention the vet tortured my dog with saline not very pleased

Today was my first time and last time at titan.. I will give titan two stars only because the manager and front staff were so great! My experience was wonderful until I got called into the room by a heavier woman with very short dark hair.. I unfortunately did not get her name, I wish I had! I was at titan because I found a small dog running around a main road in 85+ degree weather.. the cement was extremely hot and the dog looked like it needed a drink. I picked it up, brought it home, gave it a bath, checked to make sure it was okay, fed it and let it sleep.. it looked as if it had been outside for weeks. I tried to contact the number on the dog tag which was the previous owners number, which was weird to me, I also posted on Facebook to see if anyone would claim him & got no response. I then consulted a friend & she directed me to titan as well as a few others because the dog was in A LOT of pain with its mouth. I would've taken him to ocean state if I had the money.. or even my own vet where I take my own dog however I heard such great things about titan. I called titan Monday morning, explained the situation & scheduled an appointment, all out of pure concern for this poor dog. I took time out of work and brought the dog in.. this is when I got called in to the room by this woman.. she was RUDE and talked down to me like I was a doing such a bad thing trying to make sure this dog was alright. She was very unhelpful & she told me "I can't take care of this dog like it's my own" so I told her she could've been a little more pleasant and I left. She then followed me outside and stared at me as I left.. I asked her what her problem was and she mouthed something that I couldn't hear and all of a sudden, I HAVE A PHONE CALL FROM THE POLICE ANIMAL CONTROL asking me about the situation. This miserable woman told the police officer that I STOLE THE DOG OUT OF A NEIGHBORS YARD.. luckily I had already told multiple people the situation so her lie turned right back around in her face. My only goal was to make sure he was alright, and get him on some meds or something just in case if the owners showed up and they couldn't afford to take him to the vet... I am so disgusted with the treatment I got from this woman. The rest of the staff was very pleasant.. its sad that I tried to do a good thing for a dog in need and she didn't even have the heart to help me or lead me in the right direction. If she doesn't feel for dogs who are less fortunate I don't want her anywhere near my pets!

Brought my Boston Terrier here to be fixed. Awful experience. Picked her up and got home and she began to swell all over her body and face to the point where we had to bring her back. They told us she had a reaction to shots when she was never supposed to get a shot in the first place and then tried to say maybe it was the endotracheal tube they used. They looked at us like nuts for being worried. The “dissolvable” stitches never healed and had to be taken out by my wife and I. Awful staff. Very rude and abrasive. Instead of an actual vet telling us what was wrong we had some cashier trying to stutter his way through an explanation. Do yourself a favor and take your animal to a real vet. Not these idiots. Very scary that people actually think this is good service.

Titan itself is hit or miss. Some of the vets are great, some just okay, most of the vet techs are awesome, and sometimes the front desk team is overwhelmed but usually good. I keep coming back because the prices are reasonable and Dr. Bassett is amazing. My animals (dog and cat) are aging and as that happens we find more and more reasons to visit. I'm hoping they will be able to see these animals through their final years in peace and comfort, without breaking the bank on their care.

We take all of our dogs here. Great doctors, great staff, and respectable prices. I like a vet clinic where they remember me and my dogs, and where I don't have to spend $500. to walk in the door! I had brought my beloved Tessler in because she was not acting right after leaving her for the day they told me she had lyme disease about 1 year later i called and asked them what i should do for her arthritis from the lyme disease they called me back and told me she never had lyme disease then why did they charge me 369.00 for the vizit and medicine then i took her back this year for her shots they told me all her shots were due except for her rabbies i told them she was due that day they insisted no so i took her home as soon as we got home they called and said i had to bring her back that she was due for her rabbies i am not to happy with Titan ever since i left her for the day she shakes as soon as we pull into the parking lot i am now switching vets good luck to all the people that take there beloved pets there

While this place was amazing for helping us keep our elderly pets alive for two years the owner made us feel terrible about our choice to not remove cancer from a 12 year old dog. She lived 9 months after diagnosis and in comfort. The last week of her life pain and discomfort started. I had to see the owner rather than my normal vet. I needed to put my dog down that day. Instead was forced to take a lyme test.. Vet didn't know until half way through visit that the dog had cancer and she sent us home with antibiotics. The owner did not listen to anything i was saying and my dog was made to suffer one more night until i could get her to emergency the next day where they gave her the peaceful passing she deserved.

