or 18 years I loved this place and recommended it. Last visit broke my trust. I will not return. My cat was in for a regular visit and a blood drawI ended up going into the back room to get her after 10 minutes and a lot of noise. When we got home her tail did not work. I notified that the same day. It was five days later than the vet called me back. Lack of communication, lack of caring, and a problem with their vet techs

They lost some their front of house folks and are not as interested in accommodating their clients as they once were. They always ran late with appointments so we are no longer using them. They are no longer worth the 40 minute drive each way.

They always take their time with my dogs - giving them plenty of attention to make the experience as positive as possible - and they provide me with thorough information.
