Though I often feel like the wait time is long, the quality of service is always very high. They were not trying to get me to spend money through pet guilting me, yet kept my dog’s best interest in mind. I don’t find their overall prices to be that high.

We really liked going here at first but the care we were given seemed to change. Our last visit was for allergies and our dog limping on his paw. The vet checked his paws and said the limping was caused by allergies so she did not check them even though I asked. We were not satisfied with this answer so the next morning we drove 4.5 hours back to our old vet who removed a piece of glass from our pups paw. We also found the prices here were high compared to other vets in the area. Sad to say but we won't be coming back.

Took one of my three dogs here after contracting some type of skin infection. Vet put my dog on 2 rounds of steroids $140. Then concluded it must be a food allergy. Purchased recommended food $85.00. Food sighted as causing congestive heart failure in dogs on evening news. Still the itching persisted and spread to my other 2 dogs. I returned again with a sample of the parasite. Dismissed it as dry skin. Put my dog on a potentially seizure causing flea control Nexgard and said he must be on it indefinitely...$395. Are you adding this up? Over $600 and still no answers. Contacted FMV via email to head Vetrinarian asking to review what happened. I was ignored! Think twice before taking your pet here. It's all about the $$$!

I took my dog Caesar to Flowers Mill Veterinary Hospital around May 30th. I explained what was going on as the Vet. examined him. She said that she could not find anything wrong with him. I was surprised she was so sure, due to the severity of Caesars pain and behavior overnight. Three days later Caesar died. He had another episode and I took him to a different Vet. He informed me that Caesar had a large tumor that was bleeding out internally. He also said that this was a very common cancer in yorkie-poo breeds.

I've been going here for the past couple years and have been very pleased with the service of the doctors with my pets but recently I had to have my cat of 15 years put down and had her cremated for $425 I get her back in a cheap little metal can wrapped packing tape with no name plate nothing. VERY disappointed. Atleast offer other options remember these pets are part of our family and deserve better.

They were extremly patient due to me having to walk and I was late it wasnt easy on foot wouldnt recomend anyone does that and I am not repeating it under any circumstances myself.when we arrived the staff was curtiouse,caring and even got me a cup of water and allowed me to use their bathroom.The vetrenarian and nurse were truely interested in the issues that I had brought to their attention over my Cats health and invironment in which we reside gave a exam to a very high strong young active animal that I love taking care treating her is hard she is always defensive except with me because I raised her and she really only knows me.The only issue that I have found is that the prescriptions for deworming excetera were given to me in pill form and when trying to hide it in her treats it didnt go well so I tried down the throat not good I got claws and teeth so I Will be calling the doctor tomorrow for some advice and or help maybe even liquids might fix the problem we will see.Blaze my cat has another apointment next month for shots looking forward to calling a TAXI LOL

When I had to put my cat to sleep and called at 8am saying she was in pain, they couldn’t fit her in until later that evening. A euthanasia should be a top priority. I should have taken her somewhere else, and I regret that to this day. By the time she got to her appointment she was so uncomfortable and could barely breathe. I switched vets after this incident.

I've taken my pets (African Gray Congo Parrot, guinea pigs, dogs) to FMV for more than a decade. Dr. Loeffler is THE best. I know she cares about my dogs and ALWAYS recommends the best course of action. She LITERALLY saved my dogs life by suggesting a holistic approach to remedy a kidney (failure) issue. He is no longer in kidney failure and is thriving at 8 yrs old. She understands traditional, holistic and behavioral approaches to dogs. The staff is ALWAYS professional, courteous and on top of the care offered.

The doctor said she did not feel any cancer on my dog she was wrong stage 3 mass cell ( the worst )she said the infection looked clear the worst infection the hospital we had to take him to ever seen DO NOT GO HERE my dog suffered and DIED because the DOCTOR'S lack of concern or knowledge. We, like a lot of folks, treat our pets as family members. So do the professionals at Flowers Mill Veterinary Hospital. We boarded our puppy with them and they did great. The vets are first class in their professionalism and skill. Unlike some human doctors, they answer all our questions and concerns with good information. We could not do better with the possible exception of Penn for really serious stuff.

I take my dog Lola to Flower Mills and we love it! Our dog is still a puppy and I was nervous about picking the right vet. As soon as we went there I knew we had found the right vet for our girl. Everytime I go there the girls at the front are friendly and helpful! The Veterinarian's always explain everything and are so helpful! I highly recommend taking your animal to Flowers Mill if you want a place that treats you right and will care for your pet in the sweetest way!

I just picked up my cat, Daisy Pumpkin, after 11 days at Flowers Mills Veterinary Hospital's Kennel. She looks great and as she did the last time I picked her up after boarding for several days at Flowers Mills, she didn't want to get in her carrier and pushed with all her might to avoid it and she cried all the way home. She gets plenty of TLC at home, so that is an extra plus for Flowers Mills Kennel. Thank you, Ruth and caring staff, for taking such super care of her.
