Staff are so helpful and kind, and you really can't get a better deal. I paid $150 and that covered everything to spay my cat, give her the first set of shots, microchip her and register it, and clip her claws.

Everyone was very friendly and attentive to questions. However at some point our cat peed in his carrier after we had left him there and we received him back I his carrier with said blanket leaving his to smell. Can't bathe him to help him, and he's been trying to groom it put since he got home. Just little upset by that.

I found the clinic to be very friendly and caring toward the pets. Everything is explained thoroughly pre & post op, and I was called after the procedure was complete to let me know everything went well. Most of all, it's affordable, with no hidden costs. You are informed of any medications and or services you need beforehand. I would highly recommend this clinic!

I arrive on time following all of the directions. I finally reach the front desk when the lady behind asks when my dogs last heat was.... apparently the policy is at least 8 weeks post heat WHICH THEY SHOULD ASK over the phone when scheduling my appointment so they don't inconvenience the customer. The big lady behind the desk was extremely rude. Then they decide to take my dog after all. the second time coming up to the counter the same lady basically yells at me and her staff and I all looked at her as if she was crazy. I'm not sure what her issue was. Everyone else was extremely nice. Also my dog came back absolutely FILTHY oily and dirt coming off on my hand and I had washed her the night before. All of this is why I will not recommend to anyone and will not take any more of my animals here.

We had a great experience. I thought the staff did a great job handling the chaos of all those people and pets (it's a small registration area) They run a tight ship and everything ran smoothly because of it. I'm willing to bet those complaining are the same people who didn't read the pickup and drop off instructions. My Border Collie was spayed here at 6 months old and she didn't have any issues. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to pay the ridiculous amount the vet's office charges.

I thought they did a great job I just didnt particularly like having to drop off and pick up my cat so early. It would have also been nice to be informed that it would take a little bit to do and its not just actually dropping the cat off. My neice ended up being late for school so make sure your first in line if you go before dropping your kids off.

I wish I would have had my dog done at his vet. It would have been more money, but I know the experience would have been better. My girlfriend dropped the dog off in the morning for me, and felt like an ass, because the big rude lady behind the desk, drilled her about him not being on heart worm medicine. He is 7 months old, and has seen his vet regularly. If they haven't started him on that medicine, then that's none of your business. This isn't a veterinarian, just do your job. The whole experience felt like a chop shop for neutering. I understand that we're all looking for cheap price, and we all have budgets, but this is a horrible value. If you can get your animal fixed through your vet, and it's not that much more, do it.

Wonderful just wonderful! I took both my kittens here to get spayed and neutered. I have two twin kittens a boy (Peepers) and a girl (Patches)they were both well cared for and they are just as fun loving and happy as they were before. The staff was so attentive to their needs. The initial conversation on the phone with a lovely woman and the subsequent drop off went well prior to our cat being neutered. She was cordial and gave me all the information I needed and set up the appointment. Check in went smoothly as well. However, upon pick up of our cat this morning, I was informed that he was returned in his kennel with 3 mounds of poop and urine all over it and that my boyfriend was told he must have just done it. Now, I get it. You're busy, cats and dogs are anxious and it can happen- I totally get it. However, I've also been employed by a small 2 doctor veterinarian as well as a large, 5 doctor practice. I have had animals decide to go to the bathroom in their kennel prior to leaving and NEVER have I EVER returned them that way, nor did I ever let staff! You tell the owner they had an accident and that you are cleaning it up and please give you a minute, you don't hand the pet back POST SURGERY in a carrier with fecal contamination. I was prepared to give 5 stars, and the utter lack of respect for the animal and owner after a surgery is what brought it down. Period. It made me severely question the cleanliness behind closed doors, and that's hard to do when one of your clients used to care for 200 dogs at a time with only 5 other staff. Yikes.

Professional, affordable, and fast. They're very high volume so it may take a month in advanced to get in but once youre in it's in and out. Prices are more than affordable and they even include FREE DHPP for dogs/FVRCP for cats and rabies if your animal is due. Micro chipping is CHEAPEST around, $20 with registration included. Pain medication is included during the procedure. Everything is clearly explained pre/post op. I took my cat here and he has had zero complications. I'm taking my dogs next month and I'm sure things will go smoothly just as it did before. For your information: parking is limited! Go early if you can!

This was my first visit to the clinic for a spay of a kitten. After don't a little shopping around they were not only one of the highest rated they were also very economical! Pulled the trigger and was pleasantly surprised how professional and expedient they were. They have a great intake and release process that worked very well. Granted they are popular so there is a line always but they nail it! My kitten is healing very nice and she's very happy. I highly recommend this place. Side note my local very quoted me $500 - $1000 for less services I got here for $140. I was so pleased I made an extra donation when I left.

I'm a caregiver and friend of a woman with terminal cancer. She was given a kitten to keep her spirits up and for enjoyment. Both of us barely received enough money to pay the bills to survive. RI Community was able to obtain a grant to cover all the expenses for spaying, shots, testing and microchip. The women that I met and spoke with were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, they were extremely caring, nice and professional at the same time. Definitely 5 Stars in my book. They took EXCELLENT care of Baby, our kitten, and even made it easier for 2 nervous owners. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

If you are looking for a cost effective alternative to the high cost of sterilizing your pet this is the place. If you are looking for a place to show great bedside manner, this is NOT, I repeat, NOT, the place you will find it. I cried leaving my cat here - there was no bedside manner AT ALL which made me nervous leaving my pet here. If they aren't kind to the patrons, I wonder how they treat the animals.

A non-profit service for spaying and neytering your dog or cat. The cost is low and the service is great. In one day, out the next and, like I said, affordable. They do accept contributions as well. Pick up one of theircwish lists and donate pet food, laundry detergent, etc. Friendly and considerate of your pet.
