Expensive and inept. Spent over $700 in exam fees, an x-ray and meds twice in less than 24 hours. No diagnosis could be made. No improvement made. Just wanted to run more expensive tests and recommended an inpatient stay and meds treatment over $2,300 a night. Was difficult to get records and x-rays despite being paid for. I would not go back. There are several better options in the area. Also known as Old Marple Animal Hospital with bad reviews.

The staff was so nice & compassionate. We took our dog Buddy there at 7pm because he was injured during a dog fight with our other dog. The staff was gental with our baby. They sedated him to thoroughly exam him & to give him stitches without stressing him out. Dr.Patel was excellent. He showed us the xrays & took the time to explain everything to us. They sent him home with pain meds & antibiotics. They are expensive but well worth the peace of mind after a terrifying experience.

This place was the worst place I've ever experienced in my life. I won't go into detail but from what I've heard from the situation the employee was fired. If u love your animal you won't t choose to bring your pet here.

I saw a lot of the negative reviews on Google, but I have to say I had the best experience possible here. I adopted a cat and only a few hours later wound up in the emergency room. I was a mess. I barely knew my pet and I had no idea what to do, but everyone at this hospital was extremely accomodating. They were very gentle with my cat. They explained everything that they were doing and what was happening to her to me. They brought out treatment plans and went over everything on it with me, taking into account I hadn't had her very long and would probably not want to do all the expensive diagnostics. They gave me time alone to call my parents and calm down and they even reached out to the shelter I had adopted her from and had them take over her medical needs at their clinic so it would be free. Moreover, working with the shelter, I was fully reimbursed for my emergency fees. They truly seemed to care about my cat and were very understanding of my emotional state. They explained everything to me and I couldn't be more thankful. They saved my cat and did all the work of calling the shelter to sort the mess out for me.
