I have been going to Lincoln Animal Hospital for about 15 years. The staff has always been extremely caring and compassionate toward my dogs. Currently I have two dogs and one of them has extreme stranger issues. The technicians have gone out of their way to get to know him so he is now very comfortable. I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

We have been a customer with Lincoln Animal Hospital for nearly 30 years. I could write a book on them but to sum it up they are one caring, professional, trusting and fantastic animal hospital. I would not go anywhere else. The doctors and staff are really awesome to deal with. I find emergency visits are quick as they care for animals. It is the place to go with your pet and I'll continue as long as I have animals.

They are extremely nice, and treat your pets like family. They will not up-sell you or complete any tests they feel are unnecessary. They will spend time talking with you, addressing all your questions. My dog actually likes to go there, tails wags the whole time, and he is excited to get in the door and see the people that work there.

I took my dog for his physical today. The staff is caring, and great with handling him, especially when he gets nervous. I was seen on time, and both the doctor and tech took the time to make him more comfortable in the exam room while performing their assessments. I’ve been taking my dogs to Dr. Harris for several years, and would recommend her to anyone. She is thorough, thoughtful, and caring of both pets and their owners.

Don't take your pets here! Took my dog there just to change a bandage around his cast they charged me almost $200.00 the work they did was awful the bandage kept coming off doctor was very rude about it I took my dog back to ocean state and they told me that the Doc removed his cast which was supposed to still be under the bandage so I had to pay ocean state another $200.00 to remake another cast for my dog which shouldn't have been taken off in the first place and spoke with management they offers to refund me $30.00 for the bandage they had put on.!are you serious? I had to pay for something they did wrong and they would not pay me for the $200.00 I had to pay to have a new cast put on that should have never been taken off please do not bring your pets here. They should not be caring for anyone's animals they just take advantage of people

They are good, call u for appointments for my dog. Great staff, If I had to do something there I would add a few more tie offs for your pet while you are paying them. They only have one, with a 20' counter. Try to understand everyone are not brain surgeons nor their pay. Be more realistic with prices. I know you went to school but there is a limit on what people can afford. I think everyone agrees with me on that one. Good staff all around, but you should talk to us more on the health of your FIDO OR PUTTY CAT

This was the first time I had ever had a horrible experience at a veterinarian clinic. I say clinic, because Lincoln Animal Hospital does not fit the description of a veterinarian hospital. They don't have the equipment or facilities to help animals in critical condition. The people at this place are discourteous and eager for one thing: MONEY. The woman at the front desk hunted me down while my animal was dying, lacking any semblance of sympathy. The veterinarian lacked compassion, was abrasive, and unprofessional. It was an awful experience. I would not recommend this place, not even for routine physical exams.

I brought my 14 year old dog to see Dr. Arnold. My dog has been losing weight, vomiting, periods of lost appetite, and losing control of her bladder. I knew she was an older dog and nearing the end of her life. I was not ready to have her leave this world as I felt she still had life in her. Dr. Arnold listened to my concerns, did not push me to run costly tests and gave me realistic and affordable options to help keep my dog comfortable and happy. So far we have noticed a big difference after just 2 days. She is eating better and vomiting less. She even looks like she has gained a little weight back (although this may be wishful thinking). Dr. Arnold and the techs were so gentle and kind to my sweet pup. The cost was very reasonable and much less than I expected. I was very happy with the treatment and understanding from all the staff at Lincoln Animal Hospital. Thank you for seeing the wonderful dog my girl is and listening with compassion and understanding.

Staff was unprofessional, stating personal information about pet owner and making accusations about the care of the pet, because the owner chose NOT to spay. The office manager would NOT return calls pertaining to this incident. Guessing there's NO HIPAA for pets!

