When our regular veterinarian told us they couldn't see our 7 year old German Shepherd until the next day, Milner Vet was able to fit us in to their tight schedule. Our dog had a twisted stomach and would have died if we had waited even a few hours longer for treatment. In less then an hour after our arrival at Milner's, our pooch was in surgery with Dr Milner, and a few hours later we were able to take him to the Tualatin Emergency Clinic for post-operative recovery treatment where he did fine. Everyone at Milner's and the Tualatin Emergency Clinic were caring and concerned. We highly recommend.

Dr. Milner spayed my doodle when she was 9 months old. We enrolled her on their ‘puppy’ plan when my pup was 8 weeks old. I compared the cost and found the puppy plan the cheapest way to go since it included the spay, vaccines, all vet visits, some labs and unlimited self dog wash. He kept our doodle overnight after her spay. When we picked her up the next morning, we could hardly see the incision. She never needed a cone or anything as she acted like nothing had been done. Hardest part was keeping her calm the week following her surgery. I’ve heard horror stories about spays, but Dr. Milner did a fantastic job. Love taking my dog to them and believe their care is top notch.

Every tech and the vet that met with us was so gentle and loving with Frances. She was treated as they would have treated their own pets. She is my first puppy, all the questions I had were answered and made my puppy comfortable when it came to giving her her shots. I love his kind but practical approach. I love the new phone app! I have instant access to my pet records whenever I need them! I highly recommend this veterinary hospital. They are state of the art, high quality vet care with a kind and loving staff. The doggie wash right next door is a huge bonus!

This was a week of tremendous worry about our boy Xman....he is a lab retriever (service dog) and this is the first time in his 4 years of life that he was really sick. We are so thankful for the Milner Vet Clinic, Dr. Steve and his staff.....from the moment we took Xman in Dr. Steve didn't miss a beat diagnosing his problem and got him on IV's and meds to heal him. Throughout the three days Dr. Steve and his staff called and apprised us every step of the way and reassured us that Xman was going to be okay and he improved everyday. He is now wagging his tail, playing with his toys and back to being a healthy and happy boy~

Long story short, we went to a certain 24 hour emergency vet in Tualatin the night before with a pet emergency. I'll never return to that place. The next morning wanting the professional input of someone who didn't want to just put our animal down we ended up at Milner. (Our first and usual vet was booked up.) I was super super impressed with Milner. They took the time to actually check our animal for everything they could. They set expectations correctly and with kind words. They were shocked at the stuff we were told the night before by the other place. In the end, we got the time and attention to detail we hoped for. They cared and sent us on our way with the info and medication we needed. The topper was that they were very fairly priced. I was actually a bit shocked how reasonable the visit was. (It doesn't effect how I feel in this review as I believe they did everything the best possible but as an added bonus our animal has made a nearly full recovery and I believe that is in part to the advice they gave us.) There are a lot of good vets and a few bad ones out there. You can count on Milner being one of the good ones.

I love this place. I've never had a better experience with any other veterinary clinic. I didn't have an appointment but I called in because my dog was really sick. I only waited about 5 minutes before my dog and I got back to a room. My dog was in and out of surgery in a matter of a couple hours. Great personnel and an overall great experience. Our experience with Milner veterinary hospital has been wonderful. They have made us feel like part of their family. Our dog bluegrass, has been trained as a service dog, and like all dogs is a family dog also. When we take him to Milner we know he is going to get the best care possible. Now my favorite part about Milner is there scrubbing bubbles self pet wash area. The tubs that they have are absolutely perfect for bluegrass. We get bluegrass in the tub leash him up and have a great time washing him. We have always used their supplies that they provide and have never had a problem. There dog wash area is always clean and well kept. I have and will recommend them to anybody with a pet. Sorry for the spelling errors.

We had been looking for a new vet in our area and saw that Milner had great reviews. They really do live up to the expectations! We were greeted by very friendly staff who got us and our cat checked in very quickly. We were back to the exam room within minutes with more friendly staff. All areas were spacious and clean too. They were quick and kind with all the exam as well. We saw a temporary vet who was great and made sure to tell us that if we liked him we were sure to like everyone else there too! They were also considerably cheaper than our last vet (it was around $180 for just an exam there and they only gave knock off meds) and it was only $100 for the check-up, flea medicine, and necessary vaccines. We highly recommend!

The staff and vets here are amazing. The self dog wash deal on Wednesday for $10 you can't beat anywhere. Add in a nail clip(before the wash for a better clip) is just and additional $8, so for a clip and wash it's only $18.

Milner Vet is amazing. I’ve been taking my pets here for a few years and they’ve taken such great care of them! I got my puppy recently fixed, microchipped and got her a rabies shot all in one visit. They sent me a picture via text after her surgery of her letting me know she was healthy and everything went great and then called me to tell me how it went. I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here even when I had to put my beloved dog Sammy down. I HIGHLY recommend them. They truly care about our pets as much as we do.

