I can't even begin to share our experiences with ACE over the years - we've been going to them almost ten years, with two different cats. Both vets are absolutely wonderful, a joy to work with, and are truly caring about the animals they are taking care of. They understand that sometimes we have to take financial considerations into account when making decisions about our furrbabies, and are always happy to discuss alternatives with you. If there is an emergency with your pet, they are always happy to squeeze in a visit. One of our cats had surgery, and they worked with us so that we could finance it. I truly cannot say enough good things about them.

Dr Le is amazing! Love her! She is so great with our dog! My dog has been seeing her for years now! He has been healthy till around his 10th birthday and Dr Le has been thr for us through his sickness and actually cares for him just as much as I do! She is always right now with what's going on with him and her recommendations! I did have one bad experience while she was out having a baby. Dr. Dubin (I think that's how u spell it) was SO RUDE and MEAN to me over the phone!! Told me I obviously don't pay attention at his visits and I didn't know what I was talking about! Was so nasty to me and then hung up the phone on me!!! I started crying right away because she didn't want to refill his important meds and insisted it was all my fault!!! I will NEVER take him to see her!! I will NEVER even talk with that woman again!! Tried to blame her attitude on a bad neglecte case she had right before our call! Thr is NO EXCUSE to treat someone like that when they are concerned for a loved one! He is my family and I won't be treated like that! If it wasn't for Dr. Le I wouldn't go back thr! But she is so amazing and so caring and knows my dog so well I won't switch just for that reason! I'm sure she is the main reason alot of people bring thr pets thr! I always feel safe knowing my dog is in her care!! ♡♡

They take such wonderful care of my dog Taffy. I had to bring her in for an ultrasound on her heart in April. Their estimate for the day of her test was not only reasonable, it was a bit less than what other local vets charge for the same thing. When I came back to pick her up and pay, it ended up being a lot less than the estimate! I highly recommend these wonderful people to take care of your precious fur~babies!

The bunny doctors are so nice and did a great examination of my baby girl. She's usually very spooked by vets but was good and calm for them, even fell asleep in my arms after her nail clipping! Also did a great fixing of my friend's baby girl bunny!

They were extremely helpful, understanding, and kind. I made an emergency appointment for my cat and they got us in that same day. Unfortunately, later that night I had to bring my cat to the emergency room at Tufts and he didn't make it. Afterward, the staff at Animal Care Experts all signed and mailed a very thoughtful condolences card that meant a lot to me.

Dr. Le, Allie. Dr. Dubin and all the other girls are wonderful! !! They treat all the pets as if they are they're own. I have been going there for almost 20 years, and will continue for many more! When we had to say goodbye to our 19 year old Misty, Dr. Dubin was gentle and so kind. She eased Misty's pain so we could have time at home to say our goodbye, one of the hardest things I have ever had to do.

I’ve been going to ACE for about a year and a half now for my rabbit, Dumplin.. They did her spay and I come in regularly for her nail clippings. This week we were moving houses and Dumplin abruptly stopped eating (an emergency for rabbits). ACE had me in there that night to get her examined by Dr Le and get some fluid shots. While Dumplin improved a bit that night, she still wasn’t eating enough, so I called them again the next morning and we had a second appointment for more fluids and some medicine. And then, once I got her to the new house, Dumplin started nibbling some of her food. The next day she was eating normally, and now two days later, she’s as spunky as always! Through this whole nightmare addition to my move, everyone at ACE was an absolute dream. I cannot sing their praises enough. These people love animals and I don’t know anyone more trustworthy for my rabbit and future critters.

they messed up on my cat neutering and they are very rude he still has his balls this is not the first time they done this either they did this to my dog to I Waring you! not to go to them please they are hateful rude people and sometimes blame the owner for the wrong doing when its not even my fault wth? why would it be? mind you I"ll never again back there I go to Woodstock from now on plus the vet sent red flags when I first went there she said I only like boy cats better umm... ok?

My first time at Animal Care Experts and I was very happy with the attention and care that they gave to Daisey. She was happy too. She didn't want to leave because the snacks they gave her were so good. She may be over-energized, but she knows a good place when she is being taken care of, Thanks to all (and it did take 3 of them to keep her quiet for her checkup).
