My 15 year old mini poodle had his teeth cleaned and several were extracted yesterday by Dr. Worhach. She did a great job and my dog is doing great. I was very worried about putting my senior dog thru such a procedure but Dr. Worhach and the vet techs did a great job of putting me at ease. They kept me informed and put up with all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend Burl-Moor-Driben to everyone that has a pet.

They saved my Dog Vinny's life...simple as that. After taking him to the ER Sunday night, we were told he has a few hours to few days max to live. He had a 15 centimeter growth on his spline. The unbelievable Vets at Burl-Moor went over our options and it was decided surgery to remove the growth was his only shot. Even though the odds for him to make it out of surgery were against him, he made it and is still with us. If not for the Burl-Moor-Driben our Vinny would not be here with us today!

We're a family of dog lovers (as well as a family of dogs!). After a not-so-happy experience with our long time vet hospital, we were lucky to find the doctors at Burl-Moor-Driben. We love Dr. Carpenter but have had excellence experience with other doctors there as well. One of our rescues has had serious health problems and has gotten the absolute best care. The part where this is a practice of all U of P Vet school grads shows. The staff is SO nice! Everybody loves dogs and our dogs love everybody there. This is the place to take your animals to get high quality, personal care.

Burl-Moor-Driben Animal Hospital was the 2nd of 3 vets that took care of our dog over the 16 years she was with us. Every time we moved, we had to find a new animal hospital for routine pet care, so we got to see a number of vets in action. Burl-Moor treated our dog from 2007 to 2012 while we were in the Moorestown area. While dogs can't talk, they can let you know what they like and what they don't. Our dog had a special place in her heart for the doctors at Burl-Moor (it was our favorite too--a place where doctors were thorough, made recommendations but didn't dictate, and where they respected both the owner and the pet.) When it came time to put out dog down, we wanted to do so in a place where our pet would be most comfortable and decided to travel a considerable distance back to Burl-Moor. We are so glad that we did. Dr, Carpenter was terrific. After talking with us and examining our dog, she confirmed it was time and treated our pet with tenderness and care. Burl-Moor's the best.

We unexpectedly had to put down our cat, Mask, when what we thought was a dental problem was actually a tumor. The staff did a wonderful job of explaining the situation and alternatives, making a difficult decision the clear choice. The staff gave our family all the time we needed to gather at BMD so we could all be with Mask to the end. Two days later we received a handwritten note of condolence from the attending vet, Dr. Baratz. Just so caring! Your pets will be well cared for at BMD.

I am a relatively new client at Burl-Moor-Driben, but I just can't say enough good things about them. I had been going to another facility for close to 30 years but they recently sold the practice and I was very unsatisified with the new changes. Long story short, I had an emergency situation with one of my dogs, picked up the phone and started making calls. BMD was the only place that would take me right away even though they were booked. All the other vets I called couldn't take us for a few days....even though I explained the dire emergency. I am SO glad they all turned me away and I ended up at BMD. They literally saved my little dogs life. She was suffering from Kidney failure, dehydration, anemia (all because of Aspirin I thought was safe to give her for a "torn ligament" I was told she had by the other vets office that she, in fact, did not have - but that's another story). My little girl stayed overnight 2 nights and I cannot stress the incredible care and attention she was given. Dr. Carpenter and her staff are top notch. They are professional, yet compassionate. Dr. Carpenter was on it, like a dog on a bone. She was not going to give up and left no stone un-turned. All along she was completely straight forward with me and I knew where we stood at all times. I really can't articulate the medical attention, the knowledge, the care with which it was explained to me and lastly, but most importantly, the incredible love shown to my little girl. I was made to feel welcomed when I showed up crying for visits and even on Dr. Carpenter's day off she was on the phone with me first thing in the morning to update me on things. If anyone is concerned about changing to a new vet, please do NOT hesitate to go to BMD. I promise, your only regret will be that you didn't find them sooner.

I brought my 15 year old kitty who hasn't seen a vet in years here and am overly impressed with the staff and Dr.Driben! My cat is extremely fussy and anxious at her vet appointments and these people did everything in their power to help me and her deal and ease the anxiety!! They followed up and treated us both with such love and care!! I highly recommend bringing your pets here! They are wonderful!

Love the staff. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. I have two pitbulls and I have never once felt like I was judged about their breed. The entire staff welcomes my two with open arms (and a few cookies). The pricing is fair, especially considering the care you receive and the compassion of the staff.
