Horrible place to take any pet. They believe everyone who steps in there is from wood estates and bedside manner is even worse. Spoke down to me like I was an idiot and demanded tests to be done before they even examined my pet. Went to park ave vet and they are amazing. I also live a lot closer to park ave than the tiogue one so double bonus. They ended up charging my 150$ for a booster shot and exam

Because I had a low income certificate to help defer some of the cost they decided to charge me $85 for a sick visit when they charge anybody out $60. Absolutely shameful and disgusting and I will never return there again. Would not recommend this place to anybody

My family has been using Tiogue Vet for our pets since I was a child and I continued going there once I had a dog of my own. The office is always clean and everyone is always very courteous. Dr. White is an amazing veterinarian. She always listen to concerns I have about my dog and will try her best to find answers.

Our cat became I'll. We brought him to Tiogue Veterinary for assessment. He had failing kidneys and became blind. We needed to euthanize him. The vet and staff were thoughtful and empathetic. They even sent us a sympathy card and included a footprint of our cat and a wonderful poem.

No matter how many time I bring my cat there they've not even made a effort to try. Every time they say the same thing and then they blame me. I do everything they say invest lots of money just to get my concerns thrown away because they just don't feel like finding out the real problem. I've spent over a grand there to get no where every time. I never should have handed them that much of my money

I have been going to Tiogue veterinary clinic for many years with my dogs. Some issues were serious and others minor problems. It is with pleasure to post this review to say the four doctors who have treated my dogs over the years have been compassionate and caring vets. As a registered nurse i am aware of diseases and there treatments and that dogs many times come down with the same diseases and treatments as we do ourselves. At no time were there errors in diagnosis or treatments. That in itself is an excellent record in my book. They have explained everything that they are doing and are open to any questions you may have. As for the office staff, i can say only one thing, wonderful. Julie, Deb and the rest of the office staff go out of there way to accommodate in scheduling visits. Next, the vets assistants deserve a special place in my heart as they are the ones who have been there with me when i have had to put my two dogs to sleep and cried along with me during these most sad moments. It is wonderful knowing i have such caring and educated staff caring for my animals. Thank you, for all you do for the animals. Bill Clark,R.N.,C.E.N.

Extremely rude over the phone to me, telling me they WILL NOT touch my cat if she doesn't have her shots before even asking me if she's up to date on ver vaccinations (which she is). I would never go here based off the persons tone of voice and comments she made to me about my cat.
