Wonderful group of people working there, excellent vets.
They keep my puppy's healthy and I appreciate that stuff is awesome to
Friendly staff, they were great with my animals.
These guys took excellent care of our cat while he was there. We were brought to tears when we received a condolence letter along with his paw prints on a nice card. We will definitely be bringing our other animals here when the emergency arises. Thanks Again East Bay Animal Hospital
Would definitely recommend this place for rabbits! It's hard to find a good bunny vet, but Dr. Murdock and her staff were very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to answer all of our questions and look over and discuss every aspect of our senior bun's health.
Poor service refused to give records to me on my own pets. I would never ever go back!!
Jessica upfront rocks! Nice place.
Very professional and courteous
Vets and staff are helpful and friendly
I have been going there for years. They are very attentive, comforting, and friendly. They have taken very good care of 3 of my dogs and my cat. They were very understanding and helped every visit go smooth and quick.
I have been bringing my senior kitty cat there for about a year. She has diabetes which has been difficult to manage lately. Both Dr. Nuttle and Dr. Murdock have been helpful in trying to get kitty regulated although their approach is each different its nice to have two opinions and care but lately they have been very busy and would defiantly like more attention to this issue, especially now that I am so very concerned about her. I am still taking her there this is a on going thing that I have to be committed to as long as I possibly can. There has to be much more personal input from the doctors with care when you are trying so hard to get a pet better there has not been enough. I have done so many tests but still no real answers and she is not regulated. :( I find the staff friendly and professional.
I feel that my dog is well cared for here and love the staff.
They are awesome
Great place a little pricey
Been going there for years
Very affordable great staff
I have taken all of my pets to Eastbay animal hospital in Seekonk for the last 15 years Professional staff courteous timely and my pets are so happy I'm so glad that Eastbay animal hospital is in our community Thx Dr Cournoyer
Pets are really treated like family here. 100% comfortable bringing my ferrets Buddy and Stinky here!
Dr. Murdock is the most caring and passionate vet I know ! I highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond for her patients . My last dog had a rare case of auto immune defiency and she did everything to keep him healthy and live the best life. The staff at East Bay is also phenomenal and always greeted me with a smile and remembered mine and my dogs name! We just took our new pup there and I couldn't feel better knowing my dog is always in good hands!
Everyone that knows me understands my love for animals. How I take pets in that are unwanted by people that no longer want them. I give them a warm home, fix them and feed them well. The names of my cats today are: Sweety, Aries, Jazzy, Socko, Jack, Sarah, Oreo, Dasher, MJ, Cougar, Bear, Squirrel, Sophia, Buttonnose and Tubby. Dogs: Meggerra and Khulua . Birds: Penelope (African Grey), Freddie cockotiel, Petey (petey has no feet) and Shakerra Paraketes. My pets bring me alot of love and affection. Right now they need mine. I take them to Petco for their shots and if any other needs I take them to East Bay Animal Hospital Seekonk. I noticed that my cats have had some white worms in their stool. This upset me very much knowing that this is tape worms. I dropped a off a stool sample and spoke to Daniel Love and handed him a list of the names of my pets. He said he would need weights on all of them and I said ok after we get the results. I ask at the time if I could just get a prescription after the results come in so I could go to 1800 Pet Meds. Daniel Love says yeah because it would cost you a small fortune. I get a call back from a Karley Bianco from the office the next day and she said to me that it was tape worm and the vet wants to see all of the animals. I said that would cost a fortune that I dont have. I said which vet said that she said all of them.. (Dr. Elizabeth Murdock, Dr. Anne Nuttal and Dr. Peter Cournoyer owner). I said I dont understand any vet would say if one has worms they all do. I do not understand why they would rather see my pets die then treat them. I need someone to help me help them since East Bay Animal Hospital is only out to stick money in their pockets instead of helping my Animals.
I took my guinea pig there for the first time and Dr. Murdock was great! She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. The staff was also very friendly and I will be taking both my pets there permanently.
We went in this hospital yesterday but inspite of our dog severe breathing condition. They didn't take him in. No doctors cares to check him nor even see him. We were very disappointed. The nurse just referred us to another emergency hospitals in Swansea. We are not coming back in this hospital anymore.
My dogs and I have loved Dr. Murdock and the entire staff (I don't want to name you all, for fear I will forget someone, but you know who you are!) We have been patients for more than 10 years and could not think of going to anyone else. They are so good to my pups in sickness and health and so good with the human families especially when we need them. Great faith and trust in them. A+++
The staff was excellent
Pet owners BEWARE!!! Very unprofessional staff, none of them know why they are doing. Dr. Murdock made me leave the room when my rescue dog was getting his shots and got very nervous because I was not there and bit her. She then called the health department and animal control and now he has to go to a shelter for 1 week to be quarantined. This dog was just rescued and he has been through enough trauma but now since this happend it's going to get worse. She can not handle animals properly and does not tame them properly. She should not be doing this job because she clearly doesn't know how. She should have put a muzzle on him before the visit. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WE ARE PASSING THE WORD TO EVERYONE AND EVEN POSTING ONLINE TO SAVE PEOPLE FROM THIS HORROR PLACE.
Although my dog doesn't like going to the vet, we're very happy with the service.
Very professional and took great care of our cat!
Great vets there
The best animal hospital..
They are so good and kind the whole staff is amazing
East Bay Animal Hospital is great! The office and exam rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly, kind, intelligent and have always helped us out when needed (whether for regular check-ups or vaccinations for our cat or dog, or for urgent "sick" visits). You can tell they truly care about our furry family members and I never feel pressured to purchase any unnecessary medications or vaccinations, etc. when we visit. I don't say this often but I would highly recommend making this your family veterinarian!