Titan has absolutely amazing Staff that saved our dog. Our dog got a rare infection, and Titan was the only one to converse with enough doctors to determine what it was. They would not give up on him, and made sure to do every last thing they could think of. They are supportive, understanding of budget, friendly, and very much just like family. Very disappointed. My dogs are patients of Titan and never had any bad experiences until today. My dog was very sick and was told they had no emergency appointments available until Tuesday! (Today is Thursday). We found a wonderful vet that saw him today and we will be switching over.

Update- Justice has made a complete recovery. It took aong time but thanks to the wonderful people at Titan I have my girl back. What a wonderful place Titan Veterinary Services is! I went expecting to have to euthanize my beloved dog, and they said no way! I had a very limited budget but they came up with a plan and it was LESS than what i expected. Justice had tests, and after determining what she did not have a diagnosis was made and medication dispensed. Today my dog is starting to get back to her old self and I am SO HAPPY! The people at Titan were ALL very kind and caring! I will be using them as my go to dog Doctor!

This is the second time I called to have my pets seen because they are very sick and I was turned down every time. We have been going there for years but lately the service has been really bad. I thought if you are a doctor, you have to have time for sick patients. We will be looking for a different vet that is closer and does not turn us down when we really need them. We took our baby here for his first exam because it was free. We haven't had any significant issues with them but it's not a place that will go above and beyond. This clinic will do the bare minimum and that's probably okay for some as their prices are so cheap, but I didn't feel comfortable taking my puppy here long term. It feels like you're being rushed out the door. We took our pet to Wickford Vet and their service is far superior. The Vet took the time to answer our questions and seemed to genuinely care. The receptionist was also very kind and gave us a rebate for our prescription.

The MANAGER, who by the way was not the person checking my items out said “no we prefer to give everyone the same price low price instead of special treatment” in the most demeaning way. A simple no would have sufficed. As I am aware that it is not given out often in RI most people just say no which is fine.

I was at a loss for looking for a vet.. I had a bad experience with one of my beloved pets at another clinic... I had know a lot of people who came here to Titan. So I called to make an appointment for my puppy and my cat... From the first moment with scheduling the girls an appointment, I knew I had made the right choice. Any questions I might have are always answered or they find an answer. Since I have a puppy who gets into everything the office has always been there when we had emergencies. Even my cat had an emergency . The staff say bring her in.. Even when Ava had her female adult surgery, I was made to feel comfortable and assured my beloved was well taken cared for. From the desk staff to the vets to the vet techs can’t say one bad thing at all. You might have to wait a little bit, but after all all good things come in time.

I went there a few times and at first i thought my dog was too much to handle. Now i know after having to go to ocean state for an emergency visit that he's not. They have to sedate my dog cause he's too big for them to handle and they misdiagnosed him. Ocean state had no problem working with him and he was happy leaving there he crys going into titans. The Dr. Is nice but needs to be more thorough. The assistants on the other hand are extremely rude all but one.

Just went in as we are getting a new puppy in 2 months, wanted information. What kind of business doesn't have any type of information for prospective new clients to look at? And maybe saying "look at our website everything is on there" is sufficient in your world but make sure all the tabs on your website are working if that's the case, won't be using a vet where the staff cant take the time to answer questions (only got one question out of them ) while the other looked at me like I was an idiot because I wanted info on the vet smh

They missed blindness, kennel cough, giardia, and a gastrointestinal infection in my dog. I am a nurse and I showed them my dog was coughing with what sounded like kennel cough and instead of prescribing medication they sent her home. Because of the missed kennel cough diagnosis, the dog had to be brought to the emergency room and had developed pneumonia that nearly killed her. How do they even call themselves a vet? They nearly killed my dog. Do not bring your dog here for vet services unless you want a dead dog. Absolutely awful customer service as well. AVOID TITAN VET! Everyone claims Michelle is a great vet but she is the one that nearly killed my dog by not recognizing symptoms or doing tests correctly. They are always late. Many staff members were rude. They do not clean the table between pets- this is how diseases are spread. The facility is dirty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR ANIMAL HERE.

They are very good here and extremely affordable! The only things I would rate as not being the best is how sometimes you have to wait a little bit for the files to check out, and I’m not comfortable with the way one of the techs scruffed my cat. I don’t think my cat was too pleased with it either considering she’s old and cranky. I’m just not a fan of her being handled that way.

