We cannot recommend these folks enough. We drove all the way out to Bend for Dr. Kramer. Our year-old Bulldog needed a Cruciate Ligament surgery. Dr. Kramer spend an extensive amount of time with us, explaining all the options and his recommended course of treatment, with visuals! The staff were incredibly prompt, professional, responsive, communicative, knowledgeable, and caring. All the things you'd hope for if your pet needs a complicated procedure. They continued to support us by phone and email through our lengthy recovery process. And they worked so well with our home town vet's office to keep everything on track. We are so grateful to have been referred here and cannot recommend them enough!

This place has the most incredibly staff and Dr Kramer is so amazing! Our dog tore her ACL in her left leg in June and tore her right ACL the night before her surgery for the left leg. They worked with us to get both of her legs done ASAP since she was in so much pain. They were always there to answer any of our questions (answered via email when they were closed). They treated our dog like she was their own pet and we could tell they loved her. We are so happy we had them do her surgery and highly recommend them! If we could make them her primary vet we would! We love them so much!

I can't say enough about Dr. Kramer and his staff -- warm, welcoming, totally competent and skilled. My eight pound dog, Fawn, required double knee surgery for luxating patellas. It's been four months since the surgery -- she continues to be doing fantastically. OREV's after-care was fantastic.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Kramer and his staff. My 6 year old pitty/black mouth cur mix tore her ACL while playing at daycare. After a few phone calls to a few different places, I decided to go with OREV and I'm so glad I did. Jocelyn at the front desk talked me through everything including prices before I even scheduled my consult appointment. They got me in within a week or so and my dog had TPLO surgery within another week or two. They were so amazing during the entire process. They treated my dog as if she were their own. If I ever had or have questions in the future they are so grateful to help and I'm so grateful for them. My pup is about 9 weeks post surgery and doing so well! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I LOVE this place for so many reasons. Number 1: Dr. Kramer is just amazing in every way. He takes so much time with every person (and animal), is so very knowledgeable and is just plain friendly. This is the best medical/vet office I have ever been to. Friendly, caring, they make you feel like family. Hazel had TPLO surgery 6 weeks and her recovery has been great. Jocelyn or Sydney called daily for the first week and then weekly until today's visit. You can not go wrong working with OREV, Dr Kramer and his staff are amazing.

I am not one to write reviews, but upon our final visit to Dr. Kramers I knew I needed to. My wife and I could not be more impressed with the level of care, expertise, and responsiveness that our dog Luna (4 year old mixed pitbull) received. We treat our dog as a family member and from the beginning it was apparent that Dr. Kramer and his staff knew this. Our puppy has made a full recovery from her cruciate ligament tear and is back to her old self. For that we are incredibly thankful.

I wish I could give 100 stars. My 4 year-old Staffordshire Terrier, PeeWee tore her ACL and needed TPLO surgery. Not only are the prices comparable (and even better than some) the entire staff is amazing. I couldn't give higher praise for these folks. I recommend OREV for all of their services. Believe me when I say that your pets could not be in more capable hands. I immediately felt like my dog and I were family members to each of the staff members. For the longest time , we thought the cause of our dog's eyelid inflammation was from a compromised immunity towards mites since that's what we were told in the past. The growth turned out to be a malignant tumor . Unfortunately spunky was required to have all surrounding tissue near the tumor removed to prevent further spread. Dogs are resilient! It's been less than a week and our dog is already herself. The OREV team was very warm and amazing on what they do. From the very kind receptionists to the amazing surgical team, this place was awesome . Your pet is in great hands here.

Superb, caring, top-notch, professional. I cannot praise every single employee, from the receptionists, assistants, and vet (Dr. McMahon), more highly. They all cater to the patient (our fur babies) as well as to the owners' emotional needs and intellectual queries. I am so very happy to have brought my fur baby here. They not only saved her life, but prolonged it as well. I hope to never have to bring my fur baby or any other fur baby I have back here, but I would never hesitate if it became necessary.

My older girl Lucy just had TPLO surgery. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided top-notch service. Dr. Nelson, the new surgeon, was fantastic. She took the time answer my questions and listen to my concerns. Highly recommend OREV if your fur baby needs surgery.

We took our 14 year old dog to Dr. Kramer to see if he would attempt to remove a very large liver mass. The surgery was risky and very difficult, but Dr. Kramer was willing to try it to save our dog's life. Dr. Kramer successfully removed the mass and he and his team provided excellent post op care. Our dog is now doing very well. Everyone at this practice treated us with kindness and compassion through the entire process. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I were heartbroken after learning our Boston terrier's left eye lid bump became a tumor, it was disheartening to know that her eye would be removed as well. Our Vet referred us to OREV and couldnt be happier with the staff. They took great care of Spunky and to know that we were leaving her overnight was hard, but were relief that the staff there are caring and knew she would be in good hands. I also loved that they offered to send pictures for updates on how she was doing. Dr Kramer did a great job with the surgery and absolutely amazing towards Spunky, and kudos to all OREV staff for treating her like their own, definitely meant a lot to us!

My dog had a TPLO on her knee after tearing her ACL. Dr. Kramer was knowledgeable, informative and great to work with.