The best vets they are really good a wonderful team
Took our rescue puppy here on Friday. Staff was really nice, the vet was as well. Place seemed well kept and clean. It was a great first vet visit for us and our pup.
AWESOME experience here. They’re one of the only places around that deal with rabbits, and they are super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They did surgery on my bunny (fixed her teeth), and it was faster and cheaper than the estimate. And on top of that they didn’t charge for the follow up examination or the follow up surgery they will do in a couple months, which is really nice of them. My bunny recovered fast and has been in such a good mood since!
Great people!
We bring our dog to this place.Great friendly caring staff.
We love Dr Murdoch and her entire staff! Always honest, helpful, and compassionate.
Dr. Murdoch has been our vet for more than a decade. The staff are great and the facility is very well-kept.
Our family pets have been going to East Bay (specifically seen by Dr. Elizabeth Murdock) for about 10 years now. Our previous and present family dogs, cat, and my previous ferret have all been patients of hers. My family and I appreciate her so greatly. She's very knowledgable in all questions we have for either animals. When we had to put our previous family dog down, Dr. Murdock (and I believe the vet tech was Jessica, but this is going back five years) were incredible. Two months ago, my elderly ferret needed to be put down in Dr. Murdock (and Jessica's) care. I wish my two previous ferrets could have passed at East Bay Animal Hospital. I was able to stay with my baby and have her in my arms the entire time that she passed. Then they gave us all the time we needed to be with her (same for our previous dog.) It meant the world to me. You're in such a fragile state because you're losing a best friend so their kindness and helpfulness means so much. I sent them a thank you card immediately after my ferret's passing. I received her ashes in the urn I picked out within the week. We received a phone call from Dr. Murdock soon after regarding local ferret(s) for adoption if I was interested (but it was too soon). As a side note, I also want to recognize Melina and Karly for their work and compassion when dealing with our pets, whether a check up or during sick times. These women are both fantastic. I've adopted two "stray" ferrets in a shelter and came to find out that Dr. Murdock is doing a needed surgery on one of them before he's in my care. She's the kind of vet that at least one local shelter "loves and goes to her all the time. She's the best." In response to the previous reviewer, may I gently suggest not having so many pets if you can't afford all the necessary medical treatment. x
The “Nurse” JENNY and the “Veterinarian” ANNE NUTTALL, D.V.M. were both extremely helpful and very caring and compassionate! I would honestly and truly recommend their services!! They also actually worked with me on the “cost of services” for my cat “HARLEY” due to the fact that I was just “Laid Off” from my job “Due to Lack of Work” and because it’s a “Seasonal” being an outdoor construction job!! It’s honestly and truly a great place with excellent professional people!!!
Very caring staff!
I started going here about 4 years ago because I felt my vet at the time was always too "busy". The Drs at East Bay are so thorough, I never feel rushed, and the staff is so organized. I love this place.
The staff is both knowledgeable and caring. Good place to bring your treasured pet
They helped me get threw a toughf time thank you
Always a delight.
Very friendly and reasonable! Pleasant veterinarians. I do recommend to others
Great place to take your furbabies! Friendly, helpful staff, clean facility! Overall great experience :)
Great service friendly personnel service hours convenient.
Excellent! Good staff and Great doctors Always accommodating
They care a lot about my pets at this vet. They're a little more expensive than other vets in the area. But the service is great.
We were looking for a vet for our new puppy. We had a dog for many years and we were going to a different one. We were recommended to East Bay and so far couldn't be happier. The staff is kind and the place is super clean. I've been there for 2 visits so far and I cant believe how well kept it is. You can tell they not only care about the animals but also the people sitting in the waiting area!
Quick with a muzzle if you have a Staffordshire terrier. But, no bones about it! They do! And they do well! Highly recommend East Bay Animal Hospital.
They always take good care of my family members!
I have taken my pets here for years. Dr. Cournoyer and the team at East Bay Animal hospital are great. They are all about your animals and explain options really well. Prices are very competitive. Service is outstanding.
Called on a Friday because we had made the difficult decision to have our 16 and a half year old euthanized to end his pain and suffering as his latest seizure left him to struggling to breathe. Given that it was 6pm when this happened, it was hard to find a local vet open but we called East Bay around 630 and they were open until 730. We stated we had a older dog that unfortunately was dying, they said there was a doctor still there but he was heading out soon. They put me on hold and came back and told me that it would be "a lot of paperwork" for that and they weren't willing to do it. They denied a poor, innocent dog that was suffering badly trying to even breathe because they didn't want to do paperwork. I was at a loss for words at how poorly of an excuse they gave to not help him. I'd never recommend them to anyone or take my other pets there. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.
The vet care about your animals and try to find ways to help you afford the treatments your pet may need
I've taken my dog Kora here since she was a puppy. The nurses and doctors show a true compassion for animals. Kora is a 70lb sweet pit bull but she is never judged and always treated with love and care. Their prices are reasonable but most importantly you get the feeling that the staff really acres about your animal and you. Thanks East Bay
Very friendly and informative staff. They helped save my baby Bonnie (rabbit) she ate some rubber and wasn't eating or using the bathroom, I was sure she was going to die. The wait was short and they were very patient and gentle with her. They gave her an IV to rehydrate her and sent me home with a prescription, pain meds and a powder food to syringe feed her. They made sure to go over dosages, proper care and things to look out for prior to departure. I would have spent the money to save Bonnie regardless but I appreciate how great the staff and veterinarian was here. They even called to check up on her days later. Im happy to say my baby has recovered. Very clean and well kept facility as well, all around a great place.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility, and great prices. Recomend to anybody with a pet.
