I love Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic! The staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. They take great care of my two cats, whom they've been seeing since they were kittens--which is now going on eight years. Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are always willing to answer questions, and I never feel like I'm being rushed through the kitties' exams. I appreciate the gentleness with which the staff handles my cats, especially the one who is more stressed by a visit to the vets. I highly recommend Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic.

The people there are very compassionate and caring. We had a Six year old Golden with lymphoma that others had cared less about the dog then the money to be made. The people here really cared about our Molly. They got the diagnosis for her then had to help us keep her going. She had diabetes also which was a complication, but they reserched and we did get her on chemo, we got be with her for 5 additional month than just two, that would be normally. I can't say enough great things about everyone here. Everyone was so kind and carrying, that it was just like family. I just really have to say thanks for letting us have her a little longer. I will always be greatfull to Dr. Springer and the staff.!

I took our dog Stella because I found the handle only of a razor and wasn't sure if she swallowed the blade part. They scheduled her right away & were very understanding that we didn't have a lot of money so they took an xray. Luckily she had not swallowed the razor. I asked how much it would be to give her all her shots & deworm her. It was very reasonable and they waived the office visit fee. Plus they gave me dewormer for our other dog Cinder. The staff & Vet we saw were extremely nice & friendly. I would recommend them to anyone & I have recommended them to people & have out the card I had of theirs.

The Doctors and staff at Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic are incredible. I travel almost 50 miles to take my pets to this clinic. I can not imagine taking my pets anywhere else. Dr. Croft is an amazing doctor and extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. I have had several of my pets and now my two dogs & Westie (Holm's) and a Bichon (Tiffy) with the good doctor for 30+ years. Several emergencies and illnesses as well as routine check-ups. Dr. Croft and his staff have been there for me at some of the saddest times that we all know when we love a fur child. Their help did not make it hurt less but did help me to have the courage to do the last act of Love you can do for your pet. Thank You Dr. Croft and the wonderful people who work for you.

Everyone is helpful anytime I call in to order more. Most of the time I just say my name and they right away what I need and they are very accommodating with the pickup of the food. The doctors have always been a great help as well.

We are currently taking Labs #3 and #4 to Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic. We have been highly satisfied patrons for 36 years. The care of all four dogs has been outstanding from ear infections to surgeries. Dr. Croft came to our home to put down our beloved Cinder and sat in our living room holding the Kleenex box. Dr. Springer put down our beloved Charcoal in the office constantly encouraging us that we had made the right decision and that she would soon be playing ball again in heaven. Their compassion for animals and their humans is beyond compare. We cannot imagine having a pet without their expertise.

We have an abundance of vets closer to us, but when our Rottweiler, Maverick, took ill- we were referred here by a friend. They were much more knowledgeable than our previous vet and things were explained more thoroughly. Unfortunately, Maverick needed to be euthanized, which wasn't a huge surprise, but it was through this visit that we learned what we needed to know. Our boy was in pain, and could barely stand. It was a bit of a trip for us to go there, but now that is where we take our kids. Honey is about 13 and 90# and Samson is 3 and 170#. they know how to treat big dogs. That half hour ride is well worth it to us.

I have been going to Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic for over 20 years, first with my parents' dogs, now with my own. We have tried other vets as they are not the closest to us and they are a little more expensive, however, I will not make that mistake again! Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer are extremely knowledgeable and compassionate with their patients and staff. It is worth the extra time driving and extra money to have our "kids" in good hands. We also love their staff, from the receptionist to the techs, everyone is very professional and very kind. They make each pet feel comfortable before they try to examine them. Each time we go in they remember not only our dogs, but us as well and are very genuine in their care. Don't bother going anywhere else as you won't get the care and treatment that this clinic provides.

I love Loyalhanna! Everyone on staff is amazing and so sweet. They will make your pet a priority and we have always gotten same-day appointments for emergencies. They go the extra mile- one of our little guys had to stay under observation during Christmas and we got an update call finding out that he got a little extra love and cuddles on Christmas day. I would drive as far as I would need to that I could keep taking my pets here!

Buffett the Beagle has been seeing the folks at Loyalvet for 10 years. They always respond quickly to a phone call to provide answers including medications or other treatments available. They respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner. And best of all Buffett loves the folks at Loyalvet. Although no guarantees for other pets, Buffett LOVES the doctors there! He actually wags his tail and jumps into the car when I tell him we are going to the vet! I highly recommend this business.

I take my pets to Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic on a regular basis. The office is in a nice quiet setting and is very clean. The staff is awesome, very friendly and they always greet me and my pets by name, even when I seen them away from the office. The docs are absolutely wonderful! For over 25 years I have taken my pets to Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic in Stahlstown, PA. I rate each of the appointments I have had with the doctors and their staff with highest marks. Their love and concern for both animal and owner are excellent. The doctors' knowledge and abilities are easily observed with each individual case. Referrals are also made for animals that need a more specialized diagnosis. It would be a challenge to find another clinic that would meet the high standards that are present at the Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic.

Max has been cared for at Loyalhanna Vets since the Spring of 2013 when he was rescued and kenneled at Cozy Inn. His health issues were resolved and he has been healthy and fit ever since. Dr. Springer and staff are professional, gentle and caring to a fearful, large male Lab who is becoming more trusting and relaxed as time goes on. We would not consider taking Max anywhere else.

Love the clinic. Know one of the doctors personally. Dr Lynn Springer helped my little winnie back to health and her normal food loving kitty cat ways. Dr Springer offered different options for how to treat and the staff was excellent with Winnie. She is a real fighter in the office but they handled her with love and her even though she is not a lovable. Girl at. The doctors Can't say enough good things about this office and its staff.

We’ve had dogs for over 15 years. Dr. Springer, Dr. Kroft and their staff are the best veterinarian practice that we have found. We discovered them on our drive from Pittsburgh, after boarding our dogs at Cozy Pet Resort. Dr. Spring has provided consultations over the phone, and their email system sends me updates on when shots are due. I never feel rushed or squeezed during appointments. Having a multiple dog home, I found their prices to be very reasonable. They run a wonderful medical practice for our pets.

We've been taking our cats and dogs to Loyalhanna for over 15 years. We have always received excellent service from the kind folks at the front desk, the vet techs and Drs. Springer and Croft. Dr. Croft suggested that we contact OSU vet hospital for our puppy Atticus--who was diagnosed with a severe heart murmur (Dr. Croft noted the murmur on the very first exam--the previous two vets (to whom we no longer go!) had not. If it weren't for Dr. Croft--Atticus would have eventually died from CHF at far too young an age. Dr. Springer shares our love of Goldens--our 'fur kids' have received excellent care from her. We are completely satisfied with the care at Loyalhanna-we recommend it highly!

Our first experience at Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic was with our lab Riley. Our previous Vet had told us she had arthritis. Dr. Croft recognized a CCL tear immediately and referred us to Dr. Bebee in Pittsburgh. She had surgery and three years later had surgery on the other leg. Dr. Croft and his staff are always available to listen when we have a concern. When Riley had cancer surgery last year, the staff was supportive and very caring. We love Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic. We come here with all 3 of our dogs. We have referred the clinic to many of our friends too!!!