The actual vet and vet tech were great. The online process of scheduling is not good. I completed the form online and was later sent an email saying they received the info and please call to get Lola in “today.” When I called the receptionist she had NO information and I had to repeat everything. I am very busy and online booking is optimal for me - when it works. Don’t offer online scheduling if it’s going to cause your customers twice the work. Doctor was great with Lola. He really was thoughtful and caring.

I would 100% recommend this vet to anybody looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable care for their furry family member. Did I mention how crazy affordable they are compared to other vets which cost DOUBLE the price they do.. with all the same procedures... but I doubt they are anywhere near as friendly or caring as the Milner group. Thanks again!! I’ll certainly be back there for any future vet visits my furry family members may need.

I had a wonderful experience at the veterinary hospital! My poor kitty was acting funny and it was very unlike him. I decided we should take him in just in case. I called and they got me scheduled for an appointment within the next 30 minutes since his case seemed urgent. Everyone we came in contact with from the ladies at the front desk, to the two ladies who came in to get him checked out and even the doctor who came in and told us it wasn’t anything serious, we’re extremely helpful, caring, and so nice. We felt very welcome here. The doctor did an amazing job at interacting with my kitty, he explained to us what was going on, and we were in and out within an hour. I’m very pleased with the way we were treated here and we will definitely make this our primary vet! The price was very fair as well! We ended up having to pay for a steroid, two flea treatments, and a tape worm medication that all was under $300.

My family has taken many dogs and cats to this clinic. They are thorough and informative. The lobby and the exam rooms are clean. They have sweet mascot pets in the office. I adopted an animal and the shelter promised a free health exam, with no particular vet backing that promise. This vet honored a free health exam for my adopted animal. They also offer "lifetime" rabies shots, which requires only a one time payment and includes boosters at no extra charge. (They don't last any longer than the vaccine elsewhere; the difference is pricing.) I will continue to take my pets here!

I love Milner!! Here's why... I used to use a vet close to me, and I realized how poorly I was being treated and how much money they werw gouging me for. I drive 45 minutes one way to come to Milner now to see Dr. Turra. The staff is great, prices are affordable and they make you feel so welcome.

my 12 year old dog's face was very swollen. We had not been to the Milner Veterinary Hospital before, but when we called them to request an appointment they told us to come right in. We did and the really nice Vet diagnosed the swelling to be from one broken and one rotten tooth and while my dog still was anesthetized, he pulled the two teeth. 2 hours later we were on the way home with our dog. The price was very reasonable.

The staff and the Docs were very sympathetic for our loss and answered all questions for me. Im very happy with the staff there and there kind words. They took care of Snookie until the very end.. We've taken all of our dogs to Milner Vet Clinic since 2005. They are a team of compassionate and knowledgeable professionals. They are gentle with our fury kids and make them feel comfortable and loved like they were their own pets. We've seen every vet at this clinic, and they are all terrific in every way. Our sweet girl has just been diagnosed with cancer, and Dr. Alex has been there for us every step of the way. He is so kind and patient, even with all the questions we have about this new diagnosis. We absolutely love all of the vets here! We don’t have overly sick cats but having the wellness plan helps ease all fears because the exam is free with it. Definitely worth it! Dr Milner has provided wonderful care to my lab, Enzo. I was able to get a same day appointment. Front office staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Milner and the other veterinarians on staff were patient answering my questions. I liked the fact that they played conservative in regards to treatment first instead of trying to run a bunch of tests to pad a bill. I like the pleasant no nonsense approach. You can definitely tell that they really care about the welfare of our pets.

They have very friendly employees, and they called to ask a couple questions while my cat was in the process of being spayed. They had to ask when they were in the process because her reproductive organs were in an odd place and they wanted to ensure they weren't digging around with the possibility of her already being spayed or having some other complication. After the spay, they let me know she was fine while they were finishing up her surgery to reduce my worry (which was much appreciated!). They called me a few days after her discharge to make sure she was still doing well, and she is now perfectly healthy and has just a tiny spot that isn't healed up.

Dr Finley was wonderful! She spent a long time discussing options, answering questions, and examining Carter. She was gentle and treated him like her own. It even looked like she was snuggling up to him when she was listening to his lungs! She was very honest but tactful and knew her knowledge limits, which I very much appreciate. She involved senior coworkers to make sure Carter was getting all the answer and the best care. She even said she wanted to give me the best answer to my question so she would do a little research then give me a call. Very professional, very kind, and I would highly recommend. My mother-in-law and I rescued a whole bunch of sugar gliders. These little guys breed like crazy, so we needed to get our males neutered. We couldn't find anyone to do this procedure for less than $350/glider. At Milner veterinary they did it for a fraction of the cost. At first I was a bit hesitant because of the whole "you get what you pay for", but we were stuck between a rock and a hard spot, so we took a chance. I will never take my animals ANYWHERE else. The staff is AMAZING, the prices are fair, and the doctors are very knowledgeable.
