Terrebonne Veterinary clinic saved Cujo's life! About 11 pm the dog became mostly unresponsive. The nearest animal doctor was in Terrebonne who was glad to meet at his clinic long after they closed for the day. After a cursory exam, the doctor diagnosed Cujo, but the news was not good. He was suffering, might not make it, and a decision had to be made whether to put him down. It was obvious the doctor had great concern. Ultimately, the bond with Cujo, his playful temperament, and young age tipped the scale of decision in favor of a fight for Cujo's life. As he hung uncomfortably in a sling, staff members pulled shifts off the clock, and stayed with him 24 hours a day. They were willing to do this, knowing it could go either way. Life smiled on Cujo and those who love him in the end. The world is his playground, today. ~ Many are eternally grateful!

Better than any vet i've found in Central Oregon. I took my dog to a vet in Bend because it was closer to where I live. Two days later I was driving to Terrebonne and paying for another visit because my dog doesn't get the care she does here anywhere else.

I would like to thank Dr. Myrin and his staff for their kindness and compassion. I brought my dog Duke in and well, it wasn't good news. Poor Duke's kidneys had stopped working. Even though I lost Duke that day I have to say Dr. Myrin was so heart felt in helping me make the most difficult decision I have ever had to make. He came in in the middle of the night to see Duke, and he did do his very best for him. Thanks again Dr. Myrin. Will see you again.

It's so great to have a vet who cares enough to come in on the weekends when there is an emergency. He was kind and showed compassion and understanding at a time when we were scared and worried about our dog who is apart of our family. Prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly.

I brought my dog in for an allergy exam the doctor took not even 5 minutes to tell me my dog just needed benedral then charged me $90 for drops telling me the side effect is swollen shut eye and to bring my dog back in emeditly so I did 20 minutes after putting the drops in and leaving the clinic. I called and was told to come back in, when I got here the vet Was not here and when I asked to talk to him I was told he was not avalabale and it was unconventional for him to take a trip back. Since in his 35 years he has never seen this happen. Now it’s happening so shouldn’t you fix the problem instead of asking for more money from clients for temporary solutions. Terrible service

I love this clinic. I've tried a number of vet offices in central Oregon since moving here from the valley. The vet I had in the valley was the same one for about 30 years. I really missed them, and still do. Having said that, these guys come the closest to being a good replacement.

We have had three great experiences with this Vet. Our first experience was taking my Dad's 15 year old Chihauhua in for cremation after he passed away.. they were very compassionate in that situation. Our second and third experiences were taking our Pomeranian in for ALL of his shots, dental work and neutered. This took two separate visits. They were very attentive to the little guy and the Doctor even called to check on him in the evening after the neuter surgery. All this good stuff AND they are less expensive than the other Veterinary clinics in this are by a landslide. We won't take our dog anywhere else!

We have had dogs for many years. I had a vet in Wilsonville when we lived in LO that we just loved who retired. Since then I have not been very pleased with that Clinic. Then we moved to CRR and needed to see a vet immediately for our coonhound. I am so so happy we found Dr Steve! He is wise and compassionate and I believe he truly loves the animals he sees. He is now treating our new rescued bloodhound for entropion and I just can't say enough about him. I highly recommend this Clinic.

Well what can I say about this place love them to pieces they're good people to take very good care of the animals and if they are looking at one of your animals and they find a problem they call you directly if you are not there if you are there they let you know right then in there they're honest straightforward Straight Shooters which is what I would expect from some of that's been in business for over 25 years

We've been taking multiple dogs here for the last decade and we've always gotten great help. The doctors are very knowledgeable and they treat our pets just like they would treat their own. We've always got an excellent care and even had great emergency care when my dog got a piece of cheatgrass in his ear.

Those of you who have met my dog Maia you are aware that she is nervous, timid and a little neurotic.....She does not care to meet anyone new. I have taken her to different veterinarians over the years and they have understood the Heeler breed and have been very good with her. However, she and I were both traumatized yesterday when I took her to TERREBONNE VET CLINIC for an exam and vaccinations. The vet tech, Dayle, is a very nice woman who totally understands nervous animals, respects them and knows how to act around them......the Dr. not so much! This guy came barging into the exam room like a bull in a china shop, talking in a very loud demanding voice, didn't take his time with Maia which caused her to ALMOST bite him which she has never even attempted before, etc! and, at this point, her heart was beating so fast and hard that I thought she was going to have a heartattack! The Dr. also told me about the risk of breast cancer since Maia is not spayed which I would have been receptive to, however, his bed side manner and the way that he informed me about the medical risks was as if he was scaring me into it and ordering me to go out to the receptionist and make an appointment to have him spay Maia right away! I was so mad and Maia was so stressed out that she drug me out of the exam room all the way to my truck! I spoke to the vet tech about it, in tears, and she was very comforting. I will NEVER take Maia there again and I will not recommend him to anyone, EVER.....especially if you have a nervous, timid animal! NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!

My beloved 14 year old dog Nora needed help leaving peacefully and was very sick. My regular vets could not come to the house where we wanted her to die quietly at home. In desperation we called Terrebonne Veterinary Clinic. They graciously helped us even though we were not clients there. Steve came to our home and even though he didn't know Nora he helped ease her pain and anxiety, and pet her as she quietly left us. I can't say enough about this wonderful place. They helped us in our great time of need even though they had never met us and did not know our dog. We are eternally grateful. A thousand thanks, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Have had a great experience every time, amazing and friendly vet and staff. Used since my dog was 6 weeks old, and now 11 and 1/2 years old. During my vacation (2and 1/2 weeks) I call to schedule boarding for my dog, just for a couple days since my pet sitter would be out. They tell me they can do that and he is due for vaccines, they ask if I want to get that done during his stay, I said yes! Great. Still on vacation, I call and ask how much it was , (to pay my uncle back) ... they tell me, I ask if it’s for both vaccines and boarding, they replied that no vaccines were given. Fine, I figured they somehow forgot and scheduled for when I was back. I go in today, and asked what a charge on my account was for the “exam”. They told me what was included, I told them that hadn’t been done, and if they could go back and do it, they said sure I’ll talk to the dr. I look back to take a seat and wait. And see another coustomer there roll her eyes at me! Lady, if I’m paying for something I want that done. Sorry it bothered you... I ended up just leaving because I wasn’t in the mood to stand that lady!
