Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They always treat my pets very well. Appointments are made in a timely manner and if you have an emergency they will fit you in and make sure your pet is taken care of. Prices are fair, a diagnostic visit will run you $50... Only negative remark: Do NOT see Dr Beere. He should not be practicing veterinary care, and is rarely at the office. I highly recommended any other veterinarian in the practice

We rescued mr britches . He’s 8 years old my 10 year old was concerned that he wouldn’t be able to grow up and be around very long. The doctor assured her she would have mr britches for a very long time. We were so pleased with the doctor staff and waited just minutes before we were seen. A very loving place. I completely trust everyone there. Made my daughter very happy as well as my husband and I. They are truly there for the animals. If there was a higher ⭐️ then 5 they would truly deserve it. Thank you for all the information and great care. Price is fair as well . Thank you so very much for your wonderful service

My cat had an eye injury, and I'm new in town. I am on a very fixed income and tight budget, and was worried I didn't have the money for the vet visit. I needn't have worried, I was told, on the phone, that they would work with me. It turned out that their rates are very reasonable, and I had enough. Dr. Parastu Gefert was very nice, knowledgeable and good with my very unhappy and scared Hudson. My cats are strictly indoor, and I really appreciate that the clinic didn't try to force me to give him all kinds of vaccinations, which I don't feel he needs. I feel greatly relieved to have finally found a local and concerned veterinarian that I can rely on. Thank you!

Called a month before we had lambs and asked if they would support my location, they said yes. When my lambs where born I called and they said they would be out in 3 days. The morning they were supposed to come they called and said “I was misinformed” that they travel to my location. The reason I called in the first place was to find out if they came to my area and they blatantly lied. Bad business. At then end of the call, when I said that they really screwed me the woman on the phone laughed.

Take your pets here. It may be a little pricey, but they will take care of your animals. They will do everything in their power to make the experience comfortable and pleasant. Do you want your animals to feel like they got a lollipop at the end of their visit? Then this is the place.

we had a pig in labor for 30+ hours, she was having such bad problems delivering so after calling around we found this place and he was out here in about an hour and half. he worked on our pig for 2+ hours and never lost his patience and treated her with the utmost respect as if she was a human being. the care that was given was absolutely amazing and i would 100% without any hesitation call this clinic again. thank you from LC Farm for saving our pig and piglets, we couldn't be more grateful.

I have had appointments with several of the veterinarians and have always found them to be excellent practitioners. After being told to bring our dog in for surgery at 7 AM, and that could call at 2:30 to see how she was, we we're told that they were just taking her back for surgery. My dog sat in a cage for 7 hours during which they sedated her because she was upset in the cage. When we questioned this procedure the reply was very snotty and we were told that it was explained to us already. It was never explained that they would leave her sedated in a cage for 7 hours. If so, we wouldn't have agreed to the procedure. When we told them that we wanted the records and we wouldn't be back the office staff was very sarcastic and unprofessional, even shouting "You're welcome" after us as we were walking out the door. The office staff was definitely a huge part if the decision to not go back. Extremely unprofessional and ignorant.

Pros- wait time was less than 5 mins Cons- vet hardly looked at my dog, we were there for an initial exam as a new patient. Was going to schedule a teeth cleaning. I do not feel the vet explained the process of the procedure at all. Did not even look in my dogs mouth until prompted. - Quote did not include pre bloodwork or post fluids which I think is neglectful and should be included in package. -Did not feel they cared for my pet at all. -bloody fluids on waiting room floor- not a very clean smelling place I moved 45 mins away from my previous vet so was hoping to like them. Needless to say I scheduled cleaning with my old vet. Cleaner environment and more upfront about costs.

I am not one to complain or write a negative review, I've also never had a problem here until recently. My dog was having issues with her hind leg so I took her in for a checkup and was told 1 thing and given meds. They didn't work so I brought her back 2 weeks later, to be told a completely different diagnosis and that surgery was the option to fix it. I scheduled the surgery and the day of, I get notified 2 hours after dropping her off that surgery isn't necessary because this diagnosis was also wrong!!! Later that evening, I go to take the bandage off of her leg to find that they left the IV catheter in her leg and covered over it!!! No one was in the office when I called, so I called the next morning to let them know! Of course they were apologetic, but I will NEVER bring my pets here ever! Then to receive a voicemail the following day asking how she is recovering from her surgery, which she didn't have... So disgusted and annoyed at the carelessness and laziness.

They have inconvenient hours for the working individual. They documented the incorrect length of time for my dog's rabies vaccine (1year v. 3 years). They also did not save the "puppy" records faxed from a previous vet. They are very unorganized and unpleasant to speak with on the phone.

These guys are fantastic! The staff was all very nice and very sweet to me and my dog! I called in the morning with a bit of an emergency and they were able to see me that afternoon due to a cancellation! The service was fast, accurate, and very reasonably priced! Everything was explained fully and all of my questions were answered. Best of all, my little buddy is back to his happy healthy self!! These guys are awesome! I'm a snake owner, and when one of my snakes is sick, or has any other issue, this is the only vet I trust to take care of them! Awhile ago I bought an abused Rainbow Boa who had a very bad URI. Dr. Jason Growman, who is a snake owner himself, treated her and helped me get her back to full heath. He's a great vet when it comes to reptiles! The staff is very friendly, and the price is very reasonable! This is speaking from a reptile owners perspective but I wouldn't go anywhere else!
