I'm giving them just okay Stars it's not good not bad I think they're text could use a lot more training in the art of dealing with people. They did take care of my dog and I'm grateful for that but they charged a lot of money and I mean a lot of money and they are the only game in town so they can get away with it. Maybe if your dog needs orthopedic surgery you should call Corvallis or Portland, I mean the surgery to replace my dog's knee was over $4,000 I never thought I would spend that much on a dog but she's my buddy

Dr. Daly is great! He gives all the details so you can make the best decision for your pet. He is also very gentle with his patients and never neglects to take a few minutes to play with your pup. So far everything he has predicted has happened. Thankfully it's all good stuff. Great guy, great work.

Dr. Csiszer was very good about explaining the surgery and answered all my questions. She wasn't in a hurry to get the exam done, or made me or my dog feel uncomfortable in any way, unlike some Veterinarian's in the past.

Caring specialists, see only cases referred by other vets. Boarded vets have years of study beyond that of "regular" vets. Fee for 1st visit & evaluation of records quite reasonable, i.m.o.

My dog has a seizure disorder and OVRA's Dr. Nibblet was VERY quick to get us in and also to follow up as we tried different medicines to determine what would work well for my dog Argus. We ended up finding a great combination of two different medicines that have finally gotten hi seizures under better control. VERY helpful! Thank you OVRA!

While the care and expertise of Dr. Maxwell are excellent, the scheduling process is not very client centered. They tend to schedule multiple patients for the same time slot while requesting folks arrive 15 minutes early regardless of whether or not any paperwork needs to be filled out.

Last fall our German shepherd had a terrible compound fracture of her front leg, Dr. Daly was able to save her leg, today 9months later she's 100% healed and happy and very active! Dr. Daly and the team our amazing, informative, kind and caring! But it won't come cheap. Exie is out $5000. Baby.

Dr Csiszer is simply amazing. Our local Vet recommended us to OVRA and she performed hip surgery on our Shasta, and awhile later she removed a tumor from her leg. Both surgeries were not only a success but healed so well in the time expected. I cannot say enough about how great Dr Amie is and all the staff. When in the exam room she was so good with our dogs and made them calm and happy. Thank you for being there for our furry members of our family!

Run, don’t walk away from this place! Horrible experience with a TPLO surgery on my medium sized dog. I found out later that this type surgery should not have been done in the first place on her. Well, now she has a leg that is not fully functioning and arthritis. Surgeon was downright rude. They also kept my dog heavily sedated the entire time she was there to make their jobs easy. But, did not tell me. Just an awful place! Go to the Vet school in Corvallis! Better care and much less $$$$.

We were referred here when our cat became suddenly paralyzed. They explained to us the possible causes, the various tests that were available as well as the costs. They explained what each test was for, and if there would be a treatment for that ailment. They advised on the best, quickest and cheapest options. Unfortunately our cat went downhill too quickly to try anything beyond the first treatment. Their expertise, advise, and thorough explanations gave us the knowledge we needed to decide what was best for our family and fur baby.

I recently was referred to OVRA by my vet in Bend, OR. They were very kind and gentle in dealing with my dog as well as me. Dr. Daily went over all of the risks with me and also gave his own personal recommendations every step of the way which I appreciated very much. He spoke with authority and confidence which is helpful when putting my child in his hands. Unfortunately my dog did not make it but to no fault of OVRA. They handled the death very professionally and were very helpful and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone in Oregon with a veterinary medical emergency.

Dr Daly and his staff are absolutely amazing! Always take time to explain all my questions and took WONDERFUL care of my pug Ollie before, during, and after his double knee surgery. He had great results with his surgery, running and jumping with no problem now, and he is happier than he has been in months!
