The best vet and team around. My 13 year old dog has been going here for 4 years (since she got cancer) and I now have three dogs in the practice. I have had nothing but great experiences with every single person that works at the clinic. They are kind, extremely knowledgeable, organized, and professional. They helped keep my dog's cancer at bay for four years now using all natural treatments. What more could one ask for?! I am beyond grateful to have such an amazing clinic in Eugene. I wouldn't trust my dogs' health to anyone else.

Great staff! very kind and knowledgeable. When I had a bad experience with another vet, they got my dog in quickly and were very thoughrough with his care. My dog and I always leave feeling as though they care about him the way I do. It is quite a bit more expensive than other traditional vets, but you get so much more than just a vet appointment and annual shots. They do tests to see if vaccinations are still present to avoid over vaccination, which I was really happy about and they helped get my dogs health back on track and suggested a better diet for overall health and longevity (after two scary instances with pancreatitis that his initial vet didn't really seem to care about in my opinion). Yes I drive to Eugene from Albany and I pay more than traditional vet care, BUT it is SO SO worth it for my dog and I love how much Dr R, Amelia and Sam care about me and Pekoe.

Healing Paws provides the best, most personable veterinary care I have ever come across. For the last decade they have taken the best possible care of our giants (and the cat that allows them to share the house), and you are always provided a breadth of treatment options from the most conservative to the most intensive with explanations of the pros and cons of each. Having seen other veterinarians in Eugene there is no other place I would trust my animals with, and they stand head and shoulders above any veterinary care I have had previous experience with before moving to town as well. The holistic approach to animal health from food and supplements on up has made a noticeable impact on the quality of life for our pets.

I’ve been a client of Dr. Radebaugh’s since before she established Healing Paws. Over the years (10+) she has cared for my 4 cats and 4 dogs, she always provides me with excellent information and options so that I can make the best decisions for my friends’ care, especially when dealing with life threatening or terminal conditions. She is unfailingly honest, but always kind, even when she has to deliver bad news. I also believe that she is one of the best diagnosticians I’ve ever encountered and I trust her judgement completely. As for the clinic as a whole, the entire staff are welcoming, caring, enthusiastic about their clients and provide a wonderful, happy environment that puts the animals at ease. This really is a special place and I so appreciate the effort that everyone puts in to keeping it that way.

I found the visits at Healing Paws to be anything but healing for me. I cannot speak for my dog. Dr. Radebaugh has a narrow agenda and does not listen well. She seemed to be on a treadmill and even though I found out that she spent more time with me than usual I did not feel supported or cared about. She would like her clients to do a lot of things that she thinks are essential for animal health but I did not feel that there was any room for dialogue. After much consideration about whether to continue or not, I decided to try and change to the other Vet there. Dr. Radebaugh called me to tell me that the other Vet was full and gave me two suggestions about other Vet's in town, which I already knew about, but refused to answer a question about something that I had spent a lot of time trying to understand about their practice. I found her insincere and she seemed to want to keep everything nice and tidy but not really relate to me as a human being.

We've had three dogs cared for at Healing Paws. Best dog vet practice ever! All our pups have loved going there. It's a home-like clinic, and all the staff are friendly, caring, and thorough. Everything they do is thoroughly explained. If there are options for care, we get information about them, and no judgement for what we choose. They recognize that funds are sometimes limited, and help you prioritize care. Plus, they really like our dogs! I highly recommend.