So my puppy has went to Titan three times and the first two were decent at best the third time was absolutely ridiculous and would have me recommend no one ever go here. I was told to come on Sept. 20th for my appointment at 2:00, but when I get to the waiting room no one assists me for at least thirty minutes when ever I finally get to the receptionist they say they don't have my appointment registered, despite the doctor giving me a card and telling me everything was taken care of. Not to mention the receptionist screaming at my wife on her second visit. Absolutely horrible would not recommend to anyone and will not be back ever.

TITAN VETERINARY CLINIC KILLED MY FRIENDS CAT THEN CALLED POLICE ON HIM BECAUSE HE YELLED AT THEM Thank you all so very much for your concern. Some of you wanted to know what happened. This is what happened. This is my cat Hope. A few days ago, I noticed she had a small lump on her back near her tail. I decided to give it a day or two to see if it would go away. It looked more like a bruise than anything else. Wednesday night I noticed her fur was all wet. Upon examining her I found she had a small abscess and it was oozing fluid. Yesterday, though I had never been there before, I took Hope to Titan Vet Services. It's two minutes from my house. I used to work for a vet when I was younger and knew that abscesses are relatively common and not serious but antibiotics and sometimes sutures are necessary and that any vet should be able to take care of it. They cleaned the area and gave her a shot of antibiotics and suggested I make an appointment to have it sutured the next day, which I did. The vet examined her and told me all her vitals were excellent and she was in very good health. I dropped her off this morning and about an hour and a half later I got a call from a staff member telling me that after anesthesia for stitches, Hope stopped breathing and they couldn't revive her. I waited for Lucy to get here and we went to the vet. I was obviously upset and they copped an attitude and told me "you're the one that refused blood work" as if it was my fault. When I responded the girl behind the counter said " you're not going to talk to me that way" and if I didn't calm down she would call the police. I went outside to "calm down" and two patrol cars came into the parking lot. THEY KILLED MY CAT AND CALLED THE POLICE ON ME BECAUSE I YELLED AT THEM. I'm very emotional right now and don't want to get into more detail but I feel compelled to tell all my good friends PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO TITAN VETERINARY SERVICES ON AIRPORT RD. I went on Yelp and there are MULTIPLE reviews saying that Titan killed their pet. I ask one favor from all of you. Please share this or my earlier post or tell every pet owner you know about these bastards. With my daughter getting married this weekend, this should be the happiest time of my life and instead I'm needlessly morning the loss of a pet that I adored. I got Hope and her brother Faith eight years ago as kittens.They have been together since birth and now he is alone and I have to watch him learn how to live without his sister. Please don't let this happen to you, your pet or anyone else. God bless you all. You've been very kind.

If I could leave no stars I would. I am beyond angry and upset with this place, I brought my cat which was perfectly healthy in all aspects nothing wrong with him to get neutered. I trusted them to do a simple procedure that gets done on a daily basis, everything went well from what they told me my cat didnt show any signs that something was wrong the following days. A couple days later I was out running errands and I come home to check on my cat and I find him dead. I called the clinic and they showed no sympathy or remorse but immediately said that it had nothing to do with the surgery and that it could happen with cats over 1 years old.... my cat wasnt even 1 yet he was going to be 1 in a couple months. So thank you for not only making a error in a simple surgery but being a jerk about it.

Scheduled an appointment for a simple nail trimming for my two cats. Spent 30 minutes on hold while the front desk verified my cats were up to date on shots an that they were all registered(which they are). Arrived today , 3 days after calling, and waited roughly 20 minutes to be told they lost the paperwork and cant reach the clinic who gave my cats the shots and re verify. So was told to go home as they wont cut the nails.... due to their error. Beyond aggravating.

I have to absolutely recommend Dr. Michele with Titan Veterinary on Airport Road in Warwick. I've heard she's often chastised by her peers for her reasonably priced services, but she truly cares for animals and understands it can be hard for some owners to afford good care for their pets. I applaud her for that. We had been taking our Neapolitan Mastiff (Primo) to her for awhile now. She's very thorough and knowledgeable in her approach as well as has a great staff. We had an issue with Primo last week and needed to make the decision to say goodbye. I can't begin to tell you how great her and her staff was. She had no openings and came in early spite an injury to see him. It was a tough morning for my daughter and I and she couldn't have been more compassionate and patient with us. It gave us the confidence we needed to make a very hard decision.