I'm am so upset and will never bring my pets here ever again. The women that "treats" exotic animals was beyond incompetent. I brought my hedgehog in and she didnt know how/was afraid to hold him. She admitted to me that she had literally just looked at a textbook before my appointment and she must've not looked very well because she gave me awful advice. She really had no idea what she was talking about. She weighed my hedgehog and told me he weighed 123 grams yeah well when I brought him back to the breeder (who did such a better exam since the vet didn't even touch him) she said that yes he lost weight but he was actually 165 grams which is a HUGE difference for such a small animal. She got upset with me when I refused to feed him food that has awful ingredients and literally has wood in it and did nothing but torture him trying to force him to unball and would not listen to me when I told her how to get him to cooperate.

Awful. ... We had made arrangements for our 100 pound rottweiler to come in and be examined by the vet along with having her nails cut. She is not easy to travel with and is very difficult at the office I will give them that. so we were prescribed oral sedation to give her and given an appointment time for her to come in and have her exam. When we are arrived we called ahead into the office letting them know we were in the parking lot as is our custom so she can be escorted directly to the exam room. They had no notation of the appointment and no way to accommodate us even though our dog was already chemically sedated in the car. The next soonest appointment was 3 weeks later. This happened on a Saturday. I called another recommended veterinarian in the area and they were able together in the following Monday morning 8:00 a.m. without a problem. She still had some prescribed left over oral sedation so she was given that. The vet Tech was amazing in the way he handled her and the veterinarian was as well! They clearly had experience with large breed aggressive dogs and we're not fearful of her. She was sedated and had already been muzzled and was taking care of and a kind professional way . They actually diagnosed a serious ear infection, which likely would have become much worse had she had to wait 3 more weeks to be seen. So please make sure Before you go here you should realize how unequipped they are to handle large breed aggressive dogs. Not to mention the lack of concern they had for my sedated dog in the car or how difficult it was for us to get her there.

Love thes people,thay been my boston terrier doc for over 10 years,couple months ago i had to put my beloved boston(tyson)it was the worst thing ive had to do,,the doc and staff was so helpfull and supportive,thay even called me at home to make sure i was okay,sent me and family a lovely card,made me realize how much thay do there..thay really care and very grateful on how tysons remains was handled with so much care,thank you so much

Sadly, these vets do not care about animals, they only care about money and lining their own wallets. They advertise as a full service vet hospital, but this is far from the truth; rather, they can do nothing for sick animals, other than refer them to the East Greenwich Animal Hospital. They specialize in giving vaccinations and selling medications. They are unprofessional and GREEDY. My advice is to find a vet that gives low cost vaccinations, if you need to spay or neuter your animal check out the Spay and Neuter Clinic in Warwick, they are fantastic and charge a fraction of the cos. Most importantly, is you have an emergency with your animal avoid taking them to the Lincoln Animal Hospital

I used to go to this vet/clinic but not anymore. They are very heartless and don't seem to care about your pets. I took my cat there for an emergency visit and they were super rude & the wait was insane. Happy that we got a new vet. I don't suggest this place with their lack of customer service.

I have 4 cats and I’ve only used a mobile vet for them until recently. I started bringing one there and when I got to meet the vets and see how helpful, kind and knowledgeable they were, I have since brought one of my other cats and in the future I plan on bringing my other two when any issues arise. Dr. Eileen is amazing and so sweet! And I love the dental specialist there, she is awesome!

so listen to this, i came in one day to ask questions. im new to the area im originally from outside of new england and i brought my 2 kittens with me, so i was asking front desk to cut there nails, spray and neuter my two fur babies. wellllll they dont have pro active listening skills to say the least they automatically assumed because i said i want to "cut my cats nails" they assumed i wanted to declaw them.. NO i know thats inhumane i would never! and they were getting off topic so many different times, i was expressing how important this is to me. considering i have an 8 week old kitten * male * and a 12 week old kitten *female* and what threw me off was this statement " if i was you id get them fixed asap before your condo smells like cat pee, and you will have a house full of cats", the lack of professionalism is not acceptable. so everybody do yourself a favor. take the extra drive and go somewhere else this place is a joke within the 1 EXPERIENCE i would never go here.
