Love this place! I've worked in the animal field and have dealt with TONS pf vets and their staff and Bayside is by far the best! They are so helpful and understanding. The vets and techs are super knowledgeable. Money is usually tight for me and there have been times I had to reschedule appointments 3 different times and they never complain. I tell every one to go to this place.

Outstanding! I have two aging cats both with chronic health problems - Dr. Jen and her outstanding staff deliver excellent care at the clinic and with their mobile service. However it is their care, compassion and willingness to go the extra mile for my cats and me that makes me a raving fan!

After reading through their website I decided to give them a try in search of better care for my dear cat. I was very dissapointed and felt they did not live up to what they proclaimed to be. I was certainly not impressed with the care and treatment they gave my cat . Much more could have and should have been done.

Dr. Jen and staff are without a doubt the best veterinarian office around. They love all fur babies and treat them as such. Professional, courteous, respectful and compassionate. And that’s just speaking from the fur kids perspective. Hands down the best in the business. Thank you all for everything you do on a daily for us “humans” who are helpless when our “kids” need medical treatment. ❤️

They completely screwed me on boarding. The night before I was going on vacation. They changed there price from 28 dollars a day to almost 90 dollars a day because the had to give my dog a pill, that he loves for pain. And we told them about the pill months in advance. They told me 775 dollars for 8 days what really. Had to walk out and scramble for other arrangements jors from my trip. Total scumbag move

We've been to alot of other eastbay area vets....One we were dissatisfied with another one we were downright discusted with ........... but with bayside for the first time I am very very pleased. Dr Taylor was fantastic and more thorough than i ever could have expected. Bayside is refreshingly not one of those vets trying to sell you products/services that aren't necessary for your animals ultimate well being... all in all couldnt have been happier with bayside or Dr. Taylor. If you go to one of the other local vets..... good luck because speaking from experience you are gonna need it..... do yourself (and even more so your pet) a favor and go here!

Dr. Jen and the entire staff are just amazing. We are fairly new to the area and my kitty did not have a vet. I noticed she was losing weight and called Bayside. They came out with the mobile van to check her out. Dr. Jen and her tech were extremely kind as well as competent. My kitty had some kidney issues and Dr. Jen recommended special food and a bit of medicine. Two months later, and kitty is doing great (knock on wood)! Bottom line, you and your pet will love Bayside Vet Care!!