Making appointments are so easy through their app. Dr. Tobiasz understands the needs of an aging cat and that I want to be conservative in her treatment. Everybody there is always smiling. I switched to Titan several years ago when my vet was slacking in care and the prices were outrageous. I was hesitant about switching vets but it was the best move I made for my pets. The doctors are GREAT (there are several--a definite plus), the office staff are always friendly, welcoming, and remember you and your pet by name. The prices are the best around, but they do not sacrifice on the services they provide. They keep you informed in every step of the process including providing prices upfront. Caring vets and caring staff who take the time to explain EVERYTHING -- What more can you ask for? I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

We bought our little pooch from Perfect Puppy in Scituate, and they recommended Titan. We are more than satisfied with the attention and care we get there! Titan's staff is very compassionate and you can tell they genuinely enjoy working with animals. Jackie, the vet tech, is so friendly, kind and professional. She is our fave! This is where I go to be on hold. I love being on hold. It's my favorite thing in the world. Sometimes, when I wake up, I yearn for the satisfaction of being on hold - so I call Titan Vet. I'm immediately placed on hold, faster than literally any other business I've ever encountered. My happiness rises to new extremes as I lie in bed, placed on hold, hearing the beeping sound over and over and over and over again. When my day becomes really stressful, I know I can turn to Titan Vet for mindfulness meditation, as all I have to do is make a simple phone call and boom, my entire day is placed on hold. Bathroom breaks? I'll be on hold. Driving home in traffic? Put me on hold. Cat is sick? Bah, I'd rather be on hold. I cannot thank these guys enough for helping me atop my day so that I can reflect on things like - what am I doing with my life? Do I really understand a Roth IRA? What will we do when the next economic crisis arises? Why is it called chocolate when sugar and milk are the first ingredients? Thank you, Titan Vet!

We love the service provided, but we have noticed a rise in cost over the years i mean i know thats partly normal business practice. Orginally we brought our oldest dog to titan because we had heard they were great with pitbulls when not many vets wanted to take them that still holds true. One of the vet techs has literally watched my dog grow up and age and been there every step of the way, shes the best.

Price I was told one price and then end up getting another price after I called to confirm the appointment I call Titans right away they gave me a set price gave me a date and a time I can bring that have that cat brought in and no questions asked and that's what I like about a veterinarian I like Titans because they're quick that's efficient and they give you a heads up on the price

First. Anyone that complains about being put on hold or wait times should really take a look at priorities. I recently acquired a young pup that has cherry eye and is under weight. They did a full work up on him. Ends up he had a double ear infection. They gave him a check up and meds for a reasonable price and gave me prices to get him fixed and get his eye fixed. I won't be going anywhere else. Great place, great staff

Called to make an appointment to get my pup neutered and the lady was extremely rude on top of making me wait on hold for 10 minutes. I asked her to give me one second to look for a paper and she hung up on me! Glad I didn’t even get the chance to go to this facility. The staff is incredibly rude I couldn’t imagine how they treat the animals.

Will never bring my pet here again. Everything seemed nice and they were talking to me asking how he was. They brought up heart worm medication and flea prevention and what they recommend and i said “ok that’s good to know, I’ll think on it.” What do they do. At the end of the visit they just give him what they wanted instead of consulting me. The owner. Which i was then charged for without knowing what they even gave him. I have no clue which product they used or what side effects it could have. I was so upset leaving and more upset later on when my cat clearly isn’t feeling good and won’t even finish his wet food like he normally does. All he wanted to do was just lay on my bed and have me pet him. He is normally a very hyper and happy cat and devours his food. He wouldn’t even touch most of what i gave him and he has diarrhea now. To top it off my cat honestly didn’t even need the product because i made sure to communicate my cat is a indoor cat and does not have contact with other animals. I’m just so upset with this clinic.

Brought my cat in for initial visit. Dr. Tobiasz assessed her and did some blood work. Results came back and she had a low potassium level. Dr. recommended potassium supplement and I agreed. Received call medication was ready for pick up. Cost was 40.00 for 10 ounces of powder supplement. I found it much cheaper online and asked for a written prescription from Dr. Tobiasz and she refused to give me one. I stated I was going to use a mail order pharmacy and she stated I had to have a request from the pharmacy faxed to her! Very disappointed with this vet with regards to customer service and accommodation.. She wanted me to purchuse the med from her office at a 75% markup so therefore she was willng to make my cat wait and suffer from prolonging her potassium medication. I will not be going back to this vet. Also, FYI upon leaving the office this day there was a group of protestors outside on the sidewalk protesting the vetinarian business as a whole! Some signs stating they had killed their pets and others stating poor health services.

