I would not reccomend this vet. Took my dog for a free dental exam and told she needed an extraction for a fractured tooth. I was given an astronomical quote of over $800 for the extraction of the one tooth. (This was with a 10% discount!!!) I went for a second opinion reguarding price and found a much more reasonable vet. Not only was the price more reasonable but they took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my dogs tooth, not just that it was broken. I will never return to Foster Vet.

I'll start by saying, this is not my regular vet. That being said, I called Sunday morning and they fit me in that afternoon. Every one I met was very friendly and professional. Someone mentioned it being over priced, I found the prices to be right in line with my regular vet. Thank you for fitting my Princess in on a Sunday.

10 days ago my husband and I brought our 10 year old lab there. He was lethargic. They had to carry him in by stretcher. We thought itvwas the beginning of the end. The docter was so caring and even hugged me as i cried. Today we took him back for more tests hes now 85% back to himself. He does have lyme disease. But the medicine made him bounce right back. When we first walked in with him today the vet tech started to cry because he was soo much better. They really do care and go the extra mile. Ive never seen a vet cry happy tears because my dog is doing so much better. It ment so much to me. Raven and my family thank you all for being so caring to him. Everyone take your pets there.

They got me in for an emergency appointment for my baby girl Peaches the mini Australian Shepherd, and they have been wonderful helping me with Peach's care. They've helped with everything from administering the fluids I'm too squeemish to do, to answering my 100 phone calls with questions. They've also helped individualize her treatment as she has food allergies and is super picky about what she eats. I highly recommend this clinic!

Love Dr. Hattan, Ruth the receptionist, and the all the wonderful vet-techs who make me and my animals feel like family. Have been going there for years and it is truly lovely. The only negative is the impersonal office manager who they probably shouldn't let deal with clients due to her lack of people skills. Luckily, I have only had 2 convo's with her in nearly a decade. Other than that, A+++++++ all the way!

I wish it were possible to give Dr. Hattan ZERO stars! HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER AND INCOMPETENT! My dog was diagnosed with cancer. An oncologist was supposed to call me to explain things but once she found we might have the initial amputation surgery at another clinic that charges on a sliding scale and not spend all our money at her clinic I was never connected to an oncologist, she never spoke to one and when I spoke to her about general questions about prognosis and treatments she was so cold, brusque, rude and downright HOSTILE !! HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!! THANKS FOR OVER CHARGING ME TO TELL ME MY DOG IS DYING AND THEN ACT NASTY WHEN I ASKED FOR ADVICE AND TREATMENT OPTIONS!! She wouldn't get back to me about simple medication questions I had about what SHE prescribed nor did she send any information with the 3 new meds. However, Brianna the vet tech was very friendly and did the best she could to answer questions and even went out of her way to comfort me and share her personal experience. She is the only good thing about that place but unfortunately Dr.Hattan is the only Vet there.

The general staff is good, but the vet herself is horrible. She showed a lack of concern for my dogs and is very hostile. My old vet is farther away, but is worth the drive in order to get someone that cares. This place also charges alot, so its not worth the aggravation. My response to the vet. 1. Thank you for putting my dogs in danger by posting their names here so someone can call them now. I'm glad you understand what private information is. There was a reason i never posted their names when I gave you this poor review. 2. Your attitude and customer service of the vet is what I said was poor not your tests. 3. It took the vet 2 weeks to respond to my concern about their mouths abscessing if the vet didn't have the cleaning done at which point she stated she never heard of dogs teeth rotting out and abscessing so it is fine....To me my dogs getting abscessed teeth and dieing from rot is important so shunning my concern off and then being rude showed me her poor customer service. 4. This vet can post as much text book responses to how they test and etc, but poor communications with their customers is poor communications and customer service. I don't pay alot for my dogs' care to have them berate me about my concerns.