1st time visiting Titan Vets. The veterinarian aids were very nice and treated my 12 year old chihuahua with love. My veterinarian was Dr Michele, the owner, and I loved her! I'll be bringing my other chihuahua there soon. The prices are listed on their website and are very competitive. I received a price quote for dental work that was actually $300 less than another local vet. My only complaint is the long wait for us to be seen. I understand that this is the norm. Our chihuahuas are are children and only want the best care for them and I've found it here! Thanks Dr Michele!

By far the worst place to bring your pet they damaged my dogs eye and nearly blinded her. when they were suppose to remove a tumor from her eyelid now ten days later they noticed they have damaged her cornea... they provided barely no pain meds also put her cone on so tight that it was choking her. Gave me the wrong home instructions and she's suffered all week come to find out we're putting the wrong drops in her eye that they also provided.. I'm furious this poor 11 year old dog has suffered significantly and is still suffering if you love your pet go somewhere else!!!!

We have no cons, all pros for Titan! Pros: — the rates are super reasonable — the staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful — they offer a wide variety of appointment times to accommodate any schedule — they have an app that’s amazing! You can use it to contact them, request an appointment, etc. The response time after submitting a request is quicker than I expected as well. — every doctor and technician/assistant we’ve encountered have been SO good with our girl, too! They have one of us go in front of her so she still sees one of us while they do their exam and/or vaccinations. Our girl may be tougher than most but it’s still comforting to know that she’s never fazed by the injections! — we typically don’t have too long a wait to be seen, either. Sometimes they’re a little backed up due to emergencies but that’s to be expected anywhere you go. — regardless of how busy they are on a given day we receive the same thorough attention and never feel rushed out of there. — they also have a nice selection of products available for purchase. The prices are reasonable and competitive; when compared to other local retailers I think they’re slightly better priced than most. We couldn’t be happier with Titan!!

I am so sorry to say, I am not happy with this vet. I called to have my POM looked at, as she was having trouble breathing. She is a pt. of this vet and up to date with her visits. They told me when I called They could see her next Tuesday. today was Thursday. Almost one week later. She would be dead by then. I took her to another vet and her condition was bad. They treated her and thank god and thanks to the vet I took her to. I still have her. If you can not treat your pt's then don't call yourself a vet. Just do your surgerys and don't see other dogs or cats. I was less than 5 min away from you and I had to travel almost half hour to another vet. This was not the first time this happened. I am upset and will not return. Think twice of going to them.

This is even before they know I'm just calling to discuss records with the front desk, and not actually one of their clients. Over the past two years of all the vet clinics I've reached out to these guys seem hands down the most disorganized and unhelpful.

I want to say I haven’t had any issues with my 2 dogs coming here. They actually would have gotten 5 stars because good prices and friendly vets. My issue is the person who answers the phone. Not sure if I just get the same person but she is rude and condescending when on the phone every time. I would say it’s to just me but I heard her while I was there and maybe it’s her personality but makes me uneasy. I feel like she thinks everyone on the phone is dumb. Love this place. I've been going to them from the beginning and they have come a long way. Love the app reminding me of vaccine due dates too. The wait sometimes is longer than expected but when you see your bill you won't be disappointed. They are very reasonable and aren't out to take every penny from your wallet. I also buy my dog food there. 100% recommend to any one.

An absolute horror show. What was once a small efficient place has now turned into an overbooked mess? There's rarely parking, I've waited hours to be seen for a regularly scheduled appointment. They have been rude, and or short with me. They have incorrectly filled prescription that when I caught the error, they first were very rude and then defensive. They have given me wrong times to show up based on when they told me to medicate my pup. Meaning I had to bring an older dog who was failing back the very next day again for the same treatment properly. When my pup finally went they asked me if I would like an ink blot of her paw, we said yes. It never came, when I called they couldn't find it.. Then they sent me the wrong paw print of another deceased pup!!! To this day, I never got mine. The owners are very nice people, but the staff with the exception if Tammy are mostly incompetent and rude. One of the hardest times of my life was made 10 fold because of this place. Lastly, when I brought in MooShu to be put down a man I have never seen before (and I had been going there for 5 years) did the procedure and had the audacity to ask be right before hand if I was sure I didn't want to try to do more for her... Are you serious?? Who says that.. How terrible.. She was in the end stages of Cushing's disease. Not drinking or eating. Going in for treatment after treatment. It's been 6 no ths since Ive lost her and Im bawling as I write this. It's so painful to revisit, but I want to get it out there so more people don't have experiences like mine.
